Stopped by to pick up some supplies for my weekend of fun. Bathrooms are ok, not dirty but not clean. They had good inventory. They are clean on the inside. I took off a star because of the customer service. They staff isn't cold. They are friendly. It's just. They are so skittish. Always looking around. Always finding ways to avoid everyone. I just get this impression it's like "yes I'm here to help....if you can find me!!!" It's just seems so...."please come in, get what you need, and go". It just didn't feel right. Can't really put my finger on it. It's not that I didn't feel welcome. Mild neglect maybe?!?!? Maybe I felt somewhat invisible. It's weird. The "BonneyLake" (98391 zip-code), is a store you need to be careful going to and always be aware! The security will legit stalk you ", while you shop especially with your own bags! They really couldn't care less about their customers! It's so bad, my store of choice now is legit Walmart, lol! I remember hating Walmart but not anymore. It's not my favorite and never will be BUT I can and do find all I need there! And, I do like a lot of what they have and very often find products here, that I can't find at other places! Give it a shot! "One stop Shop..."! Unfortunately, that's all I can say! IF you choose to support Target still, even after all they have done publicly (even on the news etc ‍), stay away from the Bonney Lake one, especially! It's sloppy too and you can't get to anything, even some clothes without assistance! It's dumb! But, the main issue, is the 17-year old Security guard who wishes he was more, lol. Can not believe the experience we had while shopping at the local Target store today in Bonney Lake. My Wife in I simply needed a box of mailing envelopes. You would think that this would be a quick and simple process... Not. We located exactly what we needed almost immediately. $2.59. Easy self-serve cash purchase and we would be right out... Not. Although there was almost no one at the self checkout, each and EVERY register was posted "card only." So much for self checkout. There were only two "human" cashiers open, so there were lines. So as we waited with our small single purchase and three dollars in hand... there we waited for several minutes. When we were finally rang up, the price was well over $3. And after checking our receipt on our way out of the store, we noticed that we were charge $2.99 plus tax... Needless to say, the shelf price was out of date. There was no visible management to be seen, and what should have taken us less than five minutes, was quickly reaching closer to twenty. And to top it off, the cashier didn't even have any quarters or dimes in their cash register... Change came in pennies and nickels. Terrible service from the bottom up. Next time we'll shop across the highway at Walmart. read more

I love this store. They have unique and different things for great prices and the selections are always good. Their sales are great too. But mostly I like the people at the Bonney Lake store. I recently left $40 in the self checkout cash dispenser when I didn't finish my transaction before I left the store. I got distracted by something and walked out before I pushed the last button to finalize the transaction. The manager noticed it after I was out the door, and he pushed the last button to finish my transaction. When I realized about fifteen minutes later I left my cash behind I quickly went back praying the money was still there, and it was!! So yeah, I love this store, for many reasons. read more

Good Target except for parking. Huge lot; however, the parking spots are tight unlike nearly all other shopping parking lots in Bonney Lake. They remind me of Redmond and Bellevue parking spaces which are door ding magnets. read more

I enjoy shopping this location. It's not so busy. The layout is the same as the Puyallup one off Meridian. I do both shopping in store or swing by for online order pick up. I have yet to try the "Drive by" same day order pick up. Hmmm.. read more

They have a sign that says they enforce masks, and they definitely do not. Most customers had no masks, or wore their mask under their noses and I just can't see myself shopping here pretty much ever. I only visited the Bonney Lake location because both Puyallup locations were out of stock in the item I needed. Thankful I was able to avoid other people and use self checkout with no issues and no line. read more

Been going to this location for a few years now. I am actually quite happy with it now with everything settled with the remodeling. One thing I am extremely pleased with is the return department. I I bought my daughter a fairly expensive toy. The next day, it stopped working. I thought I was out $60 because I had gotten rid of all the packaging etc. I called the customer service department and they said to bring it in and they will accept it. I was very pleased with this! My 3 stars are for the cleanliness and organization of the store. I love Target- who doesn't?! But the Managers at this store are hit and miss. I am here 3 times a week grabbing last minute grocery items to pharmacy needs. There are a handful of leads and managers that aren't very friendly. Maybe they have a lot of stuff going on in their lives, who am I to judge. But really though, be friendly... if I wanted that kind of treatment I would go to Walmart. read more

Unfortunately you over pay for every item. Target is poor store compared to Bonney lake Fred Meyer and Safeway. They are incompetent when it comes to there coupon policy. They also sell expired produce. I haven't been back in a year so I'm updating because I went not to long ago and picked up some Venco chalk licorice. Been looking for these forever. They are a specialty item made in Holland so surprised they had them. I'll give them a better rating for having such a great candy. read more

Only stopped in here to use the restroom and grab something to drink before heading over to Maris Farms. The restrooms were dirty and smelled gross... So there's that. We tried to order at the Starbucks, but we stood there for about three minutes and nobody came out of the back or to take our order, so we left and just grabbed something from the cold cases in front of the registers. I went to pick up a prescription for my mom and I have never used the pharmacy inside Target. The line was very long but moved quickly and when I got to my turn I was greeted with a friendly smile. I wish I had the name of the gentleman working at the counter because he was a breath of fresh air. In a society that has made it acceptable for staff to treat guests terribly due to employment shortages, it's nice to see there are still people who show up and enjoy their job. He was extremely helpful, patient and professional. I will probably be moving all my prescriptions over to Target based on this interaction. My current pharmacy is too overloaded and understaffed and it ends up costing HOURS of my time for a simple script. I strongly recommend Target pharmacy! read more

This is the absolute worst Target I have ever been to. They're short staffed. All the time. Never enough people working registers. The humans who are working registers are catty and rude. Dude, you're working the register at Target. Calm down. Their customer service desk acts like it's worse than pulling teeth to help with anything useful outside of ringing people up. I've never understood why people work in customer service when they're awful at dealing with people and this location is the epitome of that situation. So so bad. This location needs a complete management and employee overhaul. read more

Ugh! This is an update to my previous post. I've basically avoided coming to target unless I know they have good dollar items right in the front that I use for work decorations. Otherwise, they're still trash. The "juniors" or "misses" section is completely gone. The few items left are all little kid style t-shirts with Jurassic park or star wars themes on them, or crop tops that cover nothing and still cost $20. The women's section has completely taken over and is now "Universal Threads" branding. Additionally, the walls have been done a boring brown with no signage or wall decorations. When I asked about the juniors section, an employee rudely said "this is it I guess. I don't know what that means." Then she immediately turns to her coworker to talk about me, all of which I completely overheard. This will be the absolute last time I shop here. read more

In the beginning of covid I had to watch where I went as I was pregnant. I usually go to Walmart because of some of the prices, but Target had special hours for pregnant and at risk people. So, I started going here because for that one hour it's nice to be in a store and shop peacefully. I also love the drive up option. It's very easy to return or exchange an item at the customer service desk. The cashiers I've had were always nice and friendly. I also love the app and how easy it is to shop on there. read more

I just wanted to say that I love coming to Target. I shop at this location every now and then and didn't ever think about writing a review until today. I was in a hurry today to pick up some things I needed for a birthday party. When I went to get in line, one of the employees (this was around 11am-11:30am) (I didn't catch her name) asked me if I wanted to come with her to the Self Check. I asked her if I could purchase a gift card with self check out. She told me that I could. She was so friendly and so considerate! She asked me about my day and I asked about hers. It was refreshing to not be treated as just another "transaction". She was doing so great directing the flow of customers and making sure everyone was helped in a timely fashion! Whoever her managers are (or if she's a manager) ..... SHE DESERVES A RAISE. Great customer service. So much so that I wanted to write this review. I wish I would have caught her name. read more

If i could give 0 or negative stars I would. I was here this weekend seeing the newly remodeled Target (which is mostly just changing where stuff is, though there's a nice new beauty section and the customer service area looks nicer) and of course it was busy it was a weekend. I waited for 25 minutes in a line that was flooding out of all three checkstands that were open. I watched the customer service line get almost to the self checkout line. The self checkout line did intersect with the check stand line. I could hear the walkie-talkies of the people behind me in the clothing section and one of the assistant managers called for backup cashiers and the store manager told them that he doesn't have anyone available! What a joke! I'm sure if he actually ever worked there he would see that they do need more cashiers. I set my cart aside and went to walmart where there were an appropriate number of cashiers and I will be getting my baby formula, diapers, and other needs there now. I don't know what kind of management is going on there but until it changes I will let everyone I know not to shop there. read more

Out of the two that are closest to me, I like this location better than the South Hill one. It's an individual store, so there isn't the background noise of the mall when you're walking around. Like I said in my other review for South Hill, I come to BL if I want to look around & shop (which is often because I LOVE Target). It's much nicer than the one at the mall. read more

Love this Target! It's out of the way so I'm guessing it doesn't get the same amount of foot traffic as some of the other stores in the area, so the stock levels are always good. If you live in the Sumner/Auburn area, this is the best location for you especially if you're shipping for stuff from their weekly ad. More than likely it'll be in stock here as opposed to the Kent or Federal Way locations read more

If I could give this place -stars I would. I have been shopping at Target since I was a kid. This place is typically a one stop shop to get anything you need and even things you don't. I've never had a bad experience at Target until coming to this location. I'm not sure if it has to do with the fact that I've recently relocated from Seattle to Bonney Lake and get treated differently out here, but the experience last night was a cake topper. We got in around 9:20 to grab a couple of things. Literally, maybe 2 or 3 things. We wound up as usual getting distracted by the plethora of household goods you can get lost in inside, so we stayed a little bit longer. Around 9:45, we asked an employee in an aisle what time they close - she said they would be closing in 15 minutes, so we quickly got back on track and found the things that we were looking for. At approximately 2 minutes to 10, we are headed for the check out line. Here's where things turn for the worst: As I pull up my cart and reach for the items, 5 or 6 Target crew members are standing by the doors with their arms crossed staring at us as if they've been waiting all night. Mind you, we never heard an announcement over the intercom so we didn't realize they were closing yet. Regardless - as I reach for my things, the man checking us out says in a disgusted anxious tone "it's 10:01 and we are trying to close, come on, are you guys ready?" I couldn't believe it! Really? You close at 10PM. I didn't just start my shopping trip, I am ending it. I am here. Grabbing my things. Checking out. The ground is not melting beneath us, everything will be ok. Breathe. I responded with a "yes, that is why I am grabbing my stuff to check out - is that ok? Do the lights turn off automatically or something by a certain time?" I get a "no, but we closed at 10 and so we need you guys to leave now" as he is now reaching for my cart to rush me, fumbling around dropping my stuff as he scans it and bags it - asking us "okay is that all?" and "is this everything?" repeatedly with every thing he grabs off the conveyer. Mind you we had 8 items, barely anything and my bill came to $40. I could not believe the level of disrespect the man was showing me. I am a paying customer and in the check out line at 10PM; never have I been ushered out of a Target so quickly like we were in an apocalyptic death match and the only rate of survival was outside the Target doors. Right as he handed me the receipt, I say "I'm sorry we never heard an announcement that the store was closing" and they let us know that their intercom is broken. Again - not our fault (or theirs really) - but this does not warrant making the consumer feel awkward and uncomfortable for being there. Learn some respect and treat your customers as they are - PAYING CUSTOMERS. The level of customer service as a whole is horrible in Bonney Lake, not sure why, and Target here can't seem to break that mold either. We will never be back to this location. Unless somebody is bleeding out and dying this is completely intolerable behavior and you do not deserve your job. Also: he rushed so fast he didn't scan out 2 items we wanted and found out when we got back to the house they weren't in our bags or on the receipt. Unreal. read more

Confused manager, I think she thinks shes the owner or something. Lol. Shes mad at people who used coupons. Im not even a extreme couponer. They said limit 4coupons (manufacturer/target) and then they read it and says on coupon limit one per purchase (which means PER ITEM) they said it means one per transaction. So whats the point of limiting 4 coupons if you only accept 1? And when you tell a manager something she gives you attitude and a stink look. Even when I havent started couponing she has that look all the time. Like that scissor hand guy. Seriously she needs to draw a joker face on or something. SMILE. PLEASE. The Target in Bonney Lake is by far the best Target I have ever been to. I can literally spend hours in that store! I love looking at all the different sections they have... from clothes, hats, belts, shoes... to artwork, electronics, toys, etc. They have such a great selection of everything, the staff are friendly, and the store is very clean. Not to mention, there is plenty of parking, and I think the store is in a great location. As you can tell, I'm a fan! read more

This is by far my favorite Target store- the staff is friendly, the store is clean and I'm always able to get everything I go in for. Now that they have groceries, it's THAT much better as I don't have to make two trips, one to Target and another to a grocery store. OMG! absolutely the WORST. When we moved here, it was recommended - we went in for our first prescription and also asked for a flu shot. The tech we couldn't have one because we didn't have part - B, I told her we didn't have Medicare​ yet - we had our own insurance... she would NOT listen! Frustrated I left. Went back for my glaucoma drops the next day and they gave me something else... saying what I had been using for years, was no longer available. I went to RiteAid and got it. My husband went in to pick up 5 prescriptions for his diabetes a WEEK ago. They blamed his doctor- said she hadn't called it in. I checked - she had! He has been going back every day and getting ONE of the 5....gosh maybe three more trips and they'll pull their head out. Oh for the days of actual pharmacists instead of techs and clerks that have no clue and don't listen. NO more target. read more

There is always a ton of parking. There's a starbucks inside as well. The store is very clean and the workers are always very helpful.
