They went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue, and never charged me anything extra. I ended up bringing the bike in three times before everything was perfect, but every visit showed me how committed they were to making it right. It turned out to be a quirky SRAM drivetrain issue that eventually required replacement, but the whole time I felt confident the team would get it sorted out -- and they did. Highly recommend!

Asher Goods specializes in men's apparel, with a Pacific Northwest twist. This location is in the Redmond Town Center on the lower level. In addition to men's apparel, there were also accessories such as leather hats, belts, Yeti mugs, PNW stickers, etc. It's a good shop to get a great gift for the man in your life. It does get extremely busy especially on weekends but you'll still be able to find a spot. All parking is completely free. When you walk into Nordstrom Rack, you'll either take the escalator or the elevator since everything is on the second floor. The store itself is huge, and they always have a lot of items on sale. I came in specifically looking for UGG shoes, but they were sold out everywhere. The associate, Aiden, was extremely helpful and kind. He went through every single aisle trying to find the exact pair I wanted, and even though they weren't in stock, I really appreciated how much effort he put in. The store has a big selection, especially when it comes to clothes. A lot of the items are designer pieces, yes, they're discounted, but most things still range from around $60 to $100, especially jeans and other clothing. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. I like this location. It's not the biggest Nordstrom Rack I've been to, but it still has a great selection, and it works perfectly for being in Totem Lake.

I've witnessed a couple interactions of extremely rude shoppers. I feel for the employees that experience that and then have to move on like they weren't just talked down to. Remember, kindness is free. The store can be quite a bit sparse with inventory at times and then stocked fairly well at other times. I met the manager that runs this location, while checking out one time. He appeared to have good rapport with the staff working that day. I usually shop the fragrance section, looking for discontinued fragrances that I can't find anywhere else. I'll continue to go here for the convenience and low prices.

You can walk through the center where there's usually a fountain or a Christmas tree, depending on the season. It does get pretty crowded on the weekends, but during the weekdays it's much more open since most people are working. The area has a good selection of shops. I especially like Bath & Body Works, and they also have smaller boutique stores like Francesca that are fun to check out. One of my favorite parts is that there's a CycleBar on the top floor, it's technically part of the garages but still connected to the town center. I also like that there are seating areas with fireplaces where you can relax. Overall, the selection is decent. It's not like Bellevue Square where there are tons of major stores; it's more of a smaller, boutique-style shopping center with a strong focus on restaurants. They have spots like Kizuki Ramen and Kitanda. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
