I dont know why this location is rated so low. It's by far the best Nordstrom rack I've been to and I've been to many locations including California and Texas. The staff is friendly and there's good selections here. I rarely find stuff that doesn't have my size. One time I bought a towel and the cashier scanned it and told us that we should be getting a bundle for that price so he saved us some value there. I've been here many times and noticed that when the line gets long they automatically very quickly add more cashiers to accommodate and the long line disintegrates quickly. Value, service, selections and efficiency what more can you ask for. read more

I came here for a store pickup. They had all the store pickup items neatly organized on a rack at the front desk. I didn't need to wait in line and went straight to the front, where an associate helped me efficiently. The store was very spacious and full of great items. I will definitely come back to check out their wide variety of products and great deals. Parking was easy, as there is a mall parking lot. read more

Rack is close to home and is so perfect to pick up cute outfits and accessories when you don't feel like going downtown to Bellevue Square. I also go there to return online orders. Easier than boxing up and going to the fed ex place and more fun. I end up browsing and grabbing something new! I'm super short so I do love that I can try on and get stuff altered while there, come back and pick up my alteration and the shopping cycle starts all over again Last May I had to make a quick trip to AZ 110deg temps and I got my entire wardrobe, sleeveless tops, shorts, pajamas, sandals and travel bag for the trip. read more

Located as the main anchor of the indoor Marketplace at Factoria, this very large Nordstrom Rack had a very large selection of fashions for women and men. I thought prices were a bit high as the tradeoff for having such a large selection, but decent deals could be found (especially if finding any clearanced items which were an additional 25% off, with a tradeoff of no returns). Many of my favorite brands were there, including Hugo, Boss, and Bugatchi (all brands that would sell at full price at the sister Nordstrom department stores). The three of us ended up buying a decent amount of clothes. The one line were very long to checkout, but it went quickly...they have learned the queuing system from the major discounters like TJMaxx and Marshalls, and the cashiers were very pleasant. read more

I bought some sticky bras here for a wedding. I've never worn them before so I bought a couple just in case (four total). The one I wanted to wear wouldn't stick to my skin at all. I tried to return two of them, an unopened one and the defective one, but the manager working (blonde lady) was so incredibly rude. She told me she didn't believe it wouldn't stick and even pulled it out to "check". I think at that point she realized I wasn't lying because it looked brand new--no residue or wrinkles. I completely understand not being able to return worn garments, but in this case it was a defective item. She was so rude that the poor cashier who was originally helping me apologized for her behavior and said she was having an "off day". I've worked in retail for many years and I have a lot of sympathy, but treating customers like that is not okay even when you aren't feeling well. I was actually okay with them not accepting the return and figured it was a long shot, but when the manager was mean I pushed back. The cashier also told me she did this to another customer earlier because she said she "didn't want to argue". I was actually going to shop after I processed my return, but not anymore. I felt completely uncomfortable and embarrassed with all the other customers around. I shop here a lot, but I will no longer be returning to this location. read more

This store has unfortunately declined in recent months. The clothing quality has noticeably diminished, selections are often incomplete, and many items feel overpriced for what they offer. Customer service has also suffered--while many staff members remain helpful, others have been discourteous, and even the good employees appear overworked and fatigued. This place is definitely my husband's favorite past time. He can roam the men's shoe section for what seems like hours. Sometime he comes up empty handed but most times, he leaves a happy camper. The plus size section for women here is one of the better ones. They have an ample selection here for plus size woman clothes. However, I have a hard time finding shoes for me here. The wide width selection is far and few between. I do enjoy the location of this store and it's proximity to other places. The store is always clean and organized. This Nordstrom Rack in Factoria Mall is one one the better-organized store they have compared to the other Nordstrom Rack I have visited before. Maybe because this one has fewer customers! The store has many designers' brand and they are all grouped together very well. Much easier to find what are you looking for in this store. The sales floor is also nice and clean. Very comfortable to shop in this Nordstrom Rack than those very busy stores. Customer service/cashier is also very helpful and friendly. They sold me a shoes that was worn and as I am about to pay, I noticed that it's been worn out - you couldn't miss it. The rep then asked me if I want it to buy it and I look at her confused like - did you really ask me that question? I wouldn't even wear it if you gave it to me for free so i was dumbfounded and not sure if she put it back into circulation. Second, the line was long....................................... If you are forgot your Nordstrom card, make sure you go get it from your house because I am pretty sure it's faster than standing in their line. I usually come to this place because I love the lady that does the suit tailoring, she does a really good job but i am questioning if it's even worth it.. I used to like this place, but it seems the management has changed and the service became very disappointing. My teenager bought a pair of Adidas shoes a month ago ($60) and the soles of the shoes just broke/melted down because the soles are made of some "eco-friendly" brittle material that is easily breaking so not appropriate or sturdy enough. Obviously, it's a defective product, but the manager refused to give us a refund and the manager just kept on repeating "We can't give you a refund if you ware them already." He did not give any reasoning other than just repeating they don't take it back. This kind of defect can't be found if you don't wear them. They have no interest in consumer rights or improving their products. I'm so not going back to this store. read more

Yeah, so what happened to your large shoe selection? They used to be several racks that were size 14 and 15 that took up the whole wall. Now it's a bunch of small size 12's and 13's where the big boy shoes used to be. Seems to be the way you companies make things better is by ruining it and moving things to make it easier to find = "confuse the consumer with unnecessary changes someone in management thought was a good idea" Well it sucks the new design has reduced an entire wall of large sizes down to 1-1/2 racks of large shoes. I specifically made a trip (wasted a trip) here to buy a couple pairs of size 15's to find someone "reinvented a wheel that worked just fine" I wish you people would stop changing things just so they are different, people are not so impressed by a bit of paint and polish that it induces is to buy. Leave the store as it is so we know where our selection is. Not really a fan of Nordstrom. Everything just seems overpriced. But Nordstrom Rack is fairly competitive and their selection is pretty decent. The location in Bellevue seems well run. No ragged sections with misplaced merchandise like some other off-price department stores. Their shoe selection is pretty much what I come here most often for. But it is also one of the biggest wastes of time. There are so many choices that my mind goes into overload due to the options. So much that I just give up. If it were not for a recent Groupon deal I got, that streak would have continued. Nothing like an immediate need to force you to choose. Overall, I like that there is some nice stuff offered here. If you want discount designer shoes this is the best place, I have small feet so I have to constantly come back to check on new stock. I was very happy finding my perfect size & designer shoe at discount recently. Women's clothing rarely finds any good, I'd rather shop at Rack online. An ok standard sized mall for shopping. Compare to some Nordstrom it didn't have many shops open for business though but definitely cleaner as well as more organized. Noticed they've done a minor decoration after coronavirus to make the interior look nicer. Secondary in my list to shop at. Great location in Factoria and great selection of high end pieces. As I've learned over the years, each Nordstrom main store has a Rack it sends its items to once it's been marked down past the 33% mark. Being that this is the only Rack in Bellevue, this means the items from Bellevue Square Nordstrom come directly to this location once they are marked down. I have found an amazing selection of St. John pieces (for my mom) and shelves fully stocked, from accessories to shoes. It is no secret that this Rack is the place to shop - don't try to push a shopping cart through the narrow aisles in here on a weekend - it's not worth it!! There is so much inventory that there is literally no space to have a cart. They used to have large mesh bags for people to use, but I haven't seem them here in awhile. These are easier to manage when going between tight spaces, but even with a bag schlepped over your shoulder you will find it difficult to get between the rounders on the floor. The good part of this Rack's location is that it is connected to the mall in Factoria - this means a food court just steps away, and also some decent restaurants. Need eye drops or household items? Target and Walmart are just down the parking lot. All in all a great place to get many of your tasks from the to-do list completed. If you can track down someone in green to help get you checked out faster, do it! read more

I can't afford to leave my head open to the sun for that long, so off I go into the retail sector. I can't say I found a hat here, given that their choices in men's accessories are limited to scally caps and fedoras. Can we stop calling these lids "hipster" now? If Nordstrom, of all places, not only stocks them but has even started kicking them down to the Rack, they're not "hipster" anymore. Maybe wanna-be hipster. The place is huge, very well-organized, and not given over to jumbled heaps of merchandise lying around, as at some Racks. I could definitely imagine finding stuff I needed here. You have to be rich to feel like Nordstrom Rack is "discount" or "inexpensive" shopping... if you're more like most of us, this is much more expensive than a lot of the places you shop for clothes, albeit "better" brands. I once found a purse here that I thought was beautiful; thick, strong leather with a buttery surface. I literally had to hold on to the display fixture immediately after viewing the price tag; the original retail price was $1150 and the price, after several mark-downs, was $375.... let me have an old-lady moment... THAT'S MORE THAN I PAID FOR MY FIRST CAR!! ($325 in 1983; 1968 Toyota Corona). If you can spend $375 for a purse, well, Target is going to be MILES beneath you, except perhaps for toilet paper and Christmas wrap. The only reason I ever go in here anymore is shoes. Between Nikes and Merrells, once in a while I find a real bargain here for myself (and that means marked down to $30 from $85). I have found my daughter some brand-name shoes here too... I won't spend more than $25 for litle-kid shoes because she's growing so fast, so her major brand-name footwear has come from lucky shops here. But it's a messy pain in the ass... the shoes are somewhat sorted by size but there's only one of each pair on the rack; you have to go beg an employee for the mate of anything you want to try on. Value Village's shoes are actually displayed better! If you do find something you can't live without, the checkout wait times are long but I give them points for the single-queue method. It's the fairest way to make sure that a slow cashier doesn't penalize everyone in their line. read more

This is the first I visited this particular location in search Teva sandals. They had a great selection of leather sandals (I purchased 4 pair) & one pair of Tevas. I wish they'd put the labels on the bottom of the shoe vs on the inside sole, it creates a really sticky surface & a challenge to peel off. The shoe pickup area was a tad bit disorganized. I gave my 5 shoes to the clerk & two separate ppl brought them out almost giving them out to other ppl behind me. I was also looking for a tablet case for my 7 inch tablet & saw a cute Kate Spade one but wasnt quite the look I wanted. I asked the cashier but she wasnt overly helpful. Just said they'd be in clearance near the area I had already looked in. Le sigh. The checkout time was actually pretty quick so that was a definite plus to end my shopping experience. read more

Aaack! Never again! Piles and piles of crap everywhere. Angry middle aged shoppers all around! Almost all the "good" stuff looks damaged or used. The shoe situation is a huge turnoff. Back to back racks with no room to share an aisle with the hoards of women scavenging for a deal. Once you find something you might like, you have to take it to the "shoe mate" counter and ask for the other one. This line was long and looked miserable. Then, when you have two shoes of the same size and you decide to buy them, you have to wait in a very very long line that wraps around the store. Not enough check out counters. Plus, the deals just weren't that amazing. The Rack in Southcenter is way more "Nordstrom-like" in comparison to this ugly step-sister version. read more

Excellent! I received what I ordered and was very happy with my new biker leather Ted Baker London! As background--- I called this Nordstrom Rack in Factoria Mall in Bellevue, WA, to place a phone order and I had such a pleasant and successful incident that I thought worth raving about. But most of all, to compliment this location as a whole all due to a spectacular service Stacy afforded me with my phone order. It was a long shot that the item would be located but Stacy did an outstanding job doing so. I called at least 5 other locations that were suggested I call by the DC location and each call prior to Stacy were not what I had expected of what Notdstrom is known for-excellent customer service!. On the contrary, in calling the MN location, mall of america location, the associate quickly dismissed me after I said yes when she asked if I was calling about a send charge. She dismissively told me that Nordstrom was changing policy and as if to boast about it strongly asserted that her location started it-about not taking phone order or send charge alluding to the fact that her location was the busiest of all. In short, Stacy put Nordstrom back to that level of customer satisfaction, and while I was told differently by the MN location, I was glad customer service still exists in at least the Factoria Mall location. Thank God! If it were true that Nordstrom Policy is indeed changing, it will not be for the better. It is doubtful it will be received with even the slightest acceptance. I suspect customers will be turned off by it, in fact, I was but I persisted. Perhaps not, next time around... In any event, despite all that, Stacy rose above, had gone and beyond and I simply want to giver her a Kodu! Well done! Stacy put a good face to Nordstrom! Definitely my go to place! I LOVE how everything is kind of crowded, and there is a lot to find in a small amount of space. Fantastic place for shoes, with good deals. If I am looking for something off season to save money, I love to go to DSW first, then to Nordstrom Rack, then make a decision on whether I go back to DSW next door. For example, going on vacation to a beach, and need new sandals. Ended up with a really nice pair of Keens on sale for $20, vs regular price of $89. Service is good here as well, although don't expect the same number of employees or the same ratio of employee to customer. One nice thing is that your Nordstrom gift certificate works here as well, and that makes a big difference in what you walk out with! read more

I have recently found a new love for the rack! I like how it's part of the factoria mall because there are other great stores next door! Of course, store layout wise--they are smart. women's sections are large, women things in the entrances. way to attract your target audience. Let's see... aside from the cheaper prices on items, I think this location is great too. It was not as messy as I would have thought. Very well organized except for the shoe section. Gosh, I think it's worse than Ross... and Ross is pretty bad haha. I like their shoe mate idea though because people have no shame stealing. Their fitting rooms were nice and big although each stall was kinda small. I enjoyed the fact that even though they have a men's and women's side, they still let women in the men's side of the dressing room. How nice. I felt special because usually they wouldn't allow because of the sex preference. It was very convenient for me. Let's face it, this is probably the main reason if not the only reason to even visit sad Factoria Mall. It gets really busy on weekends and even certain times on weekdays, but at least there's those speedy check out for you if you're just wanting to make a quick small purchase, credit/debit card only in those express line. The shoe section here is a mess, you have to go stand in line for someone to find the matching pair to shoes that you want to try walking in, but there are some really cute shoes once you find it. Lingerie selection is great also, I have a hard bra size and they somehow always carry at least something that fits. I also got my famous favorite fluffy bed robe that I rock all the time here, I should have bought it in all color when they still had it in stock. I love Nordy's Rack mega-much! I discovered my first Rack in the suburbs of Westchester. It was so great and i was so sad they didn't have them in NYC. Then i move out to Washington, and they're everywhere! This is my local Rack. I have never been to the lynwood one, so I can't compare the two, but i'm very fond of it. I have found some amazing deals here. I tend to stick to the clothes, i have found that the value of the deals you get in the jewelry can vary alot, and i can't afford the bags even with the discounts. They have some great shoe finds, but i get pretty overwhelmed in their shoe section. Piles and piles of shoes, and shoe shopping is not my fav. I may try from time to time, but i tend to give up and go to dsw. I shop in the plus size section, which is fairly limited, but can have some great deals. i have gotten a pair of Not Your Daughter's Jeans, which were originally about 100, down to 15. I got this beautiful maxi dress, originally about 100, again down to 15. It's not always gonna be quite such a deep discount, but you'll always get some thing off. Same as everyone else, try for weekdays and be prepared to hunt and be patient. read more

Hope I can give ZERO star! Came here for a new Nordstrom purchase tailor alteration. During these process, 4 staff there have told me Nordstrom Rack item won't be eligible to use Nordstrom tailor credit anymore, but since my item is full price Nordstrom purchase, so they can use that credit. But when I go to the checkout, cashier said No, none of Nordstrom items can be tailored here with the credit. and then tailor came, said oh you said you bought it from Nordstrom, you already bought it so it's used, that's why you can not use the credit. WTF! I just got it delivered today and of course I bought it already, otherwise how did I bring it out of the Nordstrom and came to Rack for alteration! If none of Nordstrom item can use tailor credit at Rack, why telling me yes before I going through all these non-sense! read more

I am here at the Rack to purchase Neutrgena bogey oil. As you can see in the picture, it is directly under a sign saying $20 & under. When it was rung up,however, it had the price of $24.95.
