This location is one of the newer/bigger/better Daiso's that I've been to!! Huge selection, clean store, quick check out. My only qualm with Daiso is I want to buy everything lol which isn't terrible because the prices are great and usually equal/sometimes better quality stuff than regular department stores. I like daiso but NOT this location. KIDS ARE NOT WELCOMED!!! This is the most kids-unfriendly store ever!!!! A male sales staff told me to watch my 3 year old kid (who was only couple steps away from me) as he dropped a stuffed animal on the floor when he pulled one out. The staff said their stuffed animals are quite expensive ($5-$15) and shouldn't be touched by kids. However they put them on the low shelves and there wasn't any " do not touch" sign. Amongst the local area, this Daiso is the roomiest store that I know of. If being indoors during COVID times concerns your, this is the store to come shop at. The inventory is pretty good. I find it to vary significant from visit to visit. I have been here in the past when it had looked nearly empty. Today's visit is pretty good. The shelves were stocked though sparse at places. I never go into a Daiso hoping to find something. I am bound to leave broken hearted. Having said, I will point out a few treasures at this store. 1. Origami Papers They have a huge selection and who doesn't love these pretty little squares of art. Especially with lots of indoor times, it's a great way to have some fun. 2. Kitchenware This is one of their better stocked departments. The foldable strainers (small size) are only $1.50. I can't possibly find that at such a price anywhere else. 3. Branded goods Especially with Sanrio, Daiso in Japan has an immense partnership with Sanrio. For the Sanrio fans, it's a treasure hunt in every Daiso. For poor folks in the U.S., not so much. By chance, I spotted a kids cup with My Melody. That's almost like finding gold here. LOL Happy wandering and hunting. Lots of unexpected for a mere $1.50 (or more). read more

I really love Daiso, they have so many out of the ordinary items that I actually need and wouldn't know where to find. For example, I'm a hobbyist baker and pastry maker, often giving stuff to friends, and Daiso has so many things that I need, like spatulas, one use pastry bags and tips, squishy bottles, small to-go containers, plastic bags for gifts, parchment paper, you name it. We don't have a Daiso sadly in Atlanta...this was my first Daiso experience and I throughly enjoyed it. I especially love the cat theme dishes, stationary and stickers. They also have these laundry mesh bags that you put all your delicates in and the zipper doesn't unzip during the wash because the way it is designed...I bought 5 of them. I also like their tiny perfume spray thingie that you can use when you travel instead of bringing the whole dang bottle. Best part...got a bunch of stuff for under $20....sweet! read more

If you never been inside a daiso, I suggest you check it out. Reasonable pricing for all your basic needs for daily life and more. Store was clean and had pretty much everything in stock from home goods to beauty to snacks. FYI they do charge fees for shopping bags in this state. So bring your own bag or pay a few cents for a shopping bag. read more

I love Daiso's! This one has plenty of parking in the mall area. They have plenty of cute items in all categories, from housing to office to self-care. As is true in other Daiso's, just be careful of items that are priced differently because some of them are. And also of note that often the 1.50 for snacks are cheaper elsewhere. read more

It's great that there is a Daiso on the Eastside! This particular location is rather spacious and feels much more comfortable to shop at. Staff was very cheerful during my visit too. A wide range of household and stationary goods can be found here for a cheap price. Pricing has slowly risen over the years from $1.00 and now $1.50 is the default. There also is a price conversion chart that goes up to $15. I come here to buy goods that I have difficulty finding in general stores or because it is a better price for roughly the same quality. Location is conveniently in Crossroads Bellevue. Remember to bring your own bags; otherwise a paper bag costs $0.20. read more

Been to several daiso but the one in Lynnwood WA takes the cake. Super big, spacious, and very neatly organised.

I like Daiso, and this location is pretty good compared to other locations. This store is clean and is well stocked with merchandise. It's also easy to shop here because the aisles are spacious. Parking is also a breeze because there's plenty of parking in front of the store. I can no longer call myself a fan of Daiso because most of their merchandise are not $1.50. I don't remember the exact phrase, but they say something along the lines of "everything is $1.50 unless marked otherwise." In reality, most of their items are marked otherwise. To be fair, I acknowledge the fact that there are $1 items (although there aren't many). However, most things go from $1.75 to $6.00, and there are quite a few $6.00 items. Also, what's up with $1.75? The main idea of "dollar stores" is (almost) everything is $1.00. It's ridiculous! I would give four stars to Daso in Japan, but I could not give more than 3 stars to the locations in the US. read more

I come here to shop for all the things I never knew I needed in my life and for bargain prices around $1.50!!! Their snack section alone is reason to come by, there are great Japanese snacks that are hard to find in the US, or it's just pricier at other retailers. And in their kitchen section- I can spend hours figuring out which bowls, plates, glasses, etc. and how many I'll need to improve my life. They actually have some cool kitchen gadgets specific to Asian household use. Daiso just has about every über cool kitschy items under the sun! Thankfully there are several locations in the Seattle metro area, so there's one near you! Pro-tip: Don't even try to be a bad a$$ and think you'll get away without purchasing something. This is the newest Daiso location in the Seattle area. It is located at Crossroads Shopping Center in Bellevue in the space of a former furniture store. Given the former tenant, it is by far the largest space for a Daiso in these parts. The Westlake and International District locations in Seattle could easily fit into this one. I would say this one is more than twice the size of both of those branches. The best comparison for a Daiso of this size is the one at Aberdeen Centre in Richmond, BC. Though it does not quite match up as that store is two stories and a bigger space than this one. However, the prices are lower here as all items are $1.50 unless otherwise marked. While the Canada store is $2. I did happen to visit both the Bellevue and Richmond stores within a span of a few days and have to say the selection is better in Canada. However when comparing to the Seattle locations, the Bellevue store is a big improvement. What I like the most about this location is that the aisles are bigger than the other locations in Seattle. The spacing at those locations made you feel like you were shopping in Japan. While this one in Bellevue feels spaced out. Not to mention it is clean, organized and the store is well lit. I am glad to have a Daiso nearby on the Eastside now. I will definitely check here for household goods before looking elsewhere and likely paying more for the same item. read more

If you say Daiso sucks, I will fight you in real life. But seriously though, I really like Daiso and the variety of stuff you can get here. I get a lot of pretty decent quality items here, like nose pore strips, black dress socks, notebooks, etc. and most items are $1.50 unless noted. In the beauty department, I'd skip the nail polish because it's not that great but the false eyelashes here seem really good. In my recent shopping trip I got a key holder and some white gloves. What I don't like is the high credit card minimums here. $10. In most NorCal places the minimum is $5 so I'm not sure why it's so high here. read more

Daiso is fun ! I particularly like it best for stationery & pens, markers & art supplies. I also buy the clear pro folio cases & storage supplies. It stays pretty busy even mid - day. From what I understand it's the equivalent to a American dollar store. Except things here START at $1.50 & can go upwards to 8 dollars I find that a lot of the household items I would suggest not to buy as they are likely to be toxic. It's so hard to really say anything bad about Daiso. This Japanese dollar store equivalent always outshines all these other low-class, grungy, and dirty ones you typically see. You can find so many random cheap items; most $1.50, but they started to have more higher quality items over the last couple of years. There is always a selection of useful goods to stumble upon by chance, to random, small and unique gift items. They have everything from seasonal decor, toys, all household things imaginable, dinnerware, and of course my favorite section...the Japanese snack/food aisle. The location is large and well organized, with a steady rotation of new things to always browse. Right as I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed by an end-cap of those solar-powered bopping figurines. I immediately realized that if I didn't control myself, I'd end up buying the entire store. Everything is just so cheap at $1.5 for all items unless otherwise marked! Even those items that cost more than $1.5 I would still consider a steal anyway. Because many of the items here cannot be found in just any ordinary store, it's a great place to pick up party favors or small gifts. There are just so many cute items! I saw the most adorable alpaca post-it flags (yes, alpacas out of all animals) and a variety of mini zoo animal erasers which I hope no one actually uses to erase with. Daiso is a mixed bag, selling everything from various snacks to gadgets, storage containers, stationary and SO much more. I was surprised to see that they even carried dishware like bowls, mugs and tea cups....plenty of variation in colors and designs as well. Before I just visited recently, I had no idea the store even existed at Crossroads. It's not facing the street and stands independently behind the Crossroads shopping center. Daiso is so fun! The clever products they have combined with their obviously low prices make this a great store. Their products span the spectrum which adds to the feeling that you're on a hunt for something exciting. Even though the costs are low, the products don't necessarily feel super cheap. For instance, I bought a pair of socks there and they are very cozy and have held up nicely. They also carry many of the traditional Japanese snacks, which is awesome because I don't see them many places. Overall, very fun place to do your shopping. read more

Ugh why is there no Daiso in Hawaii *cries* I've been to Daiso in cali and the one in Federal Way but this one is my favorite. Daiso is a $1.50 Japanese store- they have a mix of Kawaii (Cutesy Girly) stuff and actually useful stuff. Something's are more but they're marked $4 $6 etc. btw no returns no exchanges- but would you really? It's $1.50, most things are great but don't expect miracles! They have tons of seasonal stuff so if you're decorating, you can come here for cheap cute decorations and little buckets for gift baskets are more! Im a fan of their cheap organizers, plastic trays and shelves and bins. and They have EVERYTHING- even brown tape for shipping boxes, glass bakeware, food trays, pet items, crafts, notebooks, cute little hair clips, makeup, tons of bowls and cups and dishware, costumes, toys, random containers and bags, coolers, japanese snacks and food, kitchen ware... where does it end? did i say car items and air fresheners!! It's the newest and biggest store in Washington. They are a couple years old now. They opened in October 2014. It's 9,000 square feet! It's located at the Crossroads Shopping Center in Bellevue. Lots of parking. It's next to Joann's. I'm always lured into coming here whenever I eat at Jinya or stop at Joann's. Everything's imported from Japan. All items are $1.50. Except on a few items, it might be priced higher from $2 to $6. But you probably won't pay attention to it or mind paying that price. You'll buy things you don't really need. Everything is so kawaii! (It means cute in Japanese). They have everything in every department. From stationary to make-up and craft items to cookware. There's so much to see here. Have fun! ^______^ read more

I can't believe I have been here so many times that I have not written a review. I love this place and afraid to go in so I have to tell myself not to buy anything I don't want just because it looks cute. Everything you need or don't need at a good price from other places. It does make me sad that even my Japanese student said their things are not $1 but in Japan they are. I think many of the things start at $1.50 and there are things that are $4 and $5. They just seem to carry a lot of little one time use things like a tiny, cheap calculator I needed only once or a cheap pencil holder or cheap gardening supplies and of course the seasonal decorations for cheap. It took me a while to get here (I've wanted to visit forever!) but I finally got here today and I was quite impressed with this store! Granted, I'm used a particular Dollar Tree store in Woodinville, where EVERYTHING there is $1, no exceptions, so I was a bit taken aback that most items at this store cost $1.50, with some items costing $3 or $4. Still a steal, yes, but not as good as my Woodinville store. That said, this store is way bigger with tons more merchandise. The place is well organized and neat and it's easy to find whatever you need. If you need craft supplies for a kid's school project, this would be a fabulous place to get their project materials. Plus, for seasonal décor and paper plates and such (like, for a school holiday party), this place can't be beat. Of course, they have their prerequisite selection of tchotchkes, too. But most of the things here are practical items for the kitchen, bathroom, dining, laundry or crafts. Some things I've never even heard of. I'm not sure if I'd buy the food stuff here (except for the High Chews), as I'm always skeptical of foods for sale at dollar stores. But all the other stuff is great (low quality, but who needs high end, pricey face cloths and laundry baskets? The guys at the cash were friendly, too (bonus!). read more

Those saying that Daiso is like a Japanese dollar store are not completely wrong. The cutoff line is actually $1.50 I believe, but these products are still surprisingly resilient and of passable quality. What a great addition to Crossroads Mall! I came here in the search of some paper underwear, a great thing to have on your travels when washing cloth underwear is neither convenient nor pleasant. I found this disposable underwear in packs of five for $1.50 each. Daiso, thanks for making my vacation just a little bit more wonderful. read more

Yay! I lose Daiso!! I call it a Japanese "Dollar store" even though most things are $1.50 and there are a few things here and there that cost more. They have all sorts of useful items for the home, for crafting, for gifts, kitchen, gardening, etc. What I would recommend is just grabbing a basket and give yourself at least 30 min to just walk around and explore. Go up and down every aisle and see what pops out at you. I rarely ever leave without spending at least $20, which gets me a lot of things and I love all that I leave with! read more

With the holidays here we needed some inexpensive gift packaging for the gifts that we were giving out to my daughter's teachers and son's therapists. Last year, I got stuck going to Target and spent $5 per recipient for a gift box to hold gifts and am sure it was recycled as soon as it was received. I was surprised to see these really nice wooden crates which we received so many complements on for $1.50. They also had these great terracotta pots for $1.50 as well which were perfect for putting little plants in and made them look so nice and much more expensive than they were. The only negative is when you clear their inventory out it is gone (we needed a few more of the crats/pots) and despite checking back they never got the items back in again. read more
