I ordered a vanilla latte and asked if they could use whole milk, but they only had 2% milk. The barista told me she could "make" whole milk for me by mixing the 2% with half and half so i said sure. I don't think I would ever do that again because the latte hardly tasted like coffee at all it was very odd. Although customer service was great and the person helping us was really friendly.. the latte was not good. I don't see myself coming back if I am ever in the area. Also the prices on the menu are not at all accurate and should be updated :(

I think the service here is the best compared to other coffee places I have tried. The girls here are so kind and good at what they do. I always look forward to my daily iced white mocha. Since I have come here so often, sometimes the girls have my drink ready by the time I pull up to the window without having to order! It's just a good feeling to know I am spending money on drinks that I know will be right every time! For whatever reason, if they ever forget anything or accidentally miss something in my drink, I feel comfortable kindly letting them know, and they are always happy and willing to do that for their customers! I got the Chilean pino since that was the only flavor left. I had never heard of the flavor (and neither did the employee). It was delicious...but over toasted. Next time I will just heat up the empanada at home to avoid this. I would return for the empanadas. The drink wasn't watered down it's just the espresso wasn't strong enough for me. The logo and cups are nice and surrounding area outside the store was clean. I appreciate the trash bins available at the drive through.

I ordered 32oz & they handed me a 24oz. I explained the mistake & asked them to make it bigger. The lady got very defensive & told me they heard 24oz & asked me for my card again to charge me the difference. REALLY?!? I said never mind. As we were driving away my friend sipped her blended breve mocha & discovered there was NO chocolate in it. So, we drove back to the line. Again they were defensive. I put 5 pumps in it. No, she didn't. When she handed us the newly made one it looked much darker.....like she pit chocolate in it. I started to explain that I was very unhappy with their service today & why. The girl at the windows informed me she didn't appreciate how I was talking to her. I looked at her & replied that I have never been treated like this before at Gravity. I have managed restaurants & coffee shops. They messed up both of our drinks & were accusatory when I tried to explain it. Not once were they kind after THEIR errors. Teenage angst does not belong in The Zen that is Gravity Coffee.
