Went to Target to check out the after‑Christmas sales. All the holiday décor and seasonal stuff--like cards and gift wrap--are 50% off. Food items such as candy, nuts, snacks, coffee gift sets, and other packaged treats are about 30% off. The store wasn't very busy, but most of the popular gift sets were already gone. I was hoping to find some clothing, blankets, or Christmas socks, but nope--completely wiped out. I didn't even see any Christmas cards or gift wrap left. We also returned a gift we got from a white elephant exchange. Even though we didn't have the receipt, they just ask to check for our ID. The return was super easy. He seems like he genuinely just wants to help people, and he gave me and my mom a great experience when we checked-out. I generally do not provide negative reviews but....If I could give this Target a no star review I would. Had a very troubling encounter with one of the employee's today. The issue was pricing for a sale item. Jared, who claimed to be the store manager was very rude. He insisted that he knew the pricing of a particular sale item. When I told him there were signs by the product on the shelves indicating otherwise, he refused to take a walk with me to the isle to check the prices and signs and just walked away! Strangely the cashier I dealt with was extremely polite thru out my encounter. If the manager sets a poor example of how to treat their customers...how will the employees he supervises treat the customers. I've been a loyal Target shopper for years and have always enjoyed the company, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Customer service has declined, checkout lines are extremely long and slow, and today was the final straw. With only one cashier and a self-checkout line stretching down the aisle, I finally reached a kiosk with two bottles of wine, requiring an ID check. I understand it's policy, but the employee responsible acknowledged me and then chose to help another customer scan each of their items one by one instead. After waiting over five minutes, I left. As I walked by, I mentioned that all she needed to do was check my ID. Her response? "You just need to be patient, I'm helping a customer." Are the people in line not customers too? SCW and I stopped into this Target while staying nearby. We needed a few things (more pillows) and some other small items. The store seems configured like the others I've been to which makes it easy to find what you need. The interior was nice and fairly clean. The aisles are wide enough to navigate easily. The parking lot here is the only downside with a lot of spaces dedicated to orders to go. Those spaces didn't have any cars in them and they take up a ton of prime spots. read more

Customer service on the card will send you a replacement but you have to get on the phone for four hours and then you must email the company Amex to replace it and wait 3-5 weeks After you receive the replacement those cards may work for a purchase but any balance left on the card will be lost because the card doesn't work again. Be aware, this Target location now locks shopping cart wheels just outside the door to the store, which means you cannot get the shopping cart to your car (even ADA spaces right at the front) to unload your purchases. We had two people and were able to have one stay with the cart while the other retrieved the car and briefly blocked traffic to unload our cart, but we watched several other solo shoppers realize they had no way to get heavy purchases to their car and no store employees to help. Why on earth would Target do this right before the holiday shopping season? I understand locking cart wheels at the parking lot perimeter but preventing shoppers from being able to get heavy purchases to their cars? Things are usually out of stock here, I came in earlier today and noticed that in the chip aisle that they had something that was 5 months overdue the epirtation date. I'm updating my review because I was here on Christmas Eve, and the cashier was so full of Christmas cheer he could've tried out for the role of Buddy the Elf. He was genuinely happy, kind and polite to every person in line in front of me and behind me as I walked away as well as to me. Also, I was in this Target a couple months ago when the power went out. It took about 10 seconds before the generator came on with the backup lighting, so the store was still pretty dark. None of the employees were freaking out. They were all pretty calm and being nice to everyone going through the checkout lanes. As crazy busy as this Target can get sometimes, the store stays well put together. read more

Bought a cart full of items, going to my vehicle parked what I consider the Target parking lot. I was not parked in the two rows that are right in front of the doors, was over one, and my cart wheels stopped rolling. Had no idea this was a thing. I guess if you go wider than the detailed concrete that is directly in front of the entrance and exit, there is a yellow line. I was in another row over, and a far distance away from the exits. An employee retrieving carts explained I want past the yellow line, and I'd have to carry everything. I asked to trade for a rolling one he had, and he just walked away. The staff here aren't the most knowledgeable but it's Target, not expecting a great customer service experience. Most of the cashiers are slow and have to call for help for basic transactions. I've also found prices here are higher than at other Target stores in less affluent neighborhoods. Came here on Black Friday (during the evening, not early in the morning for any door busters) and there were two political activists standing outside trying to get signatures on a petition. These men were extremely aggressive and kept trying to approach me even while I tried to ignore them, I had to tell them no twice for them to finally stop bugging me and let me go into the store to do my shopping. I'm very surprised and disappointed that Target allows these people to disturb their customers, it makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience, especially given today's divided political climate. read more

This is the type of Target I remember. The downtown and Ballard location has the basics, can be cramped, but limited in what you can pick up. The Northgate one is a little better in selection, but parking can be a pain. Ya, this location is in Issaquah. But you have great open parking and your traditional layout, and more home items rather than relying on ordering. The clothing and produce variety is here too. The staff made it seamless in doing our exchanges and correcting an online order that shipped an incorrect product. We decided to try this location just to get out of our usual neighborhoods. The employees at this target have always been friendly and helpful. I am a regular customer and have never had a bad experience I posted this review not to bash the employees but to congratulate them on thier hard work and acknowledge what they have to go thru on a daily basis I have worked in retail so I know the struggle and know how customers can be when it comes to being little tornadoes and destroying the store without a second thought. These employees probably work hard to keep the store looking nice on a regular basis I was there recently and took pictures of the shoe department because it literally made me stop and look. I recently learned that some Target stores in the area have added a section devoted to fresh produce, meat and baked goods. One of these stores is the Issaquah location. The only one on the Eastside that does, not counting Renton. To be clear, this is NOT a SuperTarget. In my college years, I visited a couple of these in Utah and the square footage of those stores are quite a bit larger. This is a regular Target made to accomodate these new items. So what does that amount to? Well, not much. There is one new aisle devoted to these items. There are two refrigerated cases that contains packaged meats and produce. In the middle of the aisle are a couple of tables with fruits and baked goods. Essentially, this is the type of selection you would expect to find at a Trader Joe's. Though not quite as appealing in terms of quality or price. The rest of the store is typical of the experience you would find at any other Target store in the area. I would not go out of my way to shop at this Target based on this new addition. Now if it was a true SuperTarget, that would be a different story. read more

I also tried to call every department but no one picked up any of the calls. I want to make sure JJ gets the credit they deserve. If you like the stuff you're buying being treated poorly shop here! I just delivered to this target, and felt the need to write this down so hopefully the manager sees it. Jolyn, in receiving is a terrible human being. Just down right nasty. I walked into their back after backing into their bay, and she looked at me and did a body motion and rudely said what do you want, and I kindly responded I have a delivery for you guys. And she said for who... like it's not obvious we're at target.. and she had an attitude saying oh my god we can't take deliveries today. Then proceeded to not place, or move but pick up and literally throw the boxes in front of the bay door ups just dropped off. Then when I told here after looking at the pallet where it was from cause she asked, she said yeah I know I have eyes... so I unloaded it asked politely where she would like it, closed everything up and before I leave I just need a name for the hand held signature, and she had the nerve to roll her eyes and "ugh" at me. It doesn't matter if you're stocking, cashier, or in the back of the store. There's no excuse for having a sour attitude like that to people who have done nothing to you! This is actually my favorite Target in the greater Seattle area. I grew up coming here, walking the aisles, overspending since a young age in things I don't need. You know the use case! As an adult I still am guilty of all of that and this Target is where I get my spend on. The staff is really helpful here and you can make it in and out without much hassle. The store is clean and organized unlike other ones in the area. They do a good job of notifying when they're going to make drastic changes to the lay out of the store. read more

Lovely well organized location with plenty of convenient parking all around and friendly employees. They were out of cleaning supplies when I was there in the late afternoon but everything else was well stocked, including their grocery section. As I was leaving I walked by the beauty aisle and was impressed with the sheer number of nail polishes from which to choose. I have been suffering without my powder dip manicures for the last 7 weeks and am glad I was able to get all the supplies here to do my own manicure. I have also been suffering from razor burn lately and happened to find a new shave cream that could be used for dry shaving or shaving in the shower on the way to the checkout. A successful trip to the store in mask and gloves, and maintaining social distancing rules! It wasn't crowded at all when I was there and there were only a couple of people in line at the checkouts. For being in such a high end neck of the woods, you'd expect a since of class when shopping at this Target location. We arrived on Saturday to a packed parking lot and a lot of aggressive shoppers. Once inside it was evident that the entire location was in absolute chaos! There were boxes of unpacked retail on the rows of shopping isles. Most of the home interior stuff like rugs and pillows lay hap hazard all over the floor. School supply area was an absolute disaster and you couldn't seem to locate any Target employees to attempt even a question. In electronics the Mobile team looked on in hesitation and so we made our rounds quickly. It was so chaotic and dirty at this store that we only purchased toothpaste and a mini rug for our home. I understand weekends can draw crowds but I truly hope this location can get it together! More staff and better pay may do the trick. read more

This Target is always so clean and staff is constantly around, cleaning up and working. They always ask me when they walk by if there's anything that they can help with. During the holidays though, just know that the parking lot can be packed. You will sometimes have to park in another lot of the surrounding businesses because so many people shop here, and it doesn't matter what time of the day. If I have to get something at Target, I go to this one instead of the Target in Bellevue, which is where I live. It's just better. read more

Target Issaquah very clean, organized and well stocked. I just moved into the area. I was very happy to find what I needed in the storage. Variety of sizes and colors I was very uncomfortable and upset as I checked out. I get the sales assoc needs to ask if you want to open an acct. The red haired women did not stop there she started probing about opening a debt card, I told her no thank you Serval times. I was so distracted being bombarded with personal question about How I should handle my banking, I started hitting wrong entry buttons. After that she stopped talking to me and did not help me load my storage containers. Totally ignoring me. Bottom line I do not feel comfortable in any store that badgers their customer for the companies personal gain. Hopefully this problem will be addressed. I really like the store. read more
