This is the best antique/vintage mall in the Seattle area! It's HUGE!!!! So much stuff without much repetition between the booths. Prepare to spend hours! The staff are responsive and getting them to open a case is easy cheesy. Everyone I've interacted with has been super friendly and willing to go the extra mile if you are searching for a random oddball thing. Sometimes checkout lines are long if you go near closing time. I much Aurora Antique Pavilion to Fremont Vintage Mall (extremely expensive and not great selection) and Lander Street Vintage (good for some things but pricier.) I also like it better than the Star Mall in Snohomish which has a lot of poorly maintained booths and there's more of a musty smell at the Star Mall which might get into textiles. read more

The other day I decided to go look through this shop and I was looking at some jewelry with the help of a staff member who actually was pleasant and helpful to me and found a ring being sold as a "sterling ring" and I thought it was pretty and purchased it. and it was all good until I started examining it more as it was tarnishing in an unusual way I have never seen sterling tarnish before. It was marked s925 so I was fairly confident it was real because faking sterling rings isn't very common. I decided to test it anyway alongside confirmed 925 silver tested in an xrf machine to be genuine as well as .800 silver also xrf tested as genuine. it had no reaction whatsoever to the acid test where as the confirmed silver next to it tested just as it should which means yes, it is actually fake. I was a bit upset and rightfully so as this ring cost a bit much for a real sterling ring and was sold to me and advertised as genuine. when I decided to call and try to work something out on what to do with this trash ring sold to me as genuine for the price of a genuine ring. the staff member i ended up talking to was very argumentative and rude and flat out denied it was fake just because it was stamped as real. what does a stamp have to do with anything if the metal itself is not what it's stamped as? Refused to refund me on a blatant scam. If an item is advertised as genuine it NEEDs to be genuine. It IS an illegal practice to sell counterfeit products and offer no refund despite refund policies, as consumer protection laws override refund policies in a case like this. It is ILLEGAL to deny me my refund and you will Hear more from me. Very unprofessional would never shop here again unless I want to buy more counterfeit items for marked up prices and face illegal policy practices . Would give a rating of 0 if I could. read more

My partner and I have gone here for years, but this last Saturday will be the last time we ever go. The older tall man was so absolutely rude to me in front of a large group of people checking out that I decided to notify my partner I wouldn't be buying anything from them and we left. I appreciate the gentleman who approached me inquiring if there was a problem and what he could do to rectify the situation, but after the behavior of the front desk staff I didn't see a solution other than leaving. If you have a stall at this store, the rude behavior of the staff are costing you sales. Treating good customers like your worst customers is a dead end business model. read more

Personally my favourite antique shop EVER. I went here last week and picked up two clocks with radium paint for only like $30! Today went in and bought 3 travel clocks for no more than $25. I was reading some of the other reviews and found it funny how people were leaving reviews complaining about prices. That's not managements fault. That's the vendor. I personally really enjoyed talking to the staff there as they were very nice to me and my family. I also saw people complaining about items being locked up behind cabinets. Dude that's normal lol. They don't want their stuff getting stolen. They recently had a break-in. I went to the front desk and they were very happy to help me open up the cabinet and grab the stuff! I found it weird people were also complaining about not being able to sit down anywhere. I haven't been to a single antique mall with chairs that customers can sit in. Don't go to an antique mall if you aren't prepared to literally walk around and search for items lol. My main hobby is collecting gas masks and items of radiological connections. They had some gas masks there that were very cool! I bought one of them my first time going there. Radiological wise i've seen some very interesting stuff there. I found a lot of Uranium Glazed ceramics and Uranium/Vaseline Glass. There was also a lot of stuff with radium on it! One thing though is I came across a clock with radium completely missing the glass cover and seemed to be leaking paint dust. I probably should've brought it up as I would assume no one knew. I doubt the vendor knew either- it's not really a hazard unless you go up to it and start licking up the dust on it. There were a decent amount of militaria pieces scattered across the building which was pretty fun to hunt for. I definitely plan on coming back here for as long as I can! read more

They will gladly hold your items for you behind the desk so you can shop freely. I've been to some antique malls with one or two disinterested employees at the front. Not here! I came here on my motorcycle and brought a backpack specifically to carry any items I might buy. When I got to the entrance, I asked politely if I could leave it somewhere since they don't allow any bags. It was completely empty and was just meant for purchases. Instead of working with me or offering a solution, I was flat-out denied, and not in a professional or courteous way either. The person at the front raised their voice and was decently rude about it. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. If you're going to enforce rules like that, at least have the decency to speak to people respectfully or offer literally any other solution than to kick me out. This could've been handled so much better. Not coming back. read more

One of the nice gentleman that works there even carried my baby's stroller up the stairs for me. I honestly could have stayed for so much longer than the 2 hours I was there. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I had surgery on my right arm on Thursday. My left arm is in a brace from an accident. I cannot drive and I cannot carry weight. I went to this mall to shop as I often do. I spend a fair amount there. I went in on Friday with my backpack on so I could carry things. I was ten feet inside when the owner yelled at me "You can't wear a backpack in here. Leave now." I told her about my arm situation. She responded "I DON'T CARE. GET OUT!" She could have said "Sir, could I have you check that at the front desk?" It is obvious they are biased and maybe violating Disability Laws. If you are disabled, be advised. And tenant vendors: I am sorry. Especially G. from Fremont, and the jazz-classical guy I have met. I won't be spending money at your shops. read more

Great selection of stuff. Have always enjoyed popping in. Will not be back for awhile (if ever) as they are not following guidelines. I saw at least two employees with out masks serving customers. Found quite a few things I liked. But I just couldn't bring myself to purchase anything from a business that is purposefully putting their own comfort before the needs of their customers and the community at large. I guess the sign at the door should have been an indicator of what I was in for. But I was hoping that at least staff would be following guidelines. Public health hazard! While the customers and booth owners all seemed to be wearing masks and trying - for the most part- to be social distancing- the owner and what seems to be her daughter were clearly and defiantly not wearing a mask and helping customers, getting right in people's faces. Thankfully the other employees were wearing masks but no sanitizer between customers, no plexiglass, no social distancing and the daughter was ringing up folks with her face inches away from customers who were clearly uncomfortable. No signs requiring masks, no control of number of people in the business, no support at all of these state laws. Not only did I report them but I'll never give this person my money again as they clearly don't have any basic human respect for others' lives. Let them have their faith and get COVID all day long but to have a business so full of people with NO precautions is a public health hazard. read more

I've been here 2 times and both times had such a fun time! It's such a treasure hunt because there are tons of different "booths" and sellers in this space with totally different curated collections. It does feel a bit like you're hunting through a garage sale, but I find that to be part of the charm. The staff there are always so kind and helpful and it's a good way to kill time on a rainy day. I've found some cute plates, clothes, and little knick knacks here at fair prices. Highly recommend if you love hunting for treasures. read more

Also regarding covid, everybody was wearing masks and there were no concerns on my end with safety. I didn't even think about it until reading other reviews for this place. Prices are INCREDIBLY reasonable for most vendors, and the selection of MCM is very broad. Not at all ada accessible just in case that applies to you. I went here for the first time last week. It's.. it's huge. As with many antique stores and malls, you have vendors that are charging $20 for a $10 item... you also have vendors who charge $8 for $10-20 item. I saw a pretty decent balance. This place has everything and more. So if you're trying to decorate your house/boat/etc, find a great gift for your friend, find something you collect, etc- check it out! It did seem like there wasn't enough staff to keep up (by that I mean I had to wait an outrageous 45 seconds to get the price of an item that had no price tag /sarcasm) I've been in similar situations where I was either told, "that happens, hopefully they'll notice next time there in here and put the price tag back on" or "beats me, kid" -- what did they do? Called the vendor. Got me a price. Took less than a minute. Passed on the item, regret doing so. But the fact they called speaks volumes and didn't tell me something along the lines of "that's life" I ended up walking out of there with a beautiful vintage 64' TTO. I'll be back for more. Don't let the seedy look of the exterior of this mall fool you. There is a floor filled with treasures inside. I headed up the stairs not expecting much but came down determined to return as soon as possible when I had more time to browse and wasn't so tired. Within five minutes I found something to put into a very difficult space to use and spent $60. I am thrilled. Budget at least an hour to two hours to thoroughly look at everything. The reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that I felt the wait in line was too long. There was too much gabbing on the phone and not enough attention to the customers waiting to buy. The owner of Aurora Antique Pavillon, nor his daughter who works there, are complying with the state-wide mask mandate in WA: stay away from this business. My partner and I visited the Aurora Antique Pavillon on Sunday, July 27th around 4pm for the first time. We witnessed a young girl working there, around age 17-20 and white, who was not wearing a mask. She identified herself as an employee by asking us if we needed any help, and we saw her talking extremely loudly to other employees and customers from behind the checkout counter (with less than 6-feet distance). All other employees were wearing masks, except this particular girl. On Monday, July 28th, I called the Aurora Antique Pavillon to voice my concerns as we would like to return to the business, but cannot do so in good conscience with a young employee so blatantly not complying with the mask mandate, which made us extremely uncomfortable. The employee on the phone let me know that he completely agreed with my concerns, and that the young girl in question was the owner's daughter. It was made clear by this conversation with the employee over the phone that the owner and his daughter have blatant disregard for science, critical reasoning, and the current mask mandate in WA put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19. I really enjoyed this antique mall and would have loved to return, but cannot do so after this incredibly irresponsible (and illegal) behavior on part of the ownership of Aurora Antique Pavillon. read more

Great time spent here, it's like walking around a museum of mostly American and East Asian antiquities. Devote a good hour here and you'll find yourself saying, "I remember that!" at each little section. Fair selection of video games too and whatever is behind glass display cases the staff will happily open for you and wait patiently for you to browse. read more

Super fun place to visit. I always find treasures! I like that the vendors are very diverse - not every collector collects the same things. Very friendly and helpful employees. I have only one complaint - the way the store is laid out makes it confusing to move through the aisles- I always feel like I'm missing something and frequently see something that catches my eye and if I decide later that I want to buy it, I can't figure out where it is. My workaround for that is to take a photo of the item and booth number and then if I decide I want it, I can show the photo to an employee who will assist me in locating the item. read more

I have visited the pavilion an uncountable amount of times. Recently they had some new vendors come in so that's always fun. New employee is not the best, but everyone else who has been there for at least a year is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I could spend 60 hours straight digging through here. read more

Visiting here from Florida and my husband and I loved this place! Bought a couple things and are shipping them home. Make sure you have time to come through here because there is A LOT and you want to see it all! Only thing I will say is the first day we came, there was 30 minutes left until they closed and every employee made sure we knew they were closing soon and multiple calls on the PA system to remind you it's closing. We left rushed through and got a couple things but had to come back another day because we didn't want to inconvenience the staff. Other than that, great place to shop. read more

The owners won't put masks on even when asked. I heard one employee (the older, grey haired male with a large gut) making jokes about how he wasn't going to put a mask on. They were moving around the store and exposing their customers to covid. I told a masked employee that other employees weren't wearing masks and she said she knew and that the most effective thing to do was report the business. I had $200 worth of items to buy and I put them all back and left. I won't be spending my money here. read more

If you love the hunt for unique goodies, this is your place - but don't be deterred if you don't find something - its the thrill of the hunt after all. The girl who was working at the front desk was not wearing a mask and was purposefully getting in multiple peoples faces standing less than a foot apart. Its not difficult to wear a mask to prevent the spread of disease during a pandemic. Her coworkers seemed obviously uncomfortable around her, they were wearing masks and actually being decent human beings. You will easily walk away with more than you came in for, sure I bought some things for personal use versus my business but hey, some deals are one of a kind! As others have noted, the young woman at the front counter does not wear a mask. I called her out on this and she put one on before I would approach the counter to make my purchases. She told me she has a "medical exemption". If this is true then she should not be the person working the front counter, greeting customers and ringing up sales. She should be doing something where she does not have to interact with the public. Also, their sign on the door says they "suggest" that you wear a mask. A mandate is not a suggestion, it is the law! I mentioned to the young woman that they have a sign saying "No backpacks or large purses". They don't "suggest" this, they demand it. They care about not getting ripped off but they don't care if they infect or kill you. Have gone there for years, but never again. read more

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO HERE! I felt like I was whisked to a vintage wonderland when I stepped through the entryway that had evaded me on past attempted visits. If you're not looking for this place, you could miss it. You have to enter the first set of doors to Burlington Coat Factory then head up the stairs to the right that take you to the actual antique shop. Somehow I previously missed the giant neon sign indicating this and they told me I wasn't the first. Once you find the place, you're in for a joyous surprise. There have to be 50+ different antique vendors in this building. They carry everything from old toys, vintage signage, mid century modern furniture, and a slew of vendors selling records. I walked out with 3 records for $7! There's literally something for everyone here. Even if you don't want to buy anything, just walking around and seeing all the cool items available is an experience in itself. I hope everyone in the area gets a chance to visit and support this business. I'll certainly be a regular now that I've found this diamond in the rough! read more

This place is amazing! Everytime I visit i leave with some kind of treasure! They always have something new and the shop is so big that it literally takes house to go through the whole thing. So bring your comfortable shoes and be ready to do a lot of walking. Everyone has always been super friendly and eager to help out, it's also been really nice to meet some of the vendors while we've been there. They state on their door that no back packs or other store bags are allowed but this is a shop lifting concern. Especially when they have a lot of small stuff that are worth a lot of money that are easily hide-able. They have a nice big parking lot so no worries on looking for street parking. If you ever need help carrying something heavy to your car they have people to help! Also if you find something you want to buy but you can't pick up, they will put a note on it that says it's sold so you can collect them all later! read more
