Pros: 1) staff is friendly and understanding 2) there is a large verity in what they have and u will most likely find what u need 3) there r mirrors around the store so u can see how something looks on u 4) if u donate then u get a card with a bunch of discounts that work immediately- I saved almost 10 dollars from it 5) it is very organized 6) they have the best selection of items I. The area Cons: 1) there r a lot of stained clothing items that are marked for a high price - but was looking at a pair of branded jeans that had a period stain on them for 23.99 which is a good price for a branded item but u usually wouldn't wash jeans because of shape and sizing 2) there r no dressing rooms and there is a strict policy on not using the bathrooms to change- however if u can slip the clothing piece on quickly then u will be able to check itself in the mirrors Overall it's a pretty average thrift store... Edit: I went back for some more thrifting and upped my review by one star because the staff was so kind about finding every possible way to get a charger for my android because it ran out of charge. The staff was also super nice, and you can find some steals there that were amazing! I had a project vision and Marlow's helped me bring it to life. I had the previous stone removed as it wasn't salvageable and replaced it with a Ruby Star Sapphire (mine and my mom's favorite), which they helped me by sourcing. They brought in a few choices and allowed me to pick which stone I felt best fit the project. The basket required reshaping and extra work, but they did it so that the Star Sapphire fits beautifully. I love that I can carry around a piece of my mom. The ring shines and the sapphire has three star lines with indoor lighting and one distinct bright star in the sun. I highly recommend Marlow's if you are needing someone to go above and beyond on a project! They truly excel in their craft and all staff are extremely warm and welcoming.

Unfortunately, they completely botched the job by cutting both the strap and the wire that connects it. I truly thought the watch was ruined and had pretty much given up hope. I could have taken it back to Louis Vuitton to have it repaired but I was sure it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to do so. Thankfully, I decided to bring it to Seattle Fine Jewelry for a second opinion. The owner, Ramir, his son Jordan, and their staff member Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the repair process. Not only were they able to fix my watch, but the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. I also had my favorite diamond ring cleaned ("The Manicure" treatment) and wow, the results were remarkable. I visited Fabri on February 3rd while in my early shopping stage shopping for a replacement engagement ring (to celebrate my 10-year wedding anniversary), and from start to finish, it was hands-down the best jewelry experience I've ever had. First, their online customization platform is one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly solitaire design tool I've used (ability to customize metal, band width, setting style, prong style, and more) -- comparative to my other online shopping, I feel that this tool is unmatched in how detailed and customizable it is. On top of that, they provide support not only in-store, but also through private text communication, which made the entire process feel personal, modern, and incredibly convenient. I appreciate that I didn't have to make a trip in to get an early idea of how much their options might cost for the design I had in mind. I determined online, and via text that Fabri was a standout option, with pricing in the realm of my budget; so I came into the showroom. During my visit, Doug and Jacob were exceptionally attentive without being pushy -- the perfect balance. The showroom itself is impressive, with countless options for stone sizes, band widths, and settings. What stood out most was how creative and thoughtful they were in helping me visualize the ring I wanted, when the exact ring design that wasn't something they had on display. They pulled different samples from around the store, paired various band widths with multiple stone sizes, and walked me through every possibility with patience and expertise. I also asked about purchasing a stackable wedding band, and in a moment of genuine integrity, Doug actually advised, "I wouldn't order that right now -- wait until you finalize an engagement ring, then choose what pairs best with it." Any other jeweler could have tried to upsell immediately, but Doug and Jacob were clearly focused on what was truly best for their customers, not just making a sale. They didn't pressure me into a decision. Instead, they educated me, addressed concerns thoughtfully, and offered to follow up via text with a more detailed quote once I had processed everything we discussed. While I didn't make a purchase during this visit, I left extremely impressed and truly appreciative of the time, care, and professionalism they showed me. Whether or not I ultimately place this order with them, Doug and Jacob deserve recognition for the honesty and attention they provide. I will certainly be back, one way or another. BEWARE: DO NOT SELL ITEMS TO THIS STORE!! They engage in self-serving business practices, are…read moredishonest, misrepresent information, and do not stand by their commitments. On 6/20/25, my daughter and I visited Marci Jewelry with a diamond ring we wanted to sell. We were introduced to their "diamond expert" Jonathan Borghes. He examined the ring (including the estimated size of the center stone and the white gold mounting with several smaller accent diamonds as well as other details regarding the large stone). He offered to pay $5000 ($500 for the mounting & $4500 for the center stone) in the form of a check written immediately. Jonathan went on to tell us he strongly believed he could get more than $4500 by selling the stone to his contacts if we left the stone with him. Of course, we wanted as much money as possible so this seemed like a good approach. During the conversation, we asked multiple times "if it took too long for him to find a buyer, could we request he send a check for the original offer" of $4500?" He assured us each time "oh yes, just call and he would send the $4500 original offer check". Based on Jonathan's confident reassurances and the store's longtime stellar reputation including online reviews, we decided to leave the stone and take the $500 check for the mounting since he had disassembled the ring. He asked me to sign a form he said was simply "my proof/receipt that the stone was left with him". Over the next few weeks, I contacted Jonathan multiple times for an update and each time was told "I need to make a few more calls, just need a little more time". On 7/22/25, I spoke with Jonathan again to ask he send the $4500 original offer check. This is when the situation became a problem and the poor business practices, dishonesty and misrepresentation surfaced. He refused to send a check, now saying the form he had me sign was actually something completely different what he claimed was simply "proof/receipt that we left the stone with him". He now called it a consignment agreement and stated that he wouldn't stand by his original offer of $4500. That in fact he would not pay out anything until he found a buyer. When I recounted our 6/20/25 discussion, he abruptly said he need to speak with store owner and would call me back. Not having gotten a return call, on 7/23/25, my daughter visited the store to get the check in person since I live out of state. Now Jonathan was refusing to acknowledge his agreements from our 6/20/25 conversation, calling it "all a miscommunication". The store owner refused to hold Jonathan accountable to his original offer. We took the stone and will pursue other avenues to sell it. Jonathan blatantly lied and the store owner refused to hold him accountable. We believe Jonathan intentionally misled us during the initial conversation, presented the enticing recommendation of getting even more than his offer of $4500 and then set me up by misrepresenting the nature of the form he had me sign knowing he would have "an out" and wouldn't have to follow through with his original offer. Rather than hold Jonathan accountable to his original agreement, the store owner chose to back his actions, a very poor example of leadership and customer relations.

Lisha is not only…read moresuperlatively passionate and knowledgeable about luxury watches, but she genuinely cares about her customers; to her, it is not just about the transaction, but about having an authentic connection with the customer and their story. Along my journey, I had visited a few other ADs, but none of the visits felt real or, dare I say, 'fun.' It was not until my visit to Alvin Goldfarb (almost by luck on my wife's suggestion!) and meeting Lisha that I became aware of how the experience *should* be. The store was beautiful and inviting. It was so easy for her to create a relaxed and familiar environment and to connect over the watches I am interested in, and it quickly just became fun to both get genuinely excited about the whole experience; it was like working with an old friend. It was during one of these visits that Lisha decided to surprise me with my dream watch. Let me tell you that as fateful as the first time I visited, this special visit almost did not happen. I had decided last minute to squeeze in a visit on a hot (for Seattle, 80+ deg) summer day after a hectic day of work. For several reasons, it probably would have been "better" to visit on some other day, but boy, oh boy, am I glad I did not listen to my left brain that day and instead went with my gut and reminded myself of how great of a time it would be to enjoy and talk watches with Lisha. We were mid-conversation, with an exhibition GMT Master II on my wrist, talking about watch news, watches as gifts, upcoming travel plans, family life, some current events when out of nowhere a gentleman in a grey suit walks up with a tray in hand, with a watch on the tray, handing it to Lisha. Things started to get blurry at this point, but here's what I remember: Lisha handing me the tray and saying 'That's your watch. I wanted to make sure you had it for your trip,' me (hopefully) able to say some words of astonishment and gratitude (I was stunned, in shock really), me having a hard time doing simple things I have done countless times (like writing my phone number and signing my signature), me not being able to stop glancing at my new wrist companion and feeling its heft on my wrist as our time together began. I also remember repeatedly thanking Lisha and everyone at the store ad nauseam, then sort of floating out of the store with my dream watch on my wrist. Days later, I am still on cloud 9 and incredibly thankful and stoked about the entire experience. Thank you again for the Nth time, Lisha :) I am looking forward to future visits to come, and I cannot more highly recommend working with you and Alvin Goldfarb. More power!

At the time or beginning of my story Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler who was an Authorized Dealer for ROLEX in the Pacific Northwest. After doing some research I started frequenting the store looking for a few Rolex watches. Yes , I was very specific in my choices but always given the " NO " you can't have one for over 2 years. I came in every 4 to 6 weeks just to check and " NO" was the mantra of the sales staff. I was always told we have other watches for sale. Like who cares what ya have if ya can't provide what I desire. Now one amazing summer day I saw the $6400 41mm Celebration dial by Rolex in the case. My excitement level increased and I ask if it's for sale? The mantra is now uttered "NO NO NO" ! However something new that day happened and was shared by sales representative, I was actually told if you spend a $1,000,000 in jewelry it should be no issue to get that watch..... Now I was stunned by this statement so much I said are you serious and the person said YES! Well, that seems excessive and ridiculous and no I didn't drop a million to acquire the timepiece. I'll never forgot the arrogance of staff member of Alvin Goldfarb Jewelry and defiantly will not purchase anything from them. OK, now this is the happy ending of the story. I did manage to acquire The Celebration dial by Rolex elsewhere so I have that going for me. And on January 1st 2025 the BIG HAND OF THE CROWN aka ROLEX laid the smack down on ALVIN GOLDFARB & pulled authorized dealership away from store. No longer can they sell ROLEX.... KARMA saw the bad business practices by using Rolex watches to lure you into buying unwanted jewelry or non Rolex branded watches you don't want in order to maybe purchase a Rolex.
