So can you order it or not? Never once was the price even provided. Glad to see their business is so flourishing that they can basically look at me and tell me they don't want my money. NOTED. Terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered a couch and love seat from Conlin's in summer…read more2025. The sales person assured me it would be delivered within 2 weeks, which is why I went with the selection I did. After leaving the store, I received a phone call saying they had miscalculated my total cost and I needed to pay an additional $217. This was a significant fee but it seemed like it was a young kid that did the checkout and I was understanding that mistakes happen. I paid the additional $217 without issue. A week later, I called for the delivery date so I could adjust my work schedule to be home for the delivery. I was told that the window for delivery will now be 2-4 weeks, which was a major inconvenience because I had to host an event without any furniture. I called again after 3 weeks of waiting for the delivery date and was told the delivery date was delayed another 2 weeks at least!! Given the number of issues I'd had with the honestly & reliability of the company, I wish I had cancelled the order at that point and found an honest and reliable company to work with. But they agreed to compensate the delivery fee to account for the 6 week delivery delay so I assumed they were acting in good faith. Come the day of delivery, and my couch wasn't assembled correctly. I noticed this immediately and within the hour contacted both the company and delivery crew. Conlin's said they would contact the movers and correct the problem. Of course I didn't hear back from them that day so I called back the next day. Understandably I was dissatisfied with my experience and asked when they could have somebody come and correct their error. They said they won't send anybody back to fix my couch. I talked to a manager who hung up on me when I asked if it was standard and acceptable business practice to leave a paying customer (who just spent over $1400 on merchandise) with an improperly assembled couch. Apparently being held accountable for what I was promised is too much to expect from this business. It is unfortunate that the customer service is so terrible because I really like Conlin's products. I was a returning customer. The hassle of dealing with a deceptive and rude staff is not worth it.

Retreat Interiors' window display sucked us in, and I'm so glad it did. As soon as you step inside, you are mesmerized by the decor and use of space of the shop. Located in a historic building with a staircase to the left of the store, the high ceiling makes the store even feel more open and bright. Plus, the space smells so nice with plants and small soaps and body lotions sold inside. What I was most intrigued by the store was the selection of succulents sold here! Lots of air plants and cases for air plants are sold here, ranging in different sizes and styles. They also have a space towards the back of the store where you can build your own terrarium! I wish I had a bigger green thumb, just so I could appreciate all that Retreat Interior has to offer. In fact, the store here makes you wanna have a green thumb! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in Snohomish.

We purchased tile and scheduled backsplash installation through Lowes. Initial installation delayed…read moredue to poor communication between Lowe's and installation contractor, over proper size of tile trim (apparently wrong size trim was ordered so the store was holding order until they heard from the installation company, but the installation company claimed to know nothing about it). Once we acted as a go between for communication the correct trim was ordered. Installation day arrives. The installer shows up without material. We specifically asked that the installer pick up material and was told this was customary. The installer said that they do often pick up materials but only if Lowe's notes it on the work order. Once the materials got picked up and the backsplash was installed the tiles were not wiped clean from grout. After WE got the tiles wiped off it was clear 6 tiles were cracked. Today the installer was scheduled to replace the broken tiles between 8-11. No one shows up so we call Lowe's installation coordinator who contacts the installer. Apparently it was not put onto the installer's schedule as they were waiting for pictures. The problem is that no one ever asked us for pictures, again lack of communication. There just seems to be no communication between Lowes and their contracted installers which leaves customers with long delays and spending hours trying to find out what is going on to act as a go between Lowes and their contracted installers. Overall quality of the work is poor as the customer should not be the ones cleaning the grout off the tile and the tiles should not be left cracked. The installer did come later to fix those 6 tiles but within hours of those 6 tiles being replace we noticed a crack in another tile. At this point I we will probably just give up and live with a brand new backsplash that is already cracked. That is sad

Had an absolutely horrible experience looking for solid hardwood floors here and ended up walking…read moreout after attempting to get help for 45 minutes. Two workers in the hardwood flooring area completely ignored us the whole 45 minutes we were there. We finally flagged down a 3rd person who attempted to help us. He warned us that he had only been working there for 3 weeks and would grab somebody if we had questions he couldn't answer. But as we asked questions, it became abundantly clear that he was content with making answers up instead of getting somebody who knew what they were talking about. He initially didn't know the difference between site-finished and pre-finished hardwood floor until we described it to him. He couldn't explain how to tell which floor options had bevels between the boards and at one point claimed that a specific example floor only "looked like it had bevels because it was hanging vertically for the display" (obviously a completely wrong answer as you could see the individual boards had bevels on them). At one point, he told us that if we wanted to a site-finish floor then we could install a pre-finished board, completely strip it, and then re-finish it with the finish we wanted. I understand he was new but he never once actually went to get anyone else and confidently stood by all of his answer. He should NOT have been interacting with customers on his own as he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. And the cherry on top is that this whole conversation occurred within earshot of two other employees who never once offered their input, help, or correction. The complete lack of customer service and flooring knowledge is unacceptable and we will never be going back to this location or any other.
