    Bought a couch through Bry's a few years back, it was $3,500 couch but was told it was a 25 year couch, would of been worth it if it was true. In about 6 months the leather started to tear on the arm rests and one of the seats. We had the warranty that BRY'S swore by they covered almost everything and was hassle free, so we contacted the warranty company, took a few phone calls but they finally sent someone out, guy left his shoes on and drug mud through our house which was unprofessional to start, he snapped some photos and said i don't think this will be covered but I will ask and get back to you tomorrow. Never heard back, called them countless times, took months but finally got someone on the line to answer us. It was "no" of course which is what we figured, stating they didn't cover that...so we contact Bry's about all of this, they asked for photos, we sent them. Had to call as well multiple times after the initial inquiry because they didn't call us back either. Their reply was talk to the warranty company, so do yourself a favor, go to Ashlee furniture, you can expect the same crappy treatment but at least it's 1/3 of the cost.

    Purchased a new GMG smoker. Very knowledgable staff. Easy purchase experience. Loaded it in the truck bed for me. No issues.

Let him know we were picking up an online order and even though the system showed a two-hour wait, Kaleb truly listened to our situation. He immediately called Jonathan, who dropped everything he was doing to help us out. Instead of two hours, these two had our order ready in under 10 minutes--all with incredible attitudes. Their kindness and understanding turned our stressful day around. We will definitely be coming back to this specific location for all our future projects. Thank you, Kaleb and Jonathan!

    ORDER # WN61377548 I…read moream writing to express my frustration with Home Depot's delivery process and the complete disconnect between what is advertised and what is actually provided. I placed an order specifically because the website offered next-day delivery. That delivery commitment was a significant factor in my decision to purchase from Home Depot. After placing the order and receiving a confirmation email, I reasonably expected Home Depot would fulfill the delivery service that was advertised and accepted at checkout. Instead, I later received a phone call informing me that the order could not be delivered until several days later. At no point during the ordering process was I informed that the advertised delivery date was not actually available. Had I known the true delivery timeline, I would have made different arrangements or purchased elsewhere. What was even more disappointing than the delay itself was the apparent lack of concern regarding the situation. There was no meaningful apology, no attempt to acknowledge the inconvenience, and no sense that Home Depot understood why a customer would be frustrated after placing an order based on a delivery promise that could not be honored. This is not simply a matter of a delayed order. It is a matter of advertising and accepting orders based on delivery commitments that apparently cannot be fulfilled. Customers plan projects, schedules, and personal time around those commitments. When the promised delivery date is not realistic, it should not be presented as available during checkout. After being informed that the order would not arrive as promised, I chose to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the interaction left me with the impression that the cancellation was treated as routine rather than as the result of a failed customer experience. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect deliveries. What is difficult to accept is presenting delivery dates that cannot be met and then acting as though the resulting frustration is unreasonable. I hope Home Depot takes a closer look at how delivery dates are presented to customers and how these situations are handled when expectations are not met.
