Reply to owner: I took the pajama top out of the bag and said this goes with the pajama pants. The woman or you said ok, she didn't want it. Funny how you say you didn't see one. It's okay though. Good luck I took in a bag of clothing. I definitely didn't expect them to want all of it but the two things they picked out were a pair of jeans from Nordstrom that I wore 3 times and bought this last year. They also chose a pair of pajama pants but didn't want the matching top. They offered me $3. lol, I declined. I would rather donate. On top of the $3 offer I didn't see a single thing I would want in there. They're stuff is over priced which is also funny considering they're offer for my items. Staff was friendly but I brought in a large bag of very nice clothes that I don't/didnt wear due to weight gain. Some Name brands, some new with tags still on and they didn't accept anything. Not one single thing. I looked at a few things on the rack and they were outdated compared to what I tried to consign. Disappointed because I drove all the way north due to the good reviews. The girl who helped me when I walked in who had green/blue hair, was so unfriendly. I declined my offer for selling specifically only because she had such a nasty attitude. I've been a store manager of a retail store for over 5years and I think she needs some training on being friendly and inviting. I would have loved to purchase something or sell some of my items but her attitude just sucked. read more

Very clean, organized and this place had a lot of great selections. I walked in and out with a good feeling (and stuff). I enjoyed my time and learning more about the history of the store. I love a friendly place, but a welcome is even better! Have to mention the friendly staff back my afternoon turn around. I know it's a dying skill for most or not a skill for others, to say hi and be helpful in a store, but u also want to feel like they want me! I was consignment hoping and went to one that had great finds, but the staff wasn't the best, anyways, and Cassandra's redeemed my mood! OK, just a tip!!! I almost gave up with the parking but I just kept circling around! If I was you, I'd park in the local parking garage, it's the best option! Sure, It's free parking on the street, but it took me twenty mins to find something! It's busy down there. But, hey you figure it out! Now, they do consignment everyday, but if it's your first time, seasonal items ONLY, tags on are great, but it might not always work out (meaning they may not take it because of the season). I suggest selling, we need more people to dig in those closets and bring your local items! Make some cash or purchase some items with the money you make! They have some cute stuff, a little over priced in my opinion, but I still managed to find a few items I felt were a good deal! The reason I give it three stars instead of four is because honestly, I felt like I was being followed around in the store, which made me a little uncomfortable. It wasn't very busy in there, so maybe they were just bored.. Who knows, but I probably won't be going back anytime soon. Definitely check it out for yourself if you're in the area, hopefully it was a one off and you will have a much better experience than I did. read more

When l read that Cassandra's closet had consignment clothes at great prices and inclusive sizing, I was like OMG, gotta go! From Dansko clogs to dresses, I was in heaven. I loved the decreasing tag prices with later dates. Makes it easy to know how much you are paying. There are dressing rooms and friendly staff. I should have bought the $5 corgi earrings! I may return for them and I hope I get to see Ms. Cassandra again! She is super sweet! Highly recommend! I will return if not for the earrings but another dress! read more

Check your receipts!!!! I was charged incorrectly and when called out to sales associate she agreed and said there was NOTHING she could do about it! She told me to consider it a way of supporting their small businesses!!! YES - to the store owner it was a $3 over charge on a $3.00 shirt so double charge. This was my first time to your store... If this happened to me how many other customers are you scamming for a few dollars.. it adds up over time. Not a good look on your business to come back with a rude comment rather than apologizing. read more

I have really enjoyed shopping there until today. After 1 month in the store, items are supposed to go down 50%. I was eyeing a pair of shoes that were supposed to go down 50% this morning so I came in right when they opened to purchase them. Unfortunately, between yesterday and today the 50% date on the tag was suddenly in March. I sadly passed on the purchase and I'm not sure if I'll be back. read more

What an amazing little spot. I have purchased and had stuff on consignment here. The consignment policy is very fair and transparent. I figured why not try to get a little out of the stuff that I don't wear anymore instead of donating it to Value Village and have them make money off of it. They have such a great size range which I really appreciate. Some consignment stores do not carry items above a size 12 which makes it hard for normal women to shop. IIRC they have sizes up to 3x. Small mens section. Shoes, bags, dresses, they have it. Give them a shot and support local. You'll be glad that you did. read more

I finally stopped by this cute little consignment shop on Colby in Everett. I'm so happy I did! I found so many cute items, thoughtfully arranged, clean and organized. I purchased about 8 items, all quality brand names, all with very little noticeable wear. My total was just under $125. I chatted with the shop owner who was very friendly and helpful. This spot has a great selection of brands and sizes, so there's something for everyone! It's very big and clean inside. I appreciate how nicely organized everything is. There's also a men's section at the back, however it's fairly small. Prices are reasonable and sometimes you get snag some items for half off! I bought a tank top and bottoms set for $13!
