I really don't understand all of the one star reviews about customer service because I've yet to have a bad experience. Honestly I've never particularly liked going to furniture stores in general, but Bothell Furniture is warm and inviting. I love that someone always recognizes me when I walk in and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When I ordered the small bookshelf today, the sales associate recognized me and was able to look up my last order. They're having a sale, but the prices had gone up from last year. However she said she would give me the same pricing as before. My condo looks so much more inviting with the furniture I've bought from Bothell Furniture.

We were greeted with mimosas upon arrival, and Catherine had already picked several items for both of us to try on. After combing through the store, I found that the biggest challenge was narrowing down my selection, because everything here is so stinking cute! It's clear that they do a lot of research on current trends. The 45 minute time a lot seemed to fly by, but I left the store with a bunch of new clothes that I love! I'm already looking forward to my next experience at Marlowe!
