I have never had a shopping experience like this before. My friend and I came to evereve after being woefully disappointed at Bellevue Nordstrom. we were shopping for outfits for my friend in her new post baby body for a photo shoot for her brand. the stylists curated outfits for her that fit her like a glove. I myself came for nothing, was there just for moral support. but I found a few things I liked and based on that they curated an entire fitting room full of clothing I loved. I left with a like 20lb bag of clothes. the associated don't work on commission and they were very honest when a size was wrong or a style and found something better for you. it was an incredible experience. I've bought several items here and online. Two of the items developed holes/tears after normal laundering and in two different wash cycles. It's left me feeling disappointed in the quality of the clothing overall. Online customer service basically told me, too bad. Don't think I will be shopping here anymore. read more

I love Evereve and this store seems to be the most well stocked. I hate going there though. You walk in the door and it feels like several people are rushing to you to try to help you. While, I appreciate that. It's a little bit too much sometimes. And when I'm browsing, I don't need someone saying whatchya looking for today" "what have you been up to today? " Like does it matter to you actually what I have been doing the entire day before I walked into a store to browse. 90% of the time when I browse end up buying something. Nafisa seems like she's the only one here that's not intense. I actually go out of my way to find her when I need some help and walk by the other five people that I feel like they are stalking me in the store. Maybe just a little bit of etiquette training for the remainder of your staff. It is so obvious their commission based by the way they chase you down. read more

The staff are very engaged in your shopping experience and want to help you find what you're looking for. It's a different shopping experience! They don't ignore you. That might feel weird at first but it's actually really great. That said, I still find it *initially* uncomfortable to work so closely with a salesperson/ stylist. I shy away. It feels forced. I tell them I'm just browsing (I'm not. I'm on a mission). But twice now I've finally released my discomfort and leaned into the stylist experience and HOLY HELL I'm so glad I did!!!! Worth their price in gold, they are. You basically get a custom shopper / stylist for free. I worked with Annika the last two times I was there and she was CLUTCH. I came in last week looking for a fun new outfit for my first day in the office. I gave her some basic parameters, walked around the shop and came back to a dressing room with several fully styled outfits. Whaaaaat!? From there I never had to leave the room. New size? Annika got it. Different color? She was there. Do you have something like this in a shorter sleeve? Boom. Thirsty? Here's a drink! (I also came a year ago with my toddler and they gave her paper, crayons and a snack! WTF it was amazing and she was fully entertained while i shopped. Brilliant). Annika is incredible but everyone I've interacted with has been fantastic. I know it might feel strange at first to lean into the salesy-ness of it all but honestly, give it a try. It's been seven years since I last reviewed this store. And I'm still giving it five stars! The clothing is exceptional. So fun, so trendy and there's always something in stock that I love. My trip today was planned as a visit to buy jeans. A ridiculous event just prior to entering the store made that need even more pressing. I saw a Santa statue on a bench, with a space to sit next to him. So I sat right down to take a selfie, and then I was soaked! I didn't realize the bench was harboring a puddle from the recent rain. I almost went home, but I really wanted to get some new jeans, so I entered the store. A customer by the fitting rooms was rather unkind about my wet pants and I felt so embarrassed. But within moments a wonderful employee named Monique came over just to make conversation. She listened to my story, helped me find the best pair of jeans, and I was sooo happy! The jeans were exactly what I wanted, but if it weren't for her help, I never would have tried them on. They didn't have my size, and the ones she showed me were a size smaller than what I normally wear. But she told me they ran big and to give it a shot. She was right! And her positive demeanor and helpful energy turned my whole day around. So in the end, I got what I came for, the jeans, but I left feeling seen, and feeling happy, which was a true bonus. This is what shopping Retail should feel like. With retail stores shutting left, right and center they should all pull up a chair and learn from this store how to create an all round shopping experience. I just wandered in to browse, I had a suspicion that the clothing maybe geared toward a younger clientele than 30 something me but the staff at the store completely changed my mind. They didn't do the dreaded retail 'hover', instead they saw me notice a jacket and asked if I wanted to see it on and offered up a spot with a mirror. They weren't pushy and were genuinely interested in what I needed- I walked out of there with several more items which filled gaps in my closet and I felt amazing. I'm not local to the area but if you ever open up in the Bay Area- I'm coming! read more

I had one, incredible experience with Evereve the first time I walked in two years ago. I would have given them a million stars for just that experience. Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience since. I have stopped in a dozen or so times since. The latest one was during a busier evening, there were no changing rooms available, which is understandable, and I had no problem waiting for one to open up. When one did open up, instead of taking two seconds to usher me into the open one so I could try on my items, the employee at the changing rooms walked the other guest to the checkout counter, completed the sale, and then proceeded to talk with them for over five minutes while another employee stood next to them at the counter. This is an experience that I've had multiple times with Evereve, and this time I just left without trying on my items and made my purchases at a neighboring store. If you are fortunate enough to be the customer that the employee zeros in on (and it can seem like that depends on what they think your budget is) you really do get top notch, amazing service, but multitasking between customers is non existent. So, if you can go shop when you are the only customer in the store, and let them know you are there to spend money, you will have a great, personalized experience. If you happen to walk in after the employees have zeroed in on a customer they want to style, you are on your own. Unfortunately, the unpredictability of the customer service has worn down the incredible first impression to a mediocre two stars given for the kid friendly vibe they give and the changing rooms that will easily accommodate a stroller. read more

I bought a few items from this store, but unfortunately 3 shirts I purchased did not wash and wear well and the fabric was pilling only after a couple times of wear . I posted reviews of these items to advise others of this quality issue, and the reviews were taken down immediately. I emailed customer support about the quality concern and also asking why the reviews were taken down with no answer. I will never shop at this store again due to the fact that the company doesn't stand behind their products, and because they do not allow their customers to voice their true feelings about the product. I wonder how many other reviews were taken down. It's a bit strange that none of the items on their site have any reviews. read more

I had the best experience shopping today! The associates helped me find the perfect outfits for my upcoming trip. But the reason this store stands above the rest is how welcoming they are to moms shopping with kiddos! They had snacks and toys to occupy the little ones, and I never felt that my kids were a bother. I almost felt like I was shopping without my little ones!
