It took a couple of months for my custom order to arrive which I expected. Delivery went very smoothly, however, I noticed that one end of the sofa tilted downward compared to the other end. A call was made to the store and the office manager requested that I send her some photos. Based on the photo documentation, she agreed and said she would contact the manufacturer on my behalf. Since we had already given away our old furniture we were allowed to keep the new set while they figured out what could be done. After discussing a few options with us, we opted to have a new section made by the manufacturer which was installed a few weeks later by Conlin's furniture repair man. The repair man said the frame on that section habent somehow causing the slope. The sofa now lines up nicely and I'm a happy customer. I appreciated the work done by Beth, the office manager, and the repair man to get my problem resolved!

Retreat Interiors' window display sucked us in, and I'm so glad it did. As soon as you step inside, you are mesmerized by the decor and use of space of the shop. Located in a historic building with a staircase to the left of the store, the high ceiling makes the store even feel more open and bright. Plus, the space smells so nice with plants and small soaps and body lotions sold inside. What I was most intrigued by the store was the selection of succulents sold here! Lots of air plants and cases for air plants are sold here, ranging in different sizes and styles. They also have a space towards the back of the store where you can build your own terrarium! I wish I had a bigger green thumb, just so I could appreciate all that Retreat Interior has to offer. In fact, the store here makes you wanna have a green thumb! Proceed to tell me he isn't placing it and started to toss the order straight out of the gate and into a pile and took off! I had to pick up my heap of 2x4's and poles and carry them the 50 feet to the location of the project. He told me they don't get paid to unload and make a neat stack. Starting with my personal purchase for a refrigerator. I had it delivered by Lowe's. I had no idea what issues would arise with this company! First of all neither one of the guys spoke English. Which normally doesn't bother me but when it comes to telling them to not walk in my memorial garden that was created by my Mom and I for my Dads passing. which one of the plants is a yucka. It has taken 18 years to finally bloom. They broke the stem with the blooms off. Then when my Mom passed away just a couple years ago my daughter and I planted plants in her memory. They stomped all over them and broke off the flowers and also broke my garden statue. They never apologized or even recognized what they had done. I'm so upset. I've reached out to Lowe's and still nothing as been done to resolve the issue (been since May 6th 2026). It's hard to put a price on the damage because it's more than just the cost of the plants. As far as the delivery for the business I work for, it was a nightmare. They damaged one of the refrigerators and tried to hide it. They dropped a washer, rammed a dryer into the wall. They refused the installation that was paid for when appliances were purchase. tho the work order included installation. So, do yourself a favor NEVER buy appliances from Lowe's if you need delivery!!!

We are remodeling our master suite on our new house we just bought. And I only wanted Carrera Marble. Unfortunately, our tile installer said Marble isn't a good selection for a steam shower. So I had to buy porcelain tile for the walls and ceiling. But I could use Carrera marble tile for the shower pan floor and slab Carrera Mable for the bench seating. Prices are super reasonable and we were able to take it home that day. I will post pictures when it's all done next week. Super happy with all of my Selection.
