    New year, new accessories!
    Amy D.

I had an appointment with Jorge, he is absolutely amazing. I needed to exchange the purse I got for Christmas for the bigger version, and needed to exchange the shoes my husband got for Christmas, for the correct size. (If you get a pair of shoes, I recommend going in store to try them on to make sure they fit). We always have a great experience when we go into Louis Vuitton. The quality of the bags, the Italian made shoes, the respect you get when you purchase any item or if you are just coming in to look , is beyond that of ANY retail store in the Seattle area. When you buy quality like Louis Vuitton, you don't just get the quality of the piece that you buy, but you get a quality experience. If you are looking at purchasing a new purse, wallet , clothing or shoes, go visit my friend Jorge at Louis Vuitton in the Bravern, he is amazing!

We visited Louis Vuitton at the Bravern, and it was a good shopping experience, with plenty of handbags to check out. On a Thursday evening, there wasn't a line outside the entrance, which there usually is. We only waited for a minute until we were cleared to enter as a party was leaving. This location had a decent amount of stock, and was spacious enough. The store is well-lit, organized, with a ton of staff on the floor, willing to help. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and an employee was assigned to work with us while we shopped for handbags. Staff was very friendly here. The items here are very nice, especially the handbags. It wasn't the largest stock, but it was enough to find treasures, including items that recently became available. If you're a Louis Vuitton fan in the Seattle area then this location is worth checking out.

My husband and I have only had the opportunity to visit this location once since moving to the area. The selection at this location is noticeably small compared to that of Michigan Ave, and NorthPark locations. The customer service at this location is ideally courteous Aesha helped us with our in store purchase, and has since completed two additional purchases over the phone for a curbside pickup and next day delivery. She's been really helpful, and checks back in to ensure we are pleased with our selections. Considering the size of the store there are not a lot of sales ambassadors, if you're planning to go (once shopping is permitted,) I recommend going during the weekday.

I honestly don't even know where to begin, here are the reasons for even adding two stars. I've also included my receipt proving I was there. Pros, First the store does have a variety of collections and two Bea the one who helped me with my purchase is very knowledgeable in the products I let her know my concerns( I'm very picky) and explained what would be best for an every day purse. She was very patient and made a few suggestions based on what I told her. Cons, My husband and I walked in and were ignored, a few employees were helping others but i notice two gentlemen that didn't even acknowledge us even though they were not attending anyone didn't say hello or a welcome. After a while I finally flagged down and asked one of the girls who was Bea if anyone was able to help us. So she did.Shame on those men for not having the decency to even say someone will be with you. They don't have any customer service skills at all! So In the end I was happy with my purchase even though I was tempted to walk out because I wondered if the reason no one acknowledged us was that they didn't think we were going to make a purchase, both my husband and I were dressed down and I know we didn't fit in. It's sad that people still judge based on how you look and possibly even what race you are. If in the near future I decide to purchase a bag I will shop online were I know I will not be judged.

Had a great experience here picking up a new wallet for myself and a gift for my wife. When you walk in, everyone is wearing a mask and they ask you to sanitize your hands. I worked with Dean who explained the differences in the wallets very well, and helped me pick something out for my wife on the fly. He was courteous and patient with me and my questions, and made the transaction easy.

I honestly was nervous coming into this store. I love fashion and I love love love Louis Vuitton. I always promised myself that I wouldn't ever own fake designer clothing or bags or anything! So, yesterday, I got a chance to come in and purchase the bag I've wanted for over 10 years. When you enter, it's like the outside world falls away and you're just surrounded by such beauty. The most amazing thing was, is how quickly we were able to start working with one of their sales staff. I wanted the Neverfull Tote and was able to view all the different styles offered. Once selected, you create a client profile, you then process the transaction. They take the bag you select and pack it up into this beautiful Louis Vuitton box and present you with the bag. Everywhere I went I felt like I was getting stares but I honestly am in love! I am addicted and I was so impressed with the shopping experience. Thank you so so so much!!! We will be back for my wallet and a few more pieces! Such an awesome and comfortable experience too. Everyone deserves to enjoy the fun of fashion.

The Bespoke Clothier completely changed how I think about fit. If you have a hard-to-fit body type,…read moreyou know how disappointing even "altered" clothes can be. I brought Gabriel a designer suit that still didn't feel right after store alterations. He was pretty honest--said the best it could become was a 7/10--and then went to work. He adjusted the shoulders, chest, sleeves, lapels, which required him to move every single button. It was literally a completely different suit. And for the first time, it actually fit the way it should. Since then, I've gone back for five custom suits, multiple shirts, and my favorite, an overcoat (which I'd avoided for years because of off-the-rack fit issues). Every item has come out perfectly tailored. If fit has always been a compromise for you, it's worth seeing what Gabriel can do. Adding some photos, but I'm not a fashion/textiles photographer. It's harder than it looks.

TLDR: Multiple mistakes, delays, poor communication, sloppy, rush job…read more I had so much hope for this place with all the positive reviews. I should have read more into the negative ones before using him. A suit to me is an investment and it's really important that tailors take their job professionally. I came in to The Bespoke Clothier after doing some research as I needed a suit altered for an upcoming wedding. I had 2 weeks before the event which I felt was plenty of time for the job. I made an appointment with Gabriel for a consultation to look at the suit and discuss timing and needs for alterations. No real dressing room, just a closet that you can change in. He looked at my suit and made recommendations for the sleeves to be taken in and shortened and pants let out a bit on the waist. I also asked about adding surgeons cuffs with functional buttons. Gabriel mentioned that it's really easy and they do that all the time but they charge per button. Understandable I said and agreed to the pricing. This was Tuesday and was told that the alterations would be complete by Friday. A busy Friday for me meant a pickup on Saturday which would have been perfect as their posted hours on their website says: Saturday 9am-5pm. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the suit, the lights were out, door locked and a note posted saying "Flexible Hours" this week and to text a number. I texted the number which replied that they would check with Gabriel on timing and they would communicate back to me a time for pickup. No response through Monday evening and by Tuesday at noon, I was getting a little concerned about lack of communication and timing. I decided to call on Tuesday afternoon and Gabriel picked up and told me the suit will be ready by 3pm that day. I arrived at the shop at 3:30pm with the pants ready and the jacket looking disheveled and unfinished with the buttons popped off one of the sleeves and arms way too long. He said he thought I needed the sleeves lengthened and he marked it incorrectly. He said this is an easy and quick job for the jacket and it will be ready tonight. I decided to give him more time to do a good job and said let me pick up tomorrow afternoon. The next afternoon comes and the jacket looked fine but I noticed that the buttons were not functional. He said he didn't take the correct notes and thought I didn't want that even though I was charged extra per button. Again was told that it was an easy job as he does this "all the time" and he would be the one personally making the functioning buttons. Again was told he could do it tonight and I again gave him extra time to do a nice, clean job. The suit was ready with functioning surgeons cuffs but the workmanship was really poor. Also one of the buttons for the interior pocket was missing. The cut and sewing lines were really sloppy looking and the thread for the buttons were not sewing inside the lining, leaving the button thread visible on the cup to lining. I'm not sure if Gabriel just over promises and has to rush through everything but i think he knows better. Overall a stressful situation being almost a week overdue, multiple mistakes and a seemingly rush job to finish. At the initial meeting, Gabriel was also trying to sell me a custom suit which I was seriously considering at the time. Unfortunately this soured my experience and mindset that he would be capable of making a full bespoke suit.
