Such a fun two story thrift store with so many treasures to look through. I love thrift stores like Jubilee Reach when I'm looking for something unique because you never know what you're going to find. I especially loved browsing through all of the dishes and home goods. There were so many fun and colorful pieces that caught my eye. The store is huge and packed with clothing, furniture, home decor, dishes, and so much more, so there is definitely a lot to explore. I could easily spend hours wandering around and looking at everything. Such a fun place to thrift when you're in the mood to treasure hunt and find something special! read more

Jubilee REACH - A little colorful dish treasure hunting is good for the soul! - Thrift Stores Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

This thrift store is not accessible for people who use mobility aids. Their designated handicap parking was on the side of the building that had the entrance closed at the time we went; their lower displays of women's clothing, books, furniture, and accessories are so crammed in and packed together that it makes navigating with a walker, wheelchair, or stroller very challenging and truly impossible for certain areas; their men's, household, pets, children's books, children's clothes and other items are all located upstairs which makes access literally impossible for those with mobility issues or parents with strollers. The sheer volume of items on the floor and shelves makes this place a bit overwhelming, and I couldn't find any organization as far as their books go so if you love a long riffling through heaps of stuff then this is your place, but if you like more of an organized and accessible experience this is definitely a place I would skip. The prices range from a couple dollars, to $7.99 for most clothing, and up depending on the item. I'd say they're asking higher end for things, similar to a current Goodwill. I don't have direct experience with the service as neither me nor my companion purchased anything, but the clerks behind the checkout counter were talking amongst themselves as several people looked at the accessories in the area. I don't see myself going out of my way to come back here, unfortunately. read more

This thrift shop has a great cause and for that alone, it should get five stars. Jubilee helps the Bellevue school community and gives back much to the community and students. 5/5 stars The thrift store itself has a lot of women clothing. And they do their best to make it feel like a "normal" shop but I find it a little disorganized and feel very overwhelmed and gave up looking at clothes. They have a small variety of furniture downstairs and upstairs they have a small section of housewares and men's clothing. It was really hot on my visit and if I wasn't as warm, I'd probably stay longer and do some real treasure Hunting. But I just wasn't into it that day. But it's a great store to search and hunt. read more

None of the clothes were sorted by size. There were size dividers but not hung in correct size locations. It smelled in there. I wouldn't go there again. read more

Doesn't explicitly say women's only, but it should. the men's section is a joke and even with how small it is compared to everything else. Even at that it's really just very bland, out of style options. They do have decent prices and more than just clothes. The employee was helpful and kind, it's nothing against them im just disappointed since the thrift store options in Bellevue seem very limited compared to Seattle. read more

A fair amount of thrifting to make your way through here. Less than your large scale thrift store like Savers or Goodwill and certainly looks it. It's worth a look especially as far as home decor and goods - kitchen wares, plate and glasses etc. Slim pickings for men's clothing which to a degree I understand but it's basically 1 small rack of denim, 1 small rack for slacks and a pitiful selection of shirts (dress and tee) The shoe section was ok but they have a weird way of pricing here - a price shoe so if it's $20 for a pair like I saw, it's $9.99 per shoe which is just odd.. Can you really buy just 1 shoe? I guess should've asked. A decent enough thrift store from the guy that loves thrifting. My complaints are that for one they have this loud Christian music going on. Definitely doesn't set the mood for shopping/thrifting. The other thing is that it's just kinda messy. I know workers at thrift stores work hard to keep it up and I know retail but but a lot of the stuff is just thrown into its area. Still if you're a thrifter. You may find some goods here. read more

Jubilee is an amazing resource and community pillar. Years ago I received a thanksgiving basket from them and Christmas gifts. This year has been extra challenging for my family due to some health issues. I asked for a referral from my daughter's school and I was connected with an employee. They offer resources for bills, getting your car fixed, holidays, and they have a grocery program. Thank you for all of these groceries this week. We really appreciate the help. read more

This is the main place that we donate goods too since I know they have high integrity and are doing a lot of amazing things within the local community with the money they get. They seem to have a really great selection of clothing and furniture and home goods. The store seems clean and organized. I would recommend it as a shopper and as a donator. read more

This place was packed, stuffed, flowing over with merch. I was seriously overwhelmed because this place was almost like an indoor swap-meet. People elbow to elbow, tight aisles and a lack of organization. I saw a couple things I liked here that all thrift shops should entertain. They had a schedule of discounts, so you could plan your month, they also offer a discount when you donate. I'd love to return, but if it's this packed during the week, I'd probably have a panic attack checking this place out on a weekend. read more

If you are looking for actually old things, don't bother coming here. Very little that's older than 2000. If you like your thrift store to play Christian radio on which a woman gives her personal testimony, this could be the thrift store for you. We won't return. read more

My favorite thrift store in the area. They have a wide range of things for everyone in the family. It is well kept for the most part. They have good sales daily. Prices are comparable to other thrift stores in the area. When you donate they will give you a discount coupon for the next time You are in shopping. I also love their mission to serve the local community. read more

Large thrift shop that is really messy. I left rather quickly because the messiness was overwhelming and made it unpleasant.

helpful, and they even have houseplants, high-end bicycles, and lots of good furniture

Extremely disappointed with this store, I know that they don't accept return but when they sold me a box with no parts only garbage, they should refund you, when I got home to give my son his dinosaurs puzzle figures, I did not expect to have all the pieces missing, tried to return it and they would not refund me, my son was very sad and I was very mad, left the 2 boxes of garbage on their counter and walked out, I will never step into that store again. If I could give them a Zero I would read more

Horrific experience - would not recommend donating or shopping here The store had a sign on the front door for 30% off clothing. I checked out and thankfully checked my receipt and the 30% off wasn't applied. I asked the cashier why not and she said sign was from yesterday (even though it was 1pm when I came in) Manager decides to offer "store credit" after me advocating that i spent 2+ hours there thinking it was the correct sale. She wrote on my receipt in sharpie to document the store credit. She didn't credit the correct amount. She was off by $7. Honestly very off putting as a consistent customer. Just donate and shop at American cancer shop which is 1 block away. read more

Great selection and great prices. Also, my mom is handicapped, and she was sitting in a chair and a super nice lady who worked there brought her a glass of ice water. I was really touched. What nice people there! read more

A bit pricey on items here but, I did find a gem. I like thrift stores that have a good cause behind them and also, customer service is a big deal to me. I didn't really get that here. Workers that I came in contact with didn't really have a friendly vibe. Although, it's a big store. 1st floor- womens clothing, shoes, bulky furniture 2nd floor-men/kids clothing, home/kitchen goods, toys, small electronics I read the one review below and was mindful so I asked what color was 30% off. Most thrifts have 50% or more. This place hardly had any orange tags around. So, maybe orange was the tags all the time...(who knows). Haha! That's why there were none around.. I went to American Cancer shop a block away and found gold there for better prices (spent less, got a whole lot more) plus friendlier workers, happy smiles and a great cause- CANCER! 100% (cancer survivor right here ;-)) read more

Love their selection of paintings. Just purchased one for my mom's Christmas gift today. Their wacky Wednesday sale is a great deal, at 40-70% off your purchase. There seemed to be a good number of regulars there that the staff new. Friendly staff, though they don't look super excited to be there. They're all nice through and will answer my many questions. I didn't look too much at their clothes as they all seem pretty worn. But I saw people carrying stuffed animals and pillows that all looked pretty new. I would definitely come back for household items and decorations but not sure about their clothing yet. Definitely worth stopping by. read more

I'm new to the thrifting world, falling in love with secondhand shopping one store at a time. Jubilee is one of my favorites in the area. The last time I went in they were doing some sort of deal day and everything I got was half of the ticket price. I found a brand new Pottery Barb gold-plated picture frame for $5! They have a little bit of everything. Also pleased that low-income people experiencing homelessness can go in for makeovers and shopping sprees... I don't know much about this program or the specifics of it, but as a case manager I heard from a client of mine that they offer this by appointment, so, worth knowing about. A really wonderful service! A great organization. read more

Love this thrift-store.... But one thing bothers me; Every Sunday that have a color tag that is $1.29 HOWEVER before they open they go around and rip the price tags off all of the expensive items that would otherwise be $1.29. This behavior does not match the Christian music they subject shoppers to!! read more

A lot of great things for cheap prices. All of the items I liked were under $3! There was a heat wave today and they had cold drinks for free to take upon entering read more

Really enjoyed popping into this little thrift store on the Redmond/Bellevue border. Employees were nice and unobtrusive. Prices were fantastic! My only complaint is the clothes are not sorted very well at all and you really have to dig through everything in order to find clothing in your size. I shouldn't complain, though, when I walk out with two beautiful dresses a mirror and a shirt for only $16, thanks to the 30% off tag deals. I hope you like listening to Christian music because that's pumped through the store. read more

Coming from the Bay Area in California, the thrift prices here are high all around. This place is really well organized and clean. Between 5 of us, we scored a few finds. It's about 20 minutes from my house, and next to 3 other good thrift stores, so I'll definitely check it out again sometime. Absolutely worth the stop. read more

For a thrift store, Jubilee REACH is really clean. Inspired by both my friend and Lazy Game Reviews on Youtube, I went here on two different occasions with one visit from today and 2 months ago. Having just moved to Seattle, it was awesome finding housewares and furniture. Being a thrift shop, I was glad getting stuff for my apt for really cheap. Walking around the store, I am impressed on how organized things were. Except for a few cluttered areas in the back, it was really easy to browse around. Furniture is located in the front, clothes in the middle, electronics in the back with kitchenware, glass items, books, and CDs on the 2nd floor. Fortunately, they had some video games within their DVD section. Being a retro gamer, I found some alright games in their collection and was more than happy to pick them up for $4.99 a piece. Overall, this is a great thrift shop. I loved how clean the store was and the attitude of the employees were cheerful as always. If you are looking to save money getting house and kitchenware, I highly recommend this place read more

Do not go here!! Do not buy anything!! Because I want it all to myself! :) What a great thrift store! Clean, bright, pretty well organized! Love that it benefits a church & not some billionaire like the owner of Value Village. I have been here twice now & it is my MOST favorite thrift store. I wish I didn't have to cross 520 & pay a toll to get there but I do because it is worth it! read more

Bigger than it looks, I didn't realize it was two stories and not just one. Clothing, furniture, shoes, bags, books and more. Seems to be organized well into categories, so it makes things a little easier to sort through. Price are somewhat comparable to Goodwill. Designer clothes are priced a little high. Didn't look like they had any specials or sales going on while we were here, so not sure if they do things like that. Honestly nothing was that appealing about this place, so I probably will not return. read more

Heart and Home doesn't look like much from the parking lot, but if you're thrifting in Bellevue, it's well worth a quick visit, especially if you're after housewares. The ground floor has women's clothes and furniture, jewelry, and special collectible items like art and china sets. The furniture has always seemed pretty pricey to me, but maybe that's because of all the discounts and sales they do (more on that in a second). Upstairs is men's clothing, kids' stuff, and housewares (which they have more of than anything else). Unlike the furniture, the housewares seem to be an unsorted mishmash of everything from empty glass jars to dish sets, so you really have to get in there and dig to find treasures. The store itself is clean and well-maintained; they keep their inventory organized and the floors clear, so it's a pretty pleasant thrifting environment. They're open quite late for a thrift store - 9 pm on weekends. And they seem to have fairly regular sales with discounts up to 50% off, as well as occasional specials where you pick a discounted tag from a hat and that's what you receive off your purchase, which is kind of fun. I wish I could find more stuff in here to buy so I could support them, but most of the clothes are dated without being vintage, if you know what I mean. Still, occasionally we do find something here, and it's definitely worth a peek if you're nearby. read more

They need to update their online hours, as a friend and I traveled many miles to shop at this thrift store after work, and as we entered the OPEN AND UNLOCKED doors, the lights were off, there were no employees to be found, and we felt very uncomfortable, to then be startled by a mysterious man disrespectfully informing us that they were closed. This was unacceptable to us as there online hours said they were open for another full hour. Be better. read more

The day we came here, at about 5:15 pm my daughter asked where the public restroom is located. We had been shopping there and browsing for about an hour . The clerk told my daughter that the manager locked the restroom and " the back" so after 5 pm, the restroom isn't available. She further explained that the employees must walk over to Fred Meyer if they need to use the bathroom ... after 5 pm . I told her that they need to put this as a sign on the door ... so customers can choose to either use the restroom elsewhere before entering . There are two other thrift stores that I know of that will not let customers use the public restrooms ... It's possibly because I live in another state, but a business that welcomes people in to spend money could also make restrooms available to the customer. So, because of this, we ended up leaving and didn't purchase the items we had picked out. They did have a lot of merchandise... however , upstairs it was quite hot, and it was just not our day. We enjoy shopping at thrift stores and I like the idea of supporting this type of business.. but I will not be shopping here in the future . read more

This is a cute thrift store located near Fred Meyer. When it's sunny out, shopping here is really nice due to the big windows around the store. The merchandise here seemed a tad bit unorganized, especially the upstairs. It kind of felt like I was sifting through a hoarder's attic or something, to be honest. There were lots of houseware items, frames, etc. but it was kind of hard to sift through. Furniture was in the corner downstairs but I didn't seem to find too many things. Looking for a treasure ? stop and take a look at Jubilee Reach heart and home Thrift Store! Walking into the store, I am greeted by an employee, with a smile on his face, asking what he can do to help. This store is loaded with furniture, clothes, sporting goods, etc and actually has two floors (no wheel chair access for the second floor) .I notice that with my visit this time, they have made the clothing racks easier to get around so it is not so crowded, which had been a challenge a few months ago. Displays of cloths are nicely sorted by color, almost as if you were in a department store. At check out, a thank you for waiting and a heart warming comment to make sure each person left the store with a smile. For those of you new to going to thrift stores, remember that you don't find a treasure each time, so go back often and check out the goods! You may just find that special item. read more

Loved the quick and easy donation drop off. I went to Goodwill and the line was around the block. Took me 40min to get through Goodwill drop off and 1 min at Jubilee! The past four or five times I have been here, I have been lucky to go in on a weekend when they held 40-70% discounts at the entrance. As you enter, you pick out from a bucket of tickets that indicates how much discount you receive off your entire purchase. I love to seek out good deals; I am magnetically drawn to them. Like a stick to a Labrador Retriever. Unlike Goodwill, right down the road, these discounts include everyone and not specifically just for seniors or military veterans. This place is not as big as Goodwill, so it doesn't hold as much merchandise but that's okay. Whenever I go into Goodwill, it's as if I am digging through ancient crap waiting to transport me back to the 18th century. When I tried my hand at shopping at Heart and Home, I realized that my ancestors bestowed me with uncanny foraging skills. I never leave empty-handed when I visit here. I can't describe the relief I feel now that if my bachelor's degree proves to useless when applying for a job, I can at least put down "hunter-gatherer proficiency" on my resume and see how far the road goes. Now I don't often frequent second-hand stores, there just are not that many on the Eastside, but maintenance is excellent. There seems to be some semblance of quality control. They do not put out items that are damaged/destroyed, with the exception of some artwork/decor. I do not believe that it is their fault but due to mishandling by different customers. It is a two-story building: downstairs holds women's clothing, furniture, women's shoes, and home decor. Upstairs they have kitchenware, cookware, artworks, men's clothing, and other miscellaneous items. Their clothes selections are well-organized by size and activity (casual, shirts, pants, active, and so forth). The men's clothing is far more limited than the women's selection. With any second-hand store, plan to dig far and wide to find something that is worth buying. I've found some decent items at a good price here, though. Some of them are: brand-new TV mount, Dakine backpack, Under Armour dufflebag, tennis ball retriever, dumbbells, et cetera. I highly recommend visiting this place if you have some time to waste or you are looking for a specific item. read more

This place. It calls my name every week. I have found such good gems here and I cannot resist coming on WACKY WEDNESDAYS. Why not wait until Wednesdays and maybe get 40% - 70% off your entire bill?! YES PLEASE! The clothing is of good quality, the shoes are fun, and there is so much glassware and pillows that could fill a whole house! I have found that the staff is really nice and helpful too. The only downside is that they only have 2 changing rooms. On Wednesdays that gets a little crowded! The bathroom is aaaaalllllll the way in the back too. It was odd having to walk through the back area to get to it. I like the fact that I am helping a local charity as well. You have my heart Jubilee. read more
