We visited the Edmonds location as we were in the area and it was just so funny to see my little birthday boy know immediately where he was and try to head off into the the left section of the store as other stores have the treats on that side. Once he saw no treat buckets, he went to the cashiers and gave them a sit while staring longingly at them for treats, the smart little guy. Of course, the staff were not only very kind when greeting us but also entertaining our birthday boy with a treat as well as our other dog. He went to the next cashier who was checking someone out and sat down for them too and again, he was given some treats so thank you to the sweet and considerate staff at the Edmonds location! The birthday boy got his favorite stuffed duck and we appreciate that they carry the only brand that can withstand our boy's aggressive play. Additionally, he got to pick his treats and he went with these cute gingerbread looking ones that are bacon flavored. The store is well organized and maintained and with the perfect amount of brightness. Of course, the staff kindly remind us if we had any questions then we could ask. But for the most part, it was very easy to navigate through the store. Another fantastic visit to All the Best Pet Care to a new location but the same hospitality, access to quality products and fair prices.

What really stood out was that he didn't just tell me what to do -- he actually demonstrated how to properly clean the bottom of the tank, which gave me so much more confidence going home. I never felt rushed or talked down to, just genuinely supported. The selection of fish, live plants and accessories are incredible! The fish look happy and active, and I now have a few favorites to come back for once I get a bigger tank. She's super finicky, so I was not looking forward burning through products until I found one she likes. No problem at Mud Bay! They have samples for a lot of the different brands, and where they don't, they're happy to comp if she doesn't like one or another. What a great service! And the folks at the store are so nice and accommodating about it. (And stress not about waste. Any unused product they'll take back and donate to a shelter.) Great shop. Now my go-to pet store. Right next to Trader Joe's makes it even more convenient.
