First I'm told it can't be ordered then when I ask to speak to the supervisor that said it can't be ordered, I'm told it "oh well uh, we can maybe order it but it will take weeks to get to XXX store, then probably months to get here".. So can you order it or not? Never once was the price even provided. Glad to see their business is so flourishing that they can basically look at me and tell me they don't want my money. NOTED. Shop elsewhere.

The sales person assured me it would be delivered within 2 weeks, which is why I went with the selection I did. After leaving the store, I received a phone call saying they had miscalculated my total cost and I needed to pay an additional $217. This was a significant fee but it seemed like it was a young kid that did the checkout and I was understanding that mistakes happen. I paid the additional $217 without issue. A week later, I called for the delivery date so I could adjust my work schedule to be home for the delivery. I was told that the window for delivery will now be 2-4 weeks, which was a major inconvenience because I had to host an event without any furniture. I called again after 3 weeks of waiting for the delivery date and was told the delivery date was delayed another 2 weeks at least!! Given the number of issues I'd had with the honestly & reliability of the company, I wish I had cancelled the order at that point and found an honest and reliable company to work with. But they agreed to compensate the delivery fee to account for the 6 week delivery delay so I assumed they were acting in good faith. Come the day of delivery, and my couch wasn't assembled correctly. I noticed this immediately and within the hour contacted both the company and delivery crew. Conlin's said they would contact the movers and correct the problem. Of course I didn't hear back from them that day so I called back the next day. Understandably I was dissatisfied with my experience and asked when they could have somebody come and correct their error. They said they won't send anybody back to fix my couch. I talked to a manager who hung up on me when I asked if it was standard and acceptable business practice to leave a paying customer (who just spent over $1400 on merchandise) with an improperly assembled couch. Apparently being held accountable for what I was promised is too much to expect from this business. It is unfortunate that the customer service is so terrible because I really like Conlin's products. I was a returning customer. The hassle of dealing with a deceptive and rude staff is not worth it.

Then I met Ann Marie in appliances & she was very helpful & pointed out features I wanted or didn't want in each model & we quickly narrowed it down to the perfect one! Very personable lady & since they had some great sales going on, ended up getting a new range also! It was very easy, straightforward & done! Delivery just a couple days later was just as easy, quick & professional by Louis & Aaron! Thank you all! Great experience!

Lowe's 3rd party delivery service (Marsk). HORRIBLE!!!! I have bought appliances for my house and…read more10 appliances for the company I work for. Starting with my personal purchase for a refrigerator. I had it delivered by Lowe's. I had no idea what issues would arise with this company! First of all neither one of the guys spoke English. Which normally doesn't bother me but when it comes to telling them to not walk in my memorial garden that was created by my Mom and I for my Dads passing. which one of the plants is a yucka. It has taken 18 years to finally bloom. They broke the stem with the blooms off. Then when my Mom passed away just a couple years ago my daughter and I planted plants in her memory. They stomped all over them and broke off the flowers and also broke my garden statue. They never apologized or even recognized what they had done. I'm so upset. I've reached out to Lowe's and still nothing as been done to resolve the issue (been since May 6th 2026). It's hard to put a price on the damage because it's more than just the cost of the plants. As far as the delivery for the business I work for, it was a nightmare. They damaged one of the refrigerators and tried to hide it. They dropped a washer, rammed a dryer into the wall. They refused the installation that was paid for when appliances were purchase. tho the work order included installation. So, do yourself a favor NEVER buy appliances from Lowe's if you need delivery!!!
