Honestly I've never particularly liked going to furniture stores in general, but Bothell Furniture is warm and inviting. I love that someone always recognizes me when I walk in and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When I ordered the small bookshelf today, the sales associate recognized me and was able to look up my last order. They're having a sale, but the prices had gone up from last year. However she said she would give me the same pricing as before. My condo looks so much more inviting with the furniture I've bought from Bothell Furniture.

I contacted Roberto and he said he could cut them down and sew back together. I also had him make me some throw pillows to match the new table cloth I purchased. The long and the short of it, they are perfect! No one would ever know they were cut apart and sewn back together. He explained that 2 separate twins would be the most expensive possible option and that he was sure he would find something for us to agree on. He was right. We tried out 5 beds alongside him and he asked us questions to narrow down our search and figure out what we were actually looking for. We fell in LOVE with the Avocado mattress. It was actually medium-soft, though my partner wanted a firm bed, but so supportive and comfy that he fell for it. It really was the best of all the things we wanted and easily our favorite. Joshua was super helpful in both his methodology and the info we got. He honored a sale for us, helped us pick out pillows, and gave us just the right amount of care without overwhelming us. We were back in to purchase the next day and are now awaiting delivery! Yay! These guys are the real deal. They are not owned by any big companies, so are able to speak candidly on brands and really hone in on what will work best, not meeting sales quotas. We live in Seattle but visited their shop and picked the leather fabric that we liked. They picked up our chairs and ottomans as soon as the leather fabric arrived as promised. They finished them in a reasonable amount of time and returned them back to our condo. We are extremely happy with the job and now have our favorite chairs back in place and everyone who sees them agree they are absolutely beautiful. The process was flawless until the final payment. The day they were delivered we had to leave immediately to pick up a family member who was waiting at the airport. In the chaos the delivery people did not pick up the check and we forgot to remind them. We were halfway to the airport when we were called by Elvira. Elvira was very angry and would not let us mail the check. We offered to Zelle the balance but she said they did not have a Zelle account which is very easy to set up. We had to give them our credit card and then we were charged the 3% charge fee which was a substantial amount. We didn't feel it was handled in a fair way. Elvira was quite unreasonable as it was an unintentional mistake made by them as well as us. The exchange left us with a bad feeling even though everything else went perfectly.
