Please stay far away from this shop. I found this place on Apple Maps, I had never seen it before, I go check it out. As soon as I walk in the isles are small and made me feel suffocated, I'm use to antique stores being crowded but this was just gross and disgusting. The music was BLARING I couldn't even think. I look through one small rack of clothes and a small box in the front, nothing peaked my interest so I walk out of the store without purchasing anything. I go into another shop next door, later as I'm leaving another shop, a lady with long dark hair starts running at me filming me saying I stole and to never come back. She took pictures of my car, she filmed me. Lord knows where she will post them. I felt so scared, I didn't even come to the conclusion that she thought I stole till a bit after, I was terrified that this strange lady was screaming and filming me getting into my car. I was shaking and on the verge of tears on my way home. read more

Eric, I was in your store today and had a very BAD experience. An item I wanted and was told was $10.00 was being held at the register; however, after cleaning up while shoping in your store; your store is still mostly messy and although you may have not had enough helpers in the past, it appears you do now, I went to the register to pay for all items. It took a long time to look through DVDs and cassetts so I was in the store longer than at other times, which is not often as I usually shop to give things, other than music purchased, to others. When I went to the register to pay for purchases, I was told I was in the store too long. WHAT? The young boy said it was put back because they "thought I left". Again, WHAT? The kid made half of an attempt to look in the store quickly returning to say, what I knew. It wasn't there. If your "helpers / employess" thought I left, why wouldn't they have gone through the small space to check and make sure. I'm afraid the answer may be simple, either someone that works there decided he/she wanted it, or sold it to one of their preferred customers. In any case, quite annoying...Needless to say, I left the bag full of items I wanted to purchase at the register. Purhaps you could educate those working for/with you on ethics, respect, honesty, and better customer service. I see you have cameras throughout your store, perhaps you should check the. I shopped here last year and I got two high quality jackets that I wear almost daily for $5 each. I joke to my friends that I will probably get buried in one of them. I don't remember much about the service, but i'm so grateful I stopped by a year ago and hope to return soon! read more

Found a good deal and brought it to the front. The man behind the counter peeled off the marked price and told me the real price was actually over three times higher. There was no other sticker on the item and the one he removed was the same as all the other stickers on use... He refused to accept the listed price and I went home empty handed. Wish I could give less than 1 star; shame on you. read more

Love love love this place ! I've gotten some of the most awesome things here, for next to nothing! Like my brand new ninja blender(for 25$), and many many other choice items! Been to this place many times and no one has ever been rude, or snarky, to me or anyone else that I've ever seen! Everyone that works there is helpful and pleasant and goes the extra mile to help you with whatever you need like stacking all my large items at the front while I shop for more! This store hands down has the best bargains ever! The only down side is it gets super crowded when they restock the store, and you gotta maneuver your way through the crowd, but it's worth it, if you want the goods! read more

Easily one of my favorite places to shop. I've found a couple of great finds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clothing is only one dollar and the kitchen stuff is usually priced really reasonably. They also have some other cool finds that I've been tempted to take even though I don't have the room for it. Truly an addictive store! read more

I've gone here twice and I'll probably go again, only because all clothes are a dollar. Most of the clothes are outdated though. Why I give such a low star is because it reaaaaaaks of cigarette smoke. Everywhere. The whole store. When I bring the clothes back home I have to immediately wash them. I don't know if the leather items or fur items are going to get the stench out though. It's super tight and crowded. You can't move much when it's a full store. read more

excellent store, with great deals. yes it is small, and on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am it is crazy!! but it is calmed down after 12 and that is when I go. I have a really good sense of smell, and I don't smell smoke in the store, but I see the reviews of that were a couple years ago. but the grumpy old lady that smoked is gone, and they have a beautiful young lady now, so it keeps getting better. inventory is added every few days, and 50% off sales come around a couple times a month, though I seem to miss them:( but I swear, some people will complain about free stuff, this is a great store. read more

Google reviews are a way better representation of this place. A couple bitter people here have ruined this rating. This place has crazy good deals and the guy at the counter couldn't have been nicer. My kid leaned on a shelf and the shelf fell over, breaking a plate. He told us to not worry about it and even sent my kids home with something for free. I found a great baseball glove for $1, some good tool for mere cents, and some brand new stuff for my classroom for a small fraction of what it would cost new. The name is true to their pricing and they're good people. End of story. read more

My neighbor said this store had cordless drill parts (of a brand I use) on sale. I do lots of construction work.So I drove there day after 2016 Thanksgiving (arrived a bit after noon). The old lady there must use that store to release her stress on other folks, When I asked about the drill parts outside in the bins, she was tart, "Its just the way they are". I started to look through the bins,seeing if one bin had a battery to go with the drill in that same bin, or had a charger. She stomped out and scolded me I can't be looking through the bins, and I had moved an item from one bin to another (which I hadn't.) Karma comes with a purchase. I would have bought all the merchandise in all three bins. But, every time I would have used a drill, I would be reminded of the sourpuss at this store. I was feeling magnificent, till I was dumb enough to walk in this store. Nothing is a bargain when it comes with a grumpy troll. read more

I have to say, based on some of the other reviews, I was hesitant to check this place out. But, I love a bargain and finding treasures at thrift stores, so while I was in Everett, I decided to check it out. I have been here twice now, and had good experiences both times. I have found some really great deals on all kinds of goodies! They have a lot of items with great variety. The man that was working both times I have been there was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He was also helpful in that he let me pile my items up on the counter while I was shopping, since my hands were full with my toddler. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 are that, I have to agree with other reviews that it does have a bit of a smell to it (not like your typical "thrift store smell"...more like a hotel room that is a "non smoking" room, but you can tell it has been smoked in in the past....you know the type...). The only other drawback is that it is a very small store, so it is tight going through the different aisles while shopping. And, although most of their items are organized in a fairly sensible way (by thrift store standards), the clothing room is a bit haphazard with clothes seeming to be somewhat unorganized or falling off the hangers (BUT...all the clothes in the back room are only $1....so it's hard to really complain). Overall, if you like thrift store shopping, this is a great place to check out. I will definitely be back next time I am going through Everett. read more

I love this store. My first time coming was on 9/21/2016. I returned the next day and the next day after that. Mondays they are closed but i was there on Tuesday 9/27/2016. I sew so they had a huge lot of fabric to sell and there $5.00 bags were just so amazing that i could not pass it up. read more

The older lady at this store is as rude as it gets and I cant believe the owners at this store even let her work there. She is always busy reading a book and if you ask her a question about an item she looks at you with this dirty look that says how dare you interrupt me while I am reading. I have also witnessed her just rip into a few different customers for stupid reasons. I think that the management at the store either just does't really care or maybe they don't even know how she acts when they are not at the store. She id definitely losing customers at the store because of her attitude and for how rude she is. I still go there because I have pretty thick skin. Every time I have been there when another employee or the owners have been there it has a totally different atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the older rude lady behind the counter I would be giving this store 5 stars because the store is the best thrift store in Everett. I find some very cool items there for great prices sometimes. read more
