I had an odd budget when I entered this store, I believe that my budget was $82, and I got several lovely things for just under this amount of money. They told me about some cool details of the things I bought that made me feel more connected to the makers. So many of the goods are freaking gorgeous with beautiful patterns. I want to go back and get a robe from them -- they were made from pre-owned sarees! Many things were made from those, including skirts, bags, scrunchies, and scarves. I love that someone always recognizes me when I walk in and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When I ordered the small bookshelf today, the sales associate recognized me and was able to look up my last order. They're having a sale, but the prices had gone up from last year. The owner obviously has a green thumb, there was not an inch of ground, benches, tables, and shelves that wasn't covered with her handiwork - flowers, ground cover, vegetables, vines - it's all there. There was even a number of areas where she had free plants that she couldn't see throwing away or composting if someone could put them to good use. We got there during one of her regular plant sales so ended up spending ~40% of what we'd have spent at the big nursery. Great value, great selection, awesome service - we're glad we dropped by and will be back again.
