The ladies here are so kind. I also love the set up of the drive thru, it feels so modern and efficient. I love most of the drinks, however, I try not to get hot coffee like lattes because every time it is burnt beyond belief. I don't always go to coffee chains, but Gravity is one that I can really enjoy. They have all of the standard drinks you'd expect to see at a coffee stand and several signature offerings to choose from, including some really good energy drinks! For the most part, Gravity is a drive through place and this location is no exception. I really love that they use sliding glass doors! My car is seriously tiny and I can't go through normal drive throughs unless I throw the top down. Here? No worries! I can get my morning coffee with no fuss and go about my day. I had a great experience. The barista, I believe her name is Rachel, she gave me a great suggestion of what to get. The drink was amazing. I don't really remember what the drink was but all I know is that drink was delicious. It was a perfect of amount of sweetness (I'm not a super sweet fan) and it had a good nutty flavor. I just went there for Easter Sunday. I tried the Strawberry Mango smoothie, but wow, it tasted like "cleaner"--basically like "Windex." On the other hand, the hot mocha coffee was amazing! But unfortunately, the smoothie was undrinkable, so we ended up tossing it after just a few sips. Gravity Coffee, could you let us know if it's the mango flavor or the strawberry flavor causing this? Super convenient that it's right in front of the gym! Been watching it from construction to open and I already been here a few times since it's super convenient to grab a drink right after an early workout right before work and they're always consistent! Very friendly staff members; one time it was raining and the poor girl was taking orders outside to keep the line moving as quickly as possible, she was completely soaked when I was placing my order. My first time at trying Gravity Coffee at this somewhat new location in Kent. Love the location, situated in a decent size parking lot just in front of 24hr Fitness! I appreciate that there are two lanes and windows, it makes it go much faster. I came here around 2pm and it was not busy at all. I was kindly greeted by the barista and they were super friendly. Just opened! I have been watching the construction of this coffee kiosk for the past few months and was beyond excited to see it open today as Gravity Coffee! Best drive through coffee in all of Seattle and the service was so quick and welcoming. They're still getting set up with the intercom and a few of their iced drinks but they're otherwise fully functional. Can't wait to drop by often! read more

They get my order right every time and always provide speedy service, even when there's a bit of a line. I had a very disappointing experience here. The service was terrible, and the staff's lack of professionalism stood out. One of the employees spilled my drink due to carelessness and then had the audacity to charge me again to replace what she ruined! not to mention I had just detailed my car 2 days ago. Had to go back to my place of work with Wet clothes. On top of that, she had extremely long nails, which didn't seem sanitary at all for a place handling food. It made me question their hygiene standards. She couldn't even close the lid properly, which was probably part of the reason the drink spilled in the first place. Not good for those who have good sensitivities. A ton of needless sugar in most of their options with nothing for those who may not be able to handle it because of dietary restrictions. Also I didn't get a straw for a draw only drinks I gotta stop trying these dime a dozen drive thrus. First off I don't think this open door concept is very appealing & especially for the people who work there. So imagine no drive thru window but instead glass doors? Feels and looks strange and the people working are cold. I ordered an Americono and it was good. I asked for light ice and got my 24oz full of ice. When I asked my young Barista she said she was new and this is the way they have to do it! Really? What happened to the customer way?? She was nice and I accepted the drink & she did offer to do it over, all under the other Barista watching. I will try again tomorrow. Also why no sippy cups? I can't believe they don't have any at all! Who wants straws, especially while driving! Please get these in ASAP!
