I've been to other OBC locations in Seattle and Woodinville. However, this location made me question their food safety practices. Firstly, the inside was clean and welcoming. There was one employee working, but it did not look very busy inside. We ordered 4 dubai chewy cookies, 1 taro croffle, 1 small galaxy ade, and 1 large taro/oreo smoothie. Our total came out to around $60. Dubai chewy cookies were very tasty, I am a huge fan of dubai chocolates. My galaxy ade tasted very watered down, barely any grape flavor, and little to none carbonation. The taro/oreo smoothie was decent. The basque cheescake was flavorful. The taro croffle was actually very good, better compared to the other locations. My main concern was the fact that I found some sort of hair in my croffle. We had already eaten some of the croffle and we brought it up to the employee. He told us it is a sugar strand and showed us an example. Yet, when I pulled the strand out of the croffle, it was more attached to the taro cream and it had no similar texture to the sugar strand. The sugar strand should melt and break easily but this strand did not, it was also more like a white-ish color. I'm thinking it was maybe a pet hair. One Bite Cafe is located in a little plaza in Federal Way. There is plenty of parking available since it has a shared parking lot with the other businesses in the plaza. It is a small, but quiet cafe. It is warmly lit and decently sized. There is a bathroom for customers to use as well. My sister and I decided to stop by after our hike for a sweet treat. We ordered the Taro Croffle, a slice of Earl Grey Cake, Brown Sugar Matcha Milk Tea, and Yokurt Blue Ocean. The Taro Croffle was warm and sweet, but not overly sweet. Just the way we like it. The Earl Grey Cake was great. It had a great consistently for a cake and you could taste the Earl Grey. The Brown Sugar Matcha Milk Tea was not my favorite. It was not as sweet as I was expecting out of a brown sugar milk tea drink. You also couldn't really taste the matcha either. The tapioca in the milk tea was plain and not soaked in brown sugar like other cafes/bubble shops. The Yokurt Blue Ocean drink was refreshing! It was surprisingly really good. It made me consider ordering a second one. The customer service here was good. A very friendly environment with lots of drinks and treats to choose from to order! read more

This place has a cute interior and their croffles are tasty! I highly recommend the Yokurt series. The one I tried was the Yokurt Pink Ocean and it was so good, I will definitely try another flavor the next time that I am back here. Some of their desserts really could be eaten in one (big) bite! I am not a sweets person but I so appreciate small desserts. I also love yuzu and their yuzu bevie is tasty! I like their plain croffles- there's a sweet glaze on them already. I tried their strawberry and with the cream, it's far too sweet for me. An FYI though, the croffles are pretty hard. Ideally you'd cut it with a real knife, not the plastic type they have but it's possible... Just takes a bit. I recommend cutting it up for sure. They don't seem to have AC, so it's very warm inside. My boyfriend and I have stopped by One Bite Café three times since they have opened and I have been wanting to write a review but their Yelp page wasn't active until recently. The inside is super cozy with plenty of seating and tables, they have cute décor everywhere, and large selection of sweet or savory treats, including gluten free options! They do also have a few tables and chairs outside if you prefer to enjoy the weather. Additionally, they do have Wi-Fi so if you want to do some work or hang out. I love that this location has a self order screen but you can also speak with a cashier/barista to order as well. The staff here have been very kind, professional, and efficient. I just wish the self order screen had an option to do light or no ice as there was one time I asked for no ice and the staff member gave me ice. We have tried their green plum ade, signature mango jasmine, signature Dalgona, Pink Ocean Yakault and Purple Galaxy ade. I hope to try their cheesecakes and other options as they look amazing! Honestly glad that a solid bubble tea and dessert shop is closer to where I live so I don't have to driver further into Federal Way or Tacoma for my boba cravings. read more

Cute little store with lots of cake, croffle and drink options. We went on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't super busy and had a lot of empty sitting area... but service was so so so slow. There is a touch screen to order but it wasn't working. It kept saying to enter a code or insert card... Had to wait for the barista to order but he was busy making drinks, prepping food... Took us a good 15 mins before we can even place our order. Our friend which was the 3rd order in our group had to wait 30 mins before she can order. My order took 45mins or an hour to come out (1 drinks and 2 onigiris) The onigiri was ok but for the price it really had minimal meat and fell apart quickly (wrong kind of rice?) The drinks were good. The environment was nice, they also had single stall bathrooms. But the wait was tough... I felt for the barista tho, Sunday afternoon and he seems to be the only one working- making drinks, taking order, warming food... the one star is applaud to the barista for doing so much!! My fiance stopped by One Bite Cafe to pick up a box of croffles to kick off the weekend. When he brought it home, I was so excited to try them because they looked so tasty! He paid around $33 for a box of 4. I was surprised by the cost of each croffle, as it was expensive for around $8 each. While we tasted each one, we immediately took note of how on point the flavors of the whipped toppings were. I could distinctly taste the matcha, black sesame, taro, and tiramisu in each. They were light and creamy, and pretty addicting. My favorite would have to be either the matcha or black sesame. The croffle itself was a bit disappointing though, as it tasted a bit stale. The prices were pretty decent, for a sandwich, bulgogi rice triangle and drink it cost around $24 dollars if you went anywhere else it would be over $30. The rice triangle had a nice rice to filling ratio many places use too much rice and not enough filling but I was pleasantly surprised how it was a good ratio. read more

Ambience is cute. There was one person working, but she was working as quickly as she could. There wasn't any pricing on their walls so I ordered blindly. My family got a honey dew smoothie which they really liked and I got a galaxy-ade which I didn't like. It wasn't sweet at all. It tasted like flavored sparkling water. Being one in the service industry, I felt back for the barista behind the counter alone on a Saturday afternoon.
