I have been one of Lowes most loyal customers over the past 8 years here at the Everett WA location. I have found that in the last several months they have replaced most of their upper managment at this location. Though concering at first..... It turned out to be a great decision for this store. Richard, kyle, Layton (SIC) and Jon the unit manager all deserve cudos from Lowes Corp. guys such as Ben and Doug. Both Kyle and Richard are from California and I feel they both sincerly care about all the needs and wants from not only "customers" but from the "Community as well". Lowes of Everett Wa has taken a great interest in the restoration of Chateau Evalyn formally known as Charles of Smugglers Cove in Mukilteo WA. This French Provincial has such a great history in our community and thanks to the help from Lowes of Everett, it will be much easier to complete this major task of keeping it from the wrecking ball and going condo. If you are one of the many people that are greatfull this is not going condo please shop at Lowes of Everett and ask for a manager to tell them thanks personally. Hole in carpeting

Went to Lowe's on July 14th 2018 and bought 60ft total of carpeting for our boat. While laying the carpet out halfway through us laying and gluing the carpet down we found this hole in the carpet. Unfortunately we already had it halfway glued and couldn't do much about. It's a very big disappointment that this has happen. I'm posting this to make sure anyone else who buys any carpeting to inspect it before you leave the store.

Buy glass elswhere. They have no one to cut it. It took 15 minutes for an honesy employee to tell me.

First I'm told it can't be ordered then when I ask to speak to the supervisor that said it can't be ordered, I'm told it "oh well uh, we can maybe order it but it will take weeks to get to XXX store, then probably months to get here".. So can you order it or not? Never once was the price even provided. Glad to see their business is so flourishing that they can basically look at me and tell me they don't want my money. NOTED. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered a couch and love seat from Conlin's in summer…read more2025. The sales person assured me it would be delivered within 2 weeks, which is why I went with the selection I did. After leaving the store, I received a phone call saying they had miscalculated my total cost and I needed to pay an additional $217. This was a significant fee but it seemed like it was a young kid that did the checkout and I was understanding that mistakes happen. I paid the additional $217 without issue. A week later, I called for the delivery date so I could adjust my work schedule to be home for the delivery. I was told that the window for delivery will now be 2-4 weeks, which was a major inconvenience because I had to host an event without any furniture. I called again after 3 weeks of waiting for the delivery date and was told the delivery date was delayed another 2 weeks at least!! Given the number of issues I'd had with the honestly & reliability of the company, I wish I had cancelled the order at that point and found an honest and reliable company to work with. But they agreed to compensate the delivery fee to account for the 6 week delivery delay so I assumed they were acting in good faith. Come the day of delivery, and my couch wasn't assembled correctly. I noticed this immediately and within the hour contacted both the company and delivery crew. Conlin's said they would contact the movers and correct the problem. Of course I didn't hear back from them that day so I called back the next day. Understandably I was dissatisfied with my experience and asked when they could have somebody come and correct their error. They said they won't send anybody back to fix my couch. I talked to a manager who hung up on me when I asked if it was standard and acceptable business practice to leave a paying customer (who just spent over $1400 on merchandise) with an improperly assembled couch. Apparently being held accountable for what I was promised is too much to expect from this business. It is unfortunate that the customer service is so terrible because I really like Conlin's products. I was a returning customer. The hassle of dealing with a deceptive and rude staff is not worth it.

Had an absolutely horrible experience looking for solid hardwood floors here and ended up walking…read moreout after attempting to get help for 45 minutes. Two workers in the hardwood flooring area completely ignored us the whole 45 minutes we were there. We finally flagged down a 3rd person who attempted to help us. He warned us that he had only been working there for 3 weeks and would grab somebody if we had questions he couldn't answer. But as we asked questions, it became abundantly clear that he was content with making answers up instead of getting somebody who knew what they were talking about. He initially didn't know the difference between site-finished and pre-finished hardwood floor until we described it to him. He couldn't explain how to tell which floor options had bevels between the boards and at one point claimed that a specific example floor only "looked like it had bevels because it was hanging vertically for the display" (obviously a completely wrong answer as you could see the individual boards had bevels on them). At one point, he told us that if we wanted to a site-finish floor then we could install a pre-finished board, completely strip it, and then re-finish it with the finish we wanted. I understand he was new but he never once actually went to get anyone else and confidently stood by all of his answer. He should NOT have been interacting with customers on his own as he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. And the cherry on top is that this whole conversation occurred within earshot of two other employees who never once offered their input, help, or correction. The complete lack of customer service and flooring knowledge is unacceptable and we will never be going back to this location or any other.
