This is my favorite Marshalls location by far! I've been to quite a few, and this one is consistently the cleanest and best stocked. The aisles are nice and wide, making it easy to walk through and browse without feeling cramped. Everything always feels organized and easy to shop. My favorite sections are the purses, pet toys, and the home decor. They always have a great variety, and I love seeing what new finds have come in. Their seasonal decor is also always fun to browse, especially when they start putting out holiday items. They currently have Halloween stuff out, and it was so fun looking through all the spooky finds! The fitting rooms are available too, which is always convenient. Like any Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods, there are definitely some items that aren't the best quality, but if you take a little time to look, you can usually find some really great pieces that are absolutely worth it. That's part of the fun, you never know what you'll come across. The employees have always been friendly here during my visits. Just be prepared to be asked a lot about the TJX Rewards card at checkout, even if you're purchasing a small item. Overall, this is my go-to Marshalls, and it's the location I keep coming back to! read more

Good selection of brand-name clothes, housewares. and shoes (usually) for the Bel-Red community at discounted prices. There is a reason why stores like Marshalls and TJ Maxx are continuing to grow at all times, even in times of inflation, recession, or stagflation. This location is within walking distance of my daughter's apartment, and is usually a visit just to see what things are selling out here (vs the LA area). However, this time, we needed to buy specific clothes for a future happening and it ended up being a good place to fulfill it. It also reminded that I believe that Marshall's has the best queuing system for checkout of any retail store out there (one long queue, intercom system to tell you which register is available next). read more

This Marshalls like most of them, even my preferred Marshalls is just alright. I seek out Marshalls not so much for the clothes which is their big selling point but their quality hygiene products and candles that are branded but discounted. Discounts that what folks come to Marshalls for right? That's all in order here for the most part. This Marshalls just seems lacking in all that stuff I like though compared to not just other Marshalls I've been to, but also that my last visit to this very one! When I come to Marshalls my first stop is always the clearance racks/shelves. I see those red sticker discounts and I zip over there. Last time I was here there were like 2 or 3, two sided shelves loaded up with further discounted goods. My latest visit? Just 1, one sided rack. What happened? Walked into and through this store and they seemed normal. THEN I realized a weirdo worker was following me peeping through the aisle... I put the clearance shoes I wanted back down. When my elderly mother, grandmother, smh I left, a European woman approximately 50 years old with short hair stared at us and talked on her walkie talkie like we were criminals and watched us even getting into the car. I purchased these slacks a month ago at Marshall's on 148th in Bellevue. at that time I did not try them on in store due to Covid. I was told upon checking out that I had up to 180 days to return if they did not fit and I could have full refund if I had a receipt or exchange, if I did not have the receipt. I Tried on the slacks when I got home and they did not fit. I needed a different size however with my schedule was not able to return them until now, these slacks literally sat in my closet on a hanger and tell now when Itried to return them today for an exchange The manager on duty said they were unreturnable because they were in such horrible condition...that they were dirty and they could not be resold . They would not even give me a exchange! As you can see from the photo there's nothing wrong with the slacks the tags are in place! The manager was treating me as if I were a dirty disgusting person and I felt very insulted I felt that she was trying to embarrass me and I will never shop at the store again horrible horrible customer service ! I was told one thing when I purchased and the new policies during this pandemic!!! This took place today November 22 at 12:30 in the afternoon at the Bellevue Marshalls on 148th and I was dealing with the manager who spoke to me like that!!!! I went into the store with my family At first we were greeted by employees which was nice but as we haven't been in the store long enough employees was following us around the store so obvious how'd you make it from shoes all the way over to the clothing that fast acting if they were straightening up. Although I was pissed we made our purchase with making a. Scene.. I called the store to get the info of the manager on duty, assistant manager and the person above her, Sarrah was the lady on the phone, she refused to share this info with me unless I told her why. I explained I didn't feel comfortable talking to her if i could please speak to a different manager, she refused. As i was verifying this she's hella at me " I'm not scared of you" at this point i hung up the phone.. I had to google it to get the info i needed. There is a surprising amount of designer brand items here. I found a lot of Patterson J Kincaid, Marc Jacobs, Free People, Kate Spade etc clothing here. Of course these prices still aren't like $10 but more in the $50-$60 which is a bargain compared to their retail prices. They have racks and racks of medium and large items but not as many racks for the extra small/small items which is what I usually wear. The purse selection is okay. I like their housewares section here. I stocked up here when I first moved to the Seattle area. read more

I always like to swing by here whenever I'm in the area because it's the same company as Home Goods, which is one of my favorite stores. Until Home Goods opens in Bellevue I check out this place for home furnishings because they always have the best deals. This location though is hit and miss. Sometimes I find something and sometimes I don't. The store is always disorganized; there are misplaced items everywhere and stuff on the floor. There are even beauty items that are already open. What's confusing is that there will be items next to each other and they will have different price tags. And it's on several different items - it's not just one or two errors. It always seems like there's no staff on the actual sales floor, as most of them are at the cash registers, which is a plus because the check-out line goes by quickly. Just don't expect any of them to greet you or even thank you for your purchase. There's a private parking lot, which shares space with the other businesses in this shopping center. There's also a public restroom inside and they have smaller shopping carts, which is nice for maneuvering around the store more easily, especially at the aisles where the home goods are because it's more narrow/crowded. This store is worth a peak if you're in the area, and willing to search for unnecessary yet fun home accessories. read more

I would give zero stars if aveI can. I always enjoyed shopping at Marshall's until recently where I purchased a dress that has flea on it! It wasn't until after I tried on the dress, bought the dress, brought it home, wore it again did I found out there are fleas on this dress. This is a new dress. They obviously do not wash it before selling it or the store itself is infested with fleas. To clarify we have no pets in our home and I've never had flea issue before. Now we are literally physically and mentally exhausted from battling with fleas in our home. The entire process has been nothing but exhausting and painfully stressful all because of this piece of junk they sell. I will never step another foot to this store. We did called and notified the store personnel about this but I doubt any action would be taken. read more

Marshall's is excellent in finding clothing for a very reasonable price. I have been in this store roughly a dozen times. The staffing levels allow customers to check out within five minutes, typically. This is a good place to get discounts on: -Kitchen items (stand mixer, spatulas, measuring cups) -Fitness equipment (hand weights, jump rope, water bottles, stretch bands, yoga mats) -Bras and women's underwear, PJs. -Name brand jackets that are marked down to $120 from $250 (my favorite opulencet coat a decade ago is still amazingly beautiful) Be wary of sweatshop clothing prices that run $10-$15. The vast majority of women's clothing is very shoddily made so you really have to look at the seams or just decide to compromise on work-out gear. read more

Kind of a hit or miss location for me. I've had better success finding things for myself when I'm here, but whatever woman I'm shopping with always manages to find several items they can't live without. You can run into some long lines depending on what date or time you come in. Don't worry about parking though, they share a lot with the shopping center so you'll be able to find a good spot next to the door. read more

I've been shopping at this Marshall's for years and I cannot tell you how happy I am with their remodel! Whenever I'm in the 'hood, I cannot help myself as I have to stop in to see what kinds of great deals I can find. Today was no different. I strode in only to find at the shoe department had had a complete overhaul and it now resembles a shoe pavilion, but with a much better selection. I have a system when I come here. I check out the 'new arrivals' in the front- mainly name brands, just to see what's just come in. Then I hit up the skirts and pants, the designer denim, the dresses, shoes, jackets, and finally the handbags. Today, I scored: *A hot pair of Nine West grey leather T-straps at $34.99 (regularly $80.00) *A Theory top at $24.99 w/ original tags attached (originally $95.00) *A Laundry dress for $49.99 w/ tags intact (originally $245.00) I KNOW?! As Susan Powder used to say, "STOP THE INSANITY!" Their revamped sales counters help with the flow and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I'm just glad it's in Overlake. I keep coming back here due to the decent selection of cute clothes and accessories. I also got a pretty nice flat iron for cheap, as well as dvd's and frames you would normally pay more for. The only thing I really dislike about this place, which is pretty common for most stores like this, is the women's dressing rooms. They are gross and stinky!! I wonder if they are ever cleaned...they are also kindof dark and just..drab. To top it off, the lady I always see there (handing out the numbers and meticulously counting each item to make sure you don't steal the discounted merchandise), is such a biznatch. Super unfriendly. One of those people who you don't even want to stand next to for the 10 seconds it takes for her to count and hand out the number because her life-hating vibes will rub off onto you. Another thing to watch out for, which is not really the stores fault itself, but is a magnet for, is mom's who have no care over parenting their obnoxious children. They would rather shop than parent. Last time I was there in the dressing room I almost had to switch rooms. This ladies baby was literally climbing under the stall into mine repeatedly and she did nothing about it. So not only was I already in a gross, drab, smelly dressing room, I had an unattended baby with a poopy smelling diaper staring up at me when I was in my skivvies. Super awkward. read more

Marshals has a good selection of men's clothing, bathroom accessories, women's clothing, men & women's shoes, kitchen & bathroom items, gardening, children's clothes and miscellaneous women's & men's accessories. Easy to notice from the main road, easy access from main road, friendly & helpful staff and a very clean establishment. Marshall's has good prices for brand name clothing and items. Tip: If you're looking for men's clothing find another place but if you're looking for women's clothing there's a large selection. read more

As Jan Brady might say, "Marshall's, Marshall's, Marshall's!" The store is a pretty decent size and is well-organized. I loved that they had a lot of employees restocking shelves and putting things away. Unlike the unfortunate Ross nearby, where there were empty Jamba Juice cups and opened packages of food left on the shelves...and without price mark-down tags, either, for being opened products. That's usually one drawback of shopping these discount retailers, the shops are usually a huge mess. Not this one, thank goodness, as it's the nearest one to my work place. They have a good selection of household items as well as clothing. Since I have a completely stuffed closet, I am trying not to buy any more clothes...but there were some really good jeans on the clearance rack...I may have to go back tonight to see if they're still there. read more

Great store to come to find name brand name items for a good deal. There store is well organized and kept clean unlike some stores in the same category. Customer service could improve as there is not too much interaction or help from any of the employees. You really only see them at the end when they ring up your items. Solid 3 star store. Pretty good selection of clothing, and you can get a great deal if you look around enough. The mens dressy section can be really picked over at times, and means that most of the 30-36 pants are going to be gone. I almost think of this store as a smaller more expensive goodwill, where the clothes are new. Similar somewhat vanilla styles and strange sizes abound. There's a Payless next door so you can get some bland shoes as well. read more

Even at stores that are supposed to be cheaper than others, I still find that a lot of the items just seem over-priced. And, then there's Marshall's. Here, you actually can find items at a real discount and some nice brand name items for cheap too! I was working on a gallery wall in my home and needed A BUNCH of frames. If I were to go to a place like Target or Michael's, each frame is usually $10-25 or more (usually more... lots more), but at Marshall's I can get a bunch of frames of a decent quality (and sometimes with matting) for around $6 to $9 each. Really, I wouldn't have felt making the gallery wall was worth it if I had to invest so much into it, so being able to find a nice bargain place to shop allowed me to let my inner interior decorator out to play for a bit! I also really like perusing the home section of the store. I've even seen some Le Creuset items in here for a really discounted price once again! You don't always know WHAT you'll find, but there is definitely an opportunity to find some hidden gem for a good price. Of course there are clothes here too - just do a little digging and you can find something you might really enjoy. My husband prefers to shop for casual button-down type shirts here because they always seem to be a much better quality (and price) than those you'd find at a Target or similar type store. The store itself is also kept fairly clean and it's definitely bright in there too. There aren't a lot of employees all over the store, but they've always been friendly at the cash register (they even wrapped up all of my frames for me!). The selections in the store are decent and the prices are fair. I usually opt for clothing that look like designer clothes (hence not designer price), but it's not brand name and they carry a good amount of that (like ~15ish dollars for a good top). The reason I knocked some stars is because they have pretty inconstant pricing, especially in regards to their clearance items, and the manager is absolutely not helpful, even though the other employees are extremely nice. There were some pants on the normal rack, but identical pants were on clearance rack, and when I wanted to buy both items, manager said I couldn't have a clearance pricing on the other pants because they got them at different times. What? I understand you put items that don't sell on the clearance rack, but when two items are identical (no damage on either of them), they should be the same price. Anyway, come here for the decently priced clothing and for the clueless manager. read more

Worst experience EVER!!! I purchased three shirts for my husband for his birthday. One of the shirts he did not want. I tried to take it back, and because I had taken off just the bottom tab that had the price on it, they tried to tell me I did not purchase it at Marshall's and they would not give me a refund. I had the original receipt and they said it didn't matter! after searching for another identical shirt with the manager, she finally said they would refund me but only for a marginal amount of store credit. Even with the original receipt and all the tags still on it, they would not refund me the amount I paid for the shirt. I hope this place goes out of business. This is no way to do business! The last thing I want to do is use the store credit from this shit hole. I took the shirt and left. At this point I would rather give it to somebody. It's a nice brand golf shirt! read more

Make sure you understand what the 10% off is. You will get it IF your application for a credit card is accepted...not when you purchase your items. I was told though...if I was excepted I would get the 10% off...just had to keep receipt and come back in to store. I thought it was just a rewards card not a credit card... WHICH I do not want! I will cancel. Cashiers press the credit card because I believe a reward is in for them. Us "oldies" sometimes do not get it fully and need to have what it is they are selling...explained throughly to make sure we understand what we are applying for! I'm not usually the one to go to these one stop shop discount stores. However I was in the mood since it had been awhile and rolled on in. I feel like all these stores have an identity crisis.. Or they're just trying to have you spend as much money as possible.. I mean they have everything from exotic sauces and snacks to furniture and sportswear. The list goes on... I think there are some really good deals though, and this location has always had a great selection of items while keeping the store clean and looking great. I always check out the electronics here cause they always have these really cool speakers or headphones! In the back you're looking at anything from some food to kitchenware to seasonal items and more.. Standard layout for almost every Marshall's. Come to think of it that's the standard layout for every discount store. I will return again to this store. I always find at least one thing to buy while I'm here. read more

Always worth checking Marshalls if you are looking for good deals for brands. I can say I like more their clothing section the most because of the variety in selection. Pros: I get my CK socks and underwear at cheap, however not always available; cast iron wear is priced below market and so are some home articles if you find what you need. Cons: Stupid store manager who moves things around like crazy. One day an item is displayed in one spot and next time you come in it's in a different location - very annoying!!! All brand items are models from a few years back or with defects. The store itself does look bad and dated. Compared to this one, the Renton store looks like a high-end store. Bad lighting. Cosmetics used to be reasonable priced, but those times are long gone; I googled a price to compare an Issey Miyake men perfume and it was more expensive than at Macy's; how about that. They fool you with apparently low price tags but you need to pay attention to the quantity which is usually a lot less than you would expect. All in all it's not a place to avoid, but it's not one to find any pleasure being there. read more

I was on a mission to find black leather knee high boots on a particular busy Saturday. (I go through boots so fast, it's sad.) I went to Ross, to Nordstrom Rack, to T.J. Maxx, and no luck! At all. I was about ready to give up when my friend suggested Marshall's. Unlike the other aformentioned stores, Marshall's actually has a Boots section! Like, not just boots splayed out in the usual Shoe section. But a designated Boots section with display boots, and multiple pairs of the boots beneath each display model. It was awesome! I found a perfect pair of Lucky, black leather, knee-high boots with a slight heel for just $59! Awesome store. read more
