They also have most of our other outdoor "pets" covered, too - from rabbits to squirrels. They have also got supplies for dogs, cats, "indoor" pet birds, and other domesticated animals. In my experience, service is ALWAYS quick, helpful, and friendly. I've never had to return anything, but I would expect good service. The big box shops have the mass produced feed at, I think, sometimes lower prices, but it's worth it to us and our outdoor family to get the good stuff (and it's not always more money). The back wall at the register is also always a fun read -- they have a regularly changing wall with tons of humorous wood signs/plaques and they carry some other fun giftable items. I have done some present shopping here from time to time. (And, no - I did not give my wife a bag of bird seed for Christmas! That would have been more of a birthday thing...)

Ash Way Pet Spa is the first out of many different groomers that my dogs actually wag their tales when we go there and they seem to really enjoy going to be groomed. They do a great job every time, and it is easy to see they really love dogs which is probably the primary reason our dogs love to go there.

They clearly understand a lot about animal health and carry fermented/probiotic foods, raw and dehydrated foods, and supplements as well. In addition to carrying such a great variety of incredible foods and treats for your pet, they also don't carry lots of items that are risky to your pet's health, like nylon/plastic dog chews or antlers. The staff was very helpful and eager to help us find everything we needed. You can tell that they know a lot about dogs & cats and that every item on their shelves was thoughtfully considered. My favorite are the giant snakes (that used to be in the back and harder to see) but now I can see them up front and center! They are huge! I came a few weeks ago when one of the staff members were handling the green tree python and ugg so beautiful in person (I watch a lot of snake videos on YT). Anyways, I'm getting carried away, I initially wanted to leave a review for my actual purchase of F/T rats and mice. I still remember the first time I came in and I asked for some mice... the sweet girl goes to the back and brings me a LIVE MOUSE! I'm like "ooooh no no no, I need frozen please!" Haha! Ever since then, I make sure to clarify I need frozen. My hognose is a great eater and never had any issues and before I found this place, I had to order in bulk like 50-100... and it was not cheap nor did I have the space. When I got my ball python, there was no way I was going to be ordering 50+ rats and you know how they can be... when I first got him he ate 2 times and decided to go on a hunger strike for 6 months... good thing I didn't have 48 more rats in my freezer lol! Both my snakes eat great which means they really take care of their rodents and I have been a happy customer for the past 1.5ish years? I've always been a "DIY" kinda person when it comes to grooming…read moremy animals, mostly because other experiences have often left me believing that I do a better job myself (and that's even with acknowledging I don't exactly know what I'm doing). Anyway - I'm so happy to be able to trust Morgan and Linda with making my furbaby look AND feel great! They removed all her dead and matted hair, especially from her neck and tail where it'd started to get pretty bad and were difficult for me to brush out on my own. She had so much dead hair caught up in her fluffiness that she had a more grey tone to her color. Now she's back to her shiny black! I thought she was getting more grey with age - but no she just needed a solid grooming! They shaped her to perfection, my cute lil poof! Like a soot-sprite from Spirited Away ;) Most surprising of all, she was ecstatic when I arrived to pick her up. Not for me, though!! She wanted to stay there with Morgan! I'm used to her bolting for the door, like "get me outta here!" But for the first time ever after the groomers, she hung back and barked at Morgan for more attention. My pup had no interest in leaving anytime soon after what I could tell was such a lovely spa day experience for her We will definitely be returning. What a good feeling to have finally found such a splendid grooming team!
