Why did another individual have an issue with a couch you delivered that had messed up cushions and messed up springs? How about the chair you delivered that was broken? furniture does not hold up. I bought reclining couches just a little over a year ago first month and I had to have a switch replaced now a year later the recliner is stuck an open position and will not go down the store. Told me pretty much tough luck, lady you need to have pay somebody to come out and fix it. I would never ever recommend them read more

False advertising!!! This store advertises 30% to 70% off of retail mattress prices saying they are a wholesale warehouse and their prices are sky high!! Prices were MORE than the local mattress stores I had been to and ABOVE retail. The queen mattress that they have for $160 is nothing like the ones pictured in the ad. It is a flat little pancake that looks like a mattress used for a cot. The thick, plush, name brand mattresses shown in their ads are full retail ++. This claim of 30% to 70% off retail does not exist. I looked at a modest, bottom tier, name brand queen bed and their price was $650 where the other mattress stores had the same for $450 to $500. Was a huge waste of time to drive all the way over there based on their false advertising. read more

Was looking for a recliner, husband had seen this place advertised so we thought we would stop in. Inspected and sat in 3 different chairs. The first one the rocker part of the base only 1/2 rocked it would go forward then stop. The second recliner was a great match, the third was perfect but was not long enough for the leg part. Went back to chair #2. Asked what was wrong with #1. employee sat in #1 and #2 and stated she would look into it. Came back after a tad and said that it was assembled incorrectly the base was wrong but it was a fantastic chair. I sat in #2 again and decided this was the one. She said let me look in the back to see if we have a new one. Went and talked to her manager as she was walking away I said if ya don't have one let me know. We would be willing to take this one if you take money off of it due to it being a floor model. Came back after talking to manager and said yep we have a new one in the box in the warehouse. We went and paid the $700 for the chair. Went to door #4. The manager helped load it. Before loading I asked if we could check it out to make sure it was correct chair. She opened the box I took a quick glance and said yep that's the one. We got home and to our surprise it was NOT the chair we paid for. It was the #1 chair for $200 cheaper. I called the store and explained who I was and what the problem was. She stated she would call the owner who lives in Texas and see how they could fix it. I would hear back in an hour. An hour later she called. The owner " Gary " said we could bring the chair back and they would give me the right one. I said the #2 chair I paid for? She said yes but we dont have a new one you would have to take the floor model. I said so when I said in the store that I would take possibly the floor model but for a discount due to it being the floor model you said you had a new one. But in fact you dont have a new one you gave me the cheaper chair. She said well you did accept the one and said it was right. I explained that yes I did I should have taken more time to take the whole chair out of the box and make sure. But I feel also that the manager who helped me load it should take some responsibility as well. She said well you said it was the one. I explained again I wanted chair #2 I received #1 chair. My husband ended up calling the owner " Gary " explained the situation and Gary said he could refund our amount just bring the chair back. ** here is my feedback! Seriously? The sales people on the floor have no clue as to how to solve a problem. They should know their products. As far as trying to make this right they did nothing. Except tell me to bring it back and I could get the floor model. According to the sales gal that we were dealing with there was nothing they could do. When my husband called the owner finally did something. Possibly a good product? I dont know. Sales reps willing to work with you to help fix the problem and help their customers NO. Somehow my review got deleted I am so sad. I was finally able to afford a new couch for my first home. I spent almost $3,000 on my couch last month! It's terrible quality and super high priced! They immediately told me no exchanges or returns and now I see why. The backs of the couch are broken, the lining of the couch is completely uneven and noticeable. The cushions are awfully flat. The wood inside the couch is literally breaking. I have no children in my home climbing on it and I take very good care of it. Super disappointed! read more

Came to this location after seeing a Facebook ad about amazing deals they're currently offering on living room furniture and beds. Upon my arrival I was greeted by one of the associates I wish I could remember her name but she was very helpful and pleasant to interact with! She provided me a few selection based on me looking for a couch for my 1 bedroom apartment and had limited space to deal with. I decided on the 2 piece clayton sectional and couldn't be more happier with my decision. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! read more

We bought a mattress from Boxdrop Bonney Lake store which is 40 minutes from where we live Kent on around 30 August and was delivered on 31 August. We slept on it that night and found it's not the mattress we bought. We called next day 1 September and was brushed it off as there's nothing they can do. We went to the store on Tuesday 5 September and called the manager with our complaint. We said it feels like a used mattress. He vehemently said we do not sell used mattress which is not what we said and will not replace the mattress. We have cancelled monthly payment on the mattress and the manager threatened he will take us to court. Anyway that is the kind of customer service we got from Boxdrop. Very poor indeed. read more

Underwhelmed with options and pricing while some price points were reasonable others were in my opinion over priced for just a couch and not any tables to accompany it although they're up front about the fact what you see is what you get. We did purchase a couch that they had available brand new versus floor model, paid for delivery and set up. No issues with delivery or set up at all. I left 3 stars just as an average score. They have a no refund policy and for furniture that scares me, not sure I'd go back to them but the experience wasn't bad. I'd look for a place with more variety. Nice sales associates, very attentive and courteous. read more
