Over all I like this company because of the variety of items they carry. However, I purchased the below runs. At first they were $349.99 and I was hoping they'd go on sale as I had seen them on sale once before. This was last fall. Nope, the price raised to $399.99. So I still waited to see if they'd go on sale and they did at $349.99. I bought four runs. We brought our trailer, the guy at TSC loaded them onto the trailer and we noticed several panels were broke, called TSC and they replaced them. We set up two right away and than noticed one of the replacement panels has bent/broken wire. It's been a few months since we bought them and in between time the runs are now $449.99. Looking back, I wish I had bought the runs from TKN.... which at some point I will to replace these. I do like the gate closures.

I love the concept & business model. That, and I'm a true blue cheapskate/fashionista ;)…read more This business lets everyone: - take an active role in recycling fashion, - make a few bucks for participating, & - keeps community dollars in the community. And all the while having a blast shopping... How you like my carbon footprint now? ;)

Gosh I don't know…read more As a buyer - it's great. 5 Stars As a consigner - it's not the big money maker everyone hopes for. 3 Stars but maybe you will do better than me. The owner and coordinator of Seattle East is AMAZING. Really could not ask for a better, more communicative, helpful person. Auburn and Issaquah Sales. I bought stuff at the Mill Creek sale last year. I got some good buys but had anxiety after 20 minutes. It was so chaotic and the line was really really really long to check out. I bought at Monroe and there wasn't much but I did get a few good things. Checkout was fine. I then decided to sell at Auburn and Issaquah - there was a lot to learn but it wasn't that hard. Hangers are free at Old Navy just get them there. And use offwhite or white cardstock which I found around my house (old cards that go through the printer that I never used). I am frugal so this worked well for me. I got safety pins at the $1 store. So pricing is hard. Basically if you price too high then it goes to 50% off... so if your prices are high then be ready to be sad when you see your stuff go for 50% off. Be ready to spend 1 hour dropping your stuff off. You must have them separated by gender and SIZES. You hang all your stuff up. Also, if the racks are stuffed, put your items on the bottom. WHen they get stuffed, shoppers skip over those sections. Follow the rules. If they say NO SUMMER clothes, just follow the rules. They know that people will NOT buy summer stuff in droves in October so you are screwing up your sales and everyone elses due to space issues. Then today I arrived to try to sell my stuff at the Mill Creek sale. It was different in that you wait in line to have your stuff inspected. Knowing it takes me 60 minutes to do a drop off, park, drag my stuff in, hang up in each section.... this scared me as a woman a couple people in front of me had been waiting 30 minutes JUST to have her stuff inspected. The other sales I did didn't do this - they inspected everything after people dropped off but before the start of the sale. I had to just take all my stuff back to my car and leave. This meant it would be a minimum of 1 hour 45 minutes just to drop my stuff off and I had to pick my son up in 1.5 hours from the time that was on the clock. It really probably would have been 2 hours total. Keep in mind I also drove 30 minutes there. 30 minutes home. And will have to drive this all again to pick up my stuff. I think it only makes sense to sell if you don't care about your items and just generally donate them. In this case, do the sale and mark everything to reduce to 50% off and then Donate at the end of the sale. Otherwise it really isn't worth all the driving around and following all the rules. Entering your stuff on the website isn't that time consuming at all. It's the hanging, cutting tags, pinning tags, etc. I also wonder if enough is being done to market these events. Are there too many sellers and not enough buyers to support? And some people show up with BINS and BINS of stuff and frankly some of it looks really dated.... my stuff has all been bought within the last 1 year or within the last 5 years for my son's stuff. So I don't know what to say about that other than it takes up space and does it really sell? Do a little math to see if the time to drop off, etc. is all worth it? Shopping the event is great. I would pay the money to get in early. Come well rested, fed, caffeinated and consider leaving kids at home.

Sitting here in the parking lot and feeling obligated to sit in this blazing toasty Prius to write…read morethis because unlike the +130 reviews I currently have in draft mode, I feel I gotta get this out. I'm here in Monroe because of an offer up deal I was doing at the nearby Lowe's so I'm about almost an hour out of my ways due to traffic, and out of a completely spontaneous decision I went into the nearby goodwill. I don't frequent most places, but I have been to probably an unhealthy amount of goodwills. Idk why but even if I don't have time I usually make time if I see one I haven't gone to because it's such a random occurrence of events to find a dope find. Tbh in the last 5 years I've grown to usually take about 10 minutes tops to get in and out due to the mediocrity that is so casual for goodwill but I'm here to say that I want to go on record confidently stating this is the best goodwill I've ever been to. No, it's not doing something out of the scope of goodwills agenda, but everything you expect from a goodwill they are doing in an ideal way. The team here is just putting out such a variety of items and EVERYTHING is in sellable condition. Holy moly it's organized. I've seen organized goodwills but it's not common, and it's unheard of to see the combo of variety and organization. Tbh I was forcing myself out after finding like 3 amazing things because of my budget, so I didn't have any interaction with the staff or anything, but who cares. The store itself shows these people are talented and care about what they do. This review will amount to nothing, but this should be said. Thank you Monroe Goodwill and keep flippin thriving! P.s if you're worried that I'm toasting I'm not, I'm still in the parking lot in the heat, but my phone was at like 10% so I'm chillin in the car and the a/c on Bye

Walked in to a nearly empty store soon after they opened & was ask what I needed almost immediately by a kind sales person. Was thinking it was going to be a nice experience!! Could not have been more wrong. The sales person directed me to "Lance", who was helping another person when I came in. Lance asked my name & then said it wrong, so seeing his hearing aids I corrected him. Big mistake!!!!! He was such a jerk from that moment on I should have left. But it was a gift & I already knew my husband would be disappointed if I left. After Lance showed me a $1,000 hat & I told him I was not in the market for one in that price point he smirked & said, " well I didn't think you were". So I pointed to one I thought I'd like to try on. He then decided to lecture me on color. I'm a retired interior decorator, so I told him that. He immediately walked me to the front of the store to show me he opened it 50 years ago, even though he was a criminal attorney!!! What the what? Then he was angry because I told him I had seen a video about how the hats were formed with steam, which he specialized in. Bad choice. He then ignored me & waited on 4 men while I was standing there. He kept telling those men I knew everything & he was such a nasty, rude, angry old piece of skin, while thinking he was being funny. I spoke to all of them at one point & said "this guy is a real jerk". They all agreed. But one let me know that he is really good at fitting hats. Before I left I told the sales person that people like old Lance just need to not be in public & that person also agreed with me, but told me Lances schedule so I could avoid him if I ever came back. Lance, you're a miserable, angry old man who thinks a little western store is a special place, but I found the exact hat on Amazon!!! Guess what, it wasn't any more that you charged me for it, even though you told me you should have charged me more!!!! I was hoping you would read this & remember how you treated me, but I'm certain that you have no idea about the internet, since absolutely everything you do is written & in carbon copies!!! Lots of boots & hates. Horrible owner. Don't shop there when you can buy everything elsewhere. But do go & try stuff on, then put it back in the wrong place. I'll be rearranging boots & hats if I ever go in again. I would like to give this place a minus rating.

Don't shop here- owner is money oriented. My mom has a language barrier because English is not her…read morefirst language. Before she bought a dress, she asked Anna Marie what the return policy is (our first time to this store on the block). Store credit was not mentioned, just return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Great, so she bought it. When we came back within the 14 day window, we asked the store rep for a return, with receipt and tag, never worn. She called Anna Marie who asked the rep "what item is it", "how much did she spend?", etc. questions. Why does it matter how expensive the item is before you make a decision? We asked to talk to her on the phone and asked for an exception this one time for a refund and not store credit. She said no, absolute zero flexibility. She asked to send store credit via email, no thanks. We grabbed a shirt and apron, paid extra, and walked out, because we won't be back. I get it's a business, but that's not the best approach. Post signs, be transparent about your policy. Don't tell us it's on the receipt after the item has been purchased. It's not about the $58, it's about the principle and about my mom feeling bad that she didn't know what questions to ask and how. We would have been happy to return if she would have expressed understanding or talked to us in a way that hospitable, as we are locals and frequent this block. We've never had issues with any other stores here. Update: She called to "explain herself" and to tell me that she needed the price and the item details to know what vendor it belonged to. That doesn't change anything about being money oriented.. That was the first thing she's concerned about and didn't care about the circumstances - I heard the phone call. And she still could have done the return regardless of vendor - she didn't deny that. She didn't care earlier we said there is lack of transparency about the store credit, and didn't care about the language barrier. She said she called to "explain herself" about that too since she is a fellow POC herself. Oh, funny how she cares about that now.. We saw her face to face when she came into the store later to do the exchange for my mom. Not a single word then, she only said "sorry you have to return the dress". To add insult to injury.. when I asked over and over why she's calling us, she kept repeating "I'm calling to explain myself." Not apologetic, not admitting any wrong, just concerned about how she's perceived. I'm not changing my review, and we'll take our business to every other store on 1st street.

Brace yourselves... a lengthy review is coming…read more I went to The Vault for I believe the 4th (5th??) time yesterday. I have been fortunate to see Aubrey each time. Bummer, she was sick yesterday, but I got to see Kate in a pinch! Either way, if you've known me long enough, I spend much more on hair than the average adult male. So I'm pretty particular and will not go back to a place that isn't doing what's trending and also doing a quality job. In Texas, I was fortunate enough to have the BEST lady for years and years, and have since been riding the struggle bus in Washington. **side note... wtf WA guys??? It's like a hip place for a men's haircut simply is not a thing here. Back to The Vault, they are (as the kids say) all slap and no cap . I'm legit ALWAYS the only guy in the whole place when I go. I still don't get that about the PNW, but whatever. If you are a guy and want a haircut that may or may not be decent scissor and clipper work, and is also not a style made popular within the past decade... then maybe this isn't for you. However, if you want something trendy and well done, and you are willing to spend a little dough to get it... go see literally anyone at The Vault. /JD out.
