The "driver" that showed up was some dude in sandals and a trailer that he didn't know how to back up, couldn't get anywhere close to where I wanted on my ample driveway. Proceed to tell me he isn't placing it and started to toss the order straight out of the gate and into a pile and took off! I had to pick up my heap of 2x4's and poles and carry them the 50 feet to the location of the project. He told me they don't get paid to unload and make a neat stack. Lowe's 3rd party delivery service (Marsk). HORRIBLE!!!! I have bought appliances for my house and 10 appliances for the company I work for. Starting with my personal purchase for a refrigerator. I had it delivered by Lowe's. I had no idea what issues would arise with this company! First of all neither one of the guys spoke English. Which normally doesn't bother me but when it comes to telling them to not walk in my memorial garden that was created by my Mom and I for my Dads passing. which one of the plants is a yucka. It has taken 18 years to finally bloom. They broke the stem with the blooms off. Then when my Mom passed away just a couple years ago my daughter and I planted plants in her memory. They stomped all over them and broke off the flowers and also broke my garden statue. They never apologized or even recognized what they had done. I'm so upset. I've reached out to Lowe's and still nothing as been done to resolve the issue (been since May 6th 2026). It's hard to put a price on the damage because it's more than just the cost of the plants. As far as the delivery for the business I work for, it was a nightmare. They damaged one of the refrigerators and tried to hide it. They dropped a washer, rammed a dryer into the wall. They refused the installation that was paid for when appliances were purchase. tho the work order included installation. So, do yourself a favor NEVER buy appliances from Lowe's if you need delivery!!! read more

Time to buy a new washing machine! Had brand, style & price range in mind. Stopped at Everett Lowe's & found 3-4 different machines. Then I met Ann Marie in appliances & she was very helpful & pointed out features I wanted or didn't want in each model & we quickly narrowed it down to the perfect one! Very personable lady & since they had some great sales going on, ended up getting a new range also! It was very easy, straightforward & done! We purchased tile and scheduled backsplash installation through Lowes. Initial installation delayed due to poor communication between Lowe's and installation contractor, over proper size of tile trim (apparently wrong size trim was ordered so the store was holding order until they heard from the installation company, but the installation company claimed to know nothing about it). Once we acted as a go between for communication the correct trim was ordered. Installation day arrives. The installer shows up without material. We specifically asked that the installer pick up material and was told this was customary. The installer said that they do often pick up materials but only if Lowe's notes it on the work order. Once the materials got picked up and the backsplash was installed the tiles were not wiped clean from grout. After WE got the tiles wiped off it was clear 6 tiles were cracked. Today the installer was scheduled to replace the broken tiles between 8-11. No one shows up so we call Lowe's installation coordinator who contacts the installer. Apparently it was not put onto the installer's schedule as they were waiting for pictures. The problem is that no one ever asked us for pictures, again lack of communication. There just seems to be no communication between Lowes and their contracted installers which leaves customers with long delays and spending hours trying to find out what is going on to act as a go between Lowes and their contracted installers. Overall quality of the work is poor as the customer should not be the ones cleaning the grout off the tile and the tiles should not be left cracked. The installer did come later to fix those 6 tiles but within hours of those 6 tiles being replace we noticed a crack in another tile. At this point I we will probably just give up and live with a brand new backsplash that is already cracked. That is sad read more

If you advertise an item for a specific price, honor on it. It took me legal threats to finally get what I paid for. Don't get sucked into buying something because they won't honor the price.(I paid for a lawnmower $350 online). The product that I purchased online was not delivered to my home. They mailed me the completely wrong product. When I tried to ask for the item I purchased, they said that lowes accidentally listed my item with the incorrect price and refused to honor it even after I had purchased and received a wrong item. They said if I wanted the item I PAID FOR I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $100 more and they refused to pick up the wrong delivery. I had to break my back to deliver in person. After five different calls, calling the corporate office, calling different locations here near me.. I finally was able to get my lawnmower that I purchased from the one in Arlington. This Everett location was rude and refused to send me an item I paid for. I don't understand why customers have to pay for Lowe's errors with pricing issues. read more

Lowes uses Synchrony to process their CC charges. I opened CC acct in March. I received emails regarding charges in Apr, May, Jun. Then stopped receiving notifications. July & Aug never came. I had min charges each month (under $20). Then I received late charges after 60 days for two months and well as late fees. This ruined my 30+ record of 800+ FICO score and dropped it below 700. Bought a Maytag washer from Lowe's on 5/27/25, and they delivered it on Friday 5/30/25. It broke down this past Monday, 3 days later! Lowe's would not accept a return or refund my money as their policy is within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery and it broke on day 3! Maytag will only repair it and cannot for at least 3-4 weeks due to parts backlog. It seems this washer has a breakdown issue according to the authorized repair service. If they know that, shouldn't Lowe's and Maytag know and either not sell it or take better care of customers?! I will not buy Maytag or shop at Lowe's ever again. read more

I have found that in the last several months they have replaced most of their upper managment at this location. Though concering at first..... It turned out to be a great decision for this store. Both Kyle and Richard are from California and I feel they both sincerly care about all the needs and wants from not only "customers" but from the "Community as well". Lowes of Everett Wa has taken a great interest in the restoration of Chateau Evalyn formally known as Charles of Smugglers Cove in Mukilteo WA. I had the best buying experience at Lowe's in the appliance department from Ann Marie. She was friendly, well informed on the different brands and extremely helpful. I've been shopping around for a new washer the past couple weeks and found that most other stores weren't as well versed as her, or they were just plain non existent. As soon as walked in to appliance department I was greeted with a friendly hello and from there she was able to answer all my questions. I now have a new washer that will be delivered in two days. I'm super happy with my purchase and how easy Ann Marie made the whole buying process. I've been coming to this Lowes for about 20 years, because it is so close to my home, and it has always been hit or miss. Today was one of the bad days. We needed to get some bark, so we visited about 11:30 on a Saturday morning. We went to the bark area and loaded up the only flatbed cart for a mile, even though it was rickety. Loading it required searching for bags that weren't opened and spilling, since the employee hiding back there couldn't provide tape to fix the bags, and offered no help of any kind. Once loaded, the cart wouldn't roll. I spent a minute, outside and in, looking for another cart, before we aborted that mission and went to the front to see if we could get the bark from the drive-around area outside, which should have been our first strategy. We paid for the bark, and went to collect it, but the gates were locked up tight. My wife spotted an employee in there at the far end of the lot, and hailed him with difficulty, because he truly appeared to hide from us! Nevertheless, she persisted, and he relented. I pulled the car through to the bark. Then, he moved as slowly as he could to NOT help transfer the product to the car. As I'd experienced this before with a different employee, I was ready, and also sandbagged, until he couldn't slack anymore without being obvious. He and I loaded bags until he said "that's ten." But I'd counted nine. I was correct. Count your bags, people! Also, maybe go to Ace Hardware on Broadway or one of the Home Depots in the area. read more

Placed an order for $1400.00 in building materials and based my choice for the delivery option based on the Everett stores website options of an 8am to 12pm or 12pm to 4pm delivery. I selected 12pm to 4pm and completed my order. It wasn't until I had placed my order that I received a delivery estimation of 3pm to 7pm? This was very inconsiderate of my time and didn't set well with me so I contacted the Everett Lowe's and after being passed around by phone to three different associates I was told the times on the website are basically a placebo and not accurate! I was then told they schedule by location and that the delivery driver slated to deliver to my Everett address is first delivering to Concrete, WA and other locations and this is why my delivery is being delayed. Why would the Everett Lowe's be delivering to Concrete? There's at least three Lowe's stores that are closer? Anyway, This is poor customer service in my opinion and this Veteran will be taking his business elsewhere after this. Went to Lowe's on July 14th 2018 and bought 60ft total of carpeting for our boat. While laying the carpet out halfway through us laying and gluing the carpet down we found this hole in the carpet. Unfortunately we already had it halfway glued and couldn't do much about. It's a very big disappointment that this has happen. Flawless service in the appliance department today. Shayla helped us quickly, and doubled checked several wash machine and dryer options we were looking at. It's so helpful when the staff is willing to do the most, and she did with a can do attitude. We brought our broken wash machine in, because we desperately needed to replace it same day. She made it seem no problem (which we were hesitant about bringing it in the first place). $40 recycling fee and it was taken care of on the spot. The cashier Christmas, was so sweet and kind. She was bubbly and friendly and processed everything quickly. She also coordinated the drop off of our new dryer. Shayla and Logan helped my husband unload the wash machine and load the new one onto our truck. I'll say it again; flawless, it was a seamless process and we couldn't be more grateful as we were stressed about our machine being broken in the first place. We got a silver set of LG machines and we can't wait to use them. Also, this store just has a really chill vibe and the bathrooms were clean. read more

I was in today to purchase an item that according to the web was in stock. I had no luck on my own and was subsequently offered assistance by a fellow named Robert Jennings (possibly Richard Jennings). Not 100% certain of the first name. Anyway, he spent a significant amount of time with me trying to locate my item. He checked a few different aisles then climbed the moving ladder to move boxes around for quite some time to eventually locate what I needed. He did not want to give up till he found what I needed. I was in the store this morning August 3rd at 7:10 a.m. I witnessed 2 employees having a conversation about appreciation day from lowes management. They were saying they were unsure what was going to happen. They were all eating from the same food trays. And now waiting to find out about contact tracing. I call the store manager the store manager said we haven't had appreciation day here recently. I asked him if that meant 1 week 3 months 6 months or a year ago? His next statement was does this have to do with covid-19? I said yes it does why would anybody else care about your appreciation employee days as a customer. I then called the suppose it corporate office in Lacey Washington. And I got absolutely nowhere except the standard. We care deeply about our employees in safety procedures. I going call the North Carolina corporate office or I try to. I was forward it to a person in Indiana. She stated that nobody from corporate was available and none of them would be working to day that she would get it documented it I told her I did not trust you because you're already lion to me. I attempted to set up a toilet installation through Lowe's, however, Lowe's now uses a middleman organization called Handy to schedule installations. The overall service at Handy was terrible. I tried to get a toilet installation scheduled for almost two weeks without success. The only response I got from the customer service people who answered the phone was an "I'm sorry but this is how the system works." Well, Handy, your system is not working. The final insult happened this morning when the "customer service" person I talked to hung up on me. I will never use your company again. This Lowe's is a joke. I purchased an order online and after a few hours once I went to go pick it up, mo one had filled it yet. The person working in customer service tried several times to get the responsible for filling them to call him or come to the help desk with absolutely no response. He then got someone else to help fill the order but when they came to the desk with my items they then proceeded to give the customer service employee nothing but attitude because "everyone is busy doing their job" which was his response to being told that no one answered the pages. Getting a fence installed through this Lowe's has been a horrible experience and the fence is not even in yet! The customer service is the absolute worst. The original estimator who comes out to sell you the service (Lee) put our address down incorrectly on the contract and added in "demolition and removal of existing fence" - there was no existing fence. When we pointed this out he said not to worry about it - the contractor would see there was not a fence to remove. We then waited, and waited, and waited for another guy to come do the "critical measure" - when we called Lee back to check on progress he told me it was not his job anymore- after the initial visit it was someone else's problem. And so we waited. Finally got the estimate and told them to move ahead. Got a call that they were ordering supplies and would let us know when they came in. 2 weeks pass with nothing. We call the Lowe's installation desk where a woman named Ann told us there was a wood shortage in the District. We suggested she look outside the District and she told us that was above her pay grade. She then said if I came in the store and complained she would "get in my face". We called a Manager. Low and behold the order came in the next day. We were told a contractor would call us to schedule the install within 3 days. So we waited. 9 days. We call - are told someone would call us after 2:30pm - that was yesterday. Finally today at 2pm we get a call from the contractor. He says he was told not to call us until today. We are now scheduled for an install on 8/29 - his first available date. Had he called us last week he could have done the install this week. Meanwhile Lowe's charged my card for the full amount of the job right after the critical measure. So they've had my money for over a month and I still have no fence. Communication has been the worst - we've had to initiate all contact to get any kind of action or information. Will never use (or recommend) the installation services at this store again. read more

I LOVE this Lowes!!!!!!!! #1: I couldn't have plumbed in 4 new bathrooms without the knowledgeable staff there. AND I PASSED PLUMBING INSPECTIONS!!! And I never plumbed before. #2: I LOVE bargains, and Lowes has discounts on damaged goods and discontinued items. Sometimes a little off, sometimes a lot. I never thought I'd be writing a yelp review for a Lowe's but here I am. Enormous, but kind of a ghost town in itself. I've gotten good and bad help or service, it's a toss up. As another reviewer shared, the garden center is completely infested with fungus gnats, spider mites, you name it. No one is ever there to help and when there is, they say, "our garden person is on lunch right now" or "our garden person isn't here today." As we know, big box store plants are pretty much sent there to die. They're not taken care of and the only thing that matters is getting them off the shelves. They even have the nerve to put completely dried out and dead plants on "clearance" for $10 and rarely any less than $3. Whenever they do get a new shipment from Costa Farms, which seems to be every couple of months, the best plants go quick. I was a "lucky" customer getting a very low priced Monstera, only bringing home a couple gnats and avoiding an infestation. However, I'm concerned that as I frequent the garden center a couple times a week (hoping for a new shipment) I've brought home a spider mite infestation. I've never had spider mites until today. Bravo, Lowe's. Struggle onward. read more

I visited the Lowe's location on Pacific Ave in Everett yesterday and was happy to see them enforcing the mask mandate. I have witnessed one guy at Safeway and other stores proudly refusing to wear a mask and scolding anyone who asks about how he is exempt. He was yelling at people at Safeway a few weeks ago and tried to do the same thing yesterday at Lowe's. Funny how this guy can sing in the aisles or whistle really loudly while at the same time saying that he is unable to wear masks. He was arguing with the cashier yesterday so loud you could hear him aisles away. The staff at the Pacific Avenue Lowe's did not put up with his attention-seeking behavior and told him that they would be happy to provide him with curbside service because he refused to wear a mask. I have relatives with COPD and asthma and they go through the difficulty of putting on a mask. It is called having concern for others. If you can't wear a mask you shouldn't be whistling and singing loudly in a store to attract attention to yourself. While I was shopping I had no less than three employees offer to help me find whatever I needed, and I found the store to be clean and generously stocked. I am glad to shop at a store where the staff took the effort to make sure fellow employees and customers were kept safe. Keep up the great work! read more

Wow. I went to Lowe's to find some low price flowers in plants on sale. I picked up one and when I looked, I saw the plants had spider mites. A few months ago spider mites killed all my plants!! They travel through the air and spread quickly!! I attempted to get rid of them but they all died and I lost money. So...I put the flowers back and told an employee. She replied that they didn't care because they were trying to get rid of them!! I told her they'd spread. She told me they won't do anything about it!! She was annoyed I even said anything! So apparently not only do they want you to give them your money, but now they want all your flowers to die!! I was just upset that they didn't care at all!
