Ya'll, I have spent soooo much money here on my layovers. Like I'm talking in the thousands. It is the absolute best Nordstrom Rack I've ever been to in the states. The sales are actually sales (got a dress that was originally $700 for $58), which is why it's so easy to spend. It's about 4 floors of just amazing clothes, shoes, and accessories. The folks working there are so helpful, providing you either with a bag to carry your stuff, or they'll actually hold it at the register or fitting room (which is clever cause I'm like 99% more likely to buy if it's already at the register lol). Located in such a beautiful shopping mall in Bellevue, you can spend hours inside because the skylights let in natural light, which I feel adds to the comfort of your shopping trip. I like this nordstrom rack as I can always find something here. It is well laid out and not terribly messy. You still need to take the time to go through the racks and shelves. The prices can be pretty good at times. Just have to search for them. There is a separate counter/line for returns or parcel pickup. Do not get distracted and wait in the wrong line like I did. Great instance of the little sister of Nordstrom, all founded in Seattle. Within walking distance of the hotels in downtown Bellevue, this 2-story location had quite a bit of inventory with various sizes available AND a decent selection of clearance priced items. Since this is not an outlet, the products sold are what was originally sold in Nordstrom itself. The styles and designers can be pretty high end, often with deep discounts. They really do encourage you to come often. Saw a lot of Tommy Bahamas, Hugo Boss, John Varvatos. Even though we were on vacation, couldn't help but buy some clothes small enough to take back home. read more

Stopped in while I was waiting for my take out order at a nearby restaurant to be completed...found a cute outfit for my g-baby...couldn't pass it up...such a good buy! Staff there are so nice, courteous, and pleasant.. they take Covid19 virus seriously...cleansed the entire check out counter before they motioned me to come up to the counter, social distancing markers on the floors to remind everyone to keep some distance from others. Very clean and organized store. Easy to find great deals. You can enter the store from 1st level or 2nd level. It's level is women clothing, women shoes, and accessories. 2nd floor is men clothing, men shoes and home accessories. For my fellow plus size women, the clothing section here is minimal. Most of their items are on clearance for the plus size women. But good deals can be found! The shoe section is vast for both men and women and plenty of deals to be found as well. We scored Adidas tennis goes for $15. They will definitely push the app on you if you have not downloaded it. You save $5 if you download the app and I'm sure the store gets some kind of incentive by the number of enrollments. read more

Very unsatisfied with my visit. The store seemed like a mess, I was definitely not interested in using their dressing rooms which I can only imagine what those looked like. Their selection was not great from clothes to shoes. Their small beauty area had no tweezers, all run out. It just felt chaotic inside. I'd suggest elsewhere in the mall. read more

This is regarding customer service. When I was getting rung up this past Saturday, one of the managers was scolding an employee right infront of me behind the counter. Then about three employees turned on her and started calling her out. The guy who was ringing me up was so distracted by the incident that he started trying to argue with her while he was helping me. It was awkward and uncomfortable not to mention he couldn't answer a question I had since he was focused on the incident. There is a time and a place and it isn't behind the register. I might be more offended that someone in the store thought it was a good idea to put the sticky Nordstrom Rack stickers on the bottom of a pair of nice heels I just bought. The stickers now won't come off which has ruined the shoes. Maybe that's what the manager was upset about lol. Not cool! Don't put stickers on designer shoes or any shoes if they aren't going to come off. read more

Nordstrom has opened a faux The Rack in the new Lincoln Square expansion. Typically, The Rack has skus that haven't sold well or are last season's fashions from Nordy's and prices are slashed to move product. I'm guessing from the $500 jeans, $100 t-shirts and $300 purses that are being sold here that corporate was banking on guests purchasing anything they sent here because it was "discounted" and a grand opening of a store. There are two floors for this location. The home decor department is really small and doesn't offer much of anything yet. The men's department, home decor, and luggage are on the second floor whereas the ladies, kids, shoes and accessories are on the first floor. Great product, brand names and a clean, organized store as the retailer is known for. Much nicer aesthetic than the typical Rack. Parking isn't free but they validate up to 3 hours with purchase. I'll be back once the hype has settled down to see if the prices are more The Rack based. I'm a card carrying Nordstrom holder. read more

This Nordstrom Rack is the best for corporate dressers looking for office attire. This month I toured 5 Nordstrom Racks on my quest to find rain boots on sale. Instead of reviewing Nordstrom Rack as a brand in general I'll review just this store. This is one of my favorites in King County because it has the best service. The cashiers are extremely helpful, and they aren't overly pushy like the Downtown Seattle ones. This store is significantly smaller than any of the others I've been to. It has a larger section of bags and coats than standard, but smaller designer clothes, bras, and standard clothes sections than most. Most of the designer clothes were clearly aimed at the business or senior shopper. There were few clothes made for cute date nights or clubbing. The normal clothes had more options aimed at young shoppers, but if that's you'r style I'd recommend Northgate. The clothes here make me think their target market is a Bellevue office worker who accidentally spills coffee on her shirt and needs to buy a change over lunch. I liked the shoes. The section was smallish overall, but I had enough selection in my size to find a dozen or so shoes I found cute. The bra and underwear section has proven consistently disappointing. I have a small ribcage and large chest, but for 32s their cup size selection stops D so I can never find anything here that fits me. Their winter jacket selection is great though. I only wish they had more mirrors so you wouldn't need a dressing room to try them on. Their dressing rooms were larger than most Nordstrom Racks I saw. The floors seemed kind of dirty, but the rooms overall felt clean. The security guard kept watching me, which was annoying. I get they are on the lookout for shoplifters, but I'm a loyal Nordy shopper so it felt infantilizing. All together I would return to this Nordstrom Rack again, but only for my office clothes, winter jackets, and possibly shoes. For day clothes and night out clothes, I'd try other Nordstrom Racks. Here's a quick guide to all the Nordstrom Racks in King County I've toured: Seattle Downtown - Largest selection of designer finds, but not for kids Northgate - For the bargain buyer; lots of under $10 finds, but also poorer-quality clothes Downtown Bellevue - Best for the corporate dresser looking for office outfits Kirkland - Specializes in clothes for rich teens or young adults that come from money Factoria - Hot mess. They don't seem understand their target market - they are half low quality outlet clothes and half ultra expensive clothes like $500 Gucci shirts. read more

I received very good customer service. The store was extremely busy on a Sunday afternoon. The dressing rooms were packed and tge three open ones were filled with new clothes and hangers strewn about, covering the floors. The one dressing room employee could barely keep up! My complaint is not about the employees but about the sloppy, disgusting customers who don't have the decency to pick up, hang back up the clothes they try on and return to the hang rack at the entrance of the dressing rooms. Who are or were their mothers? Are they mothers? Geez! read more

I am not a fan of this split level Rack location. It is too small of a space for all of the wonders Nordstrom Rack usually holds. Don't get me wrong, it beats going down the road to Factoria, but still, if it's going to be part of the Lincoln Square name, they should have done better. The associates were nice, saying hello as we entered from the top floor. We quickly realized what we were looking for was downstairs. The organization downstairs was very tightly put together. Scarves were along the back wall, near to costume jewelry and hair products/makeup, but they seemed to have a lot of scarves and then far less of certain other items. Granted there is probably some method to the madness and scarves are probably what most people are looking for this time of year, I still didn't feel like this store had as much to offer me as their other locations. read more

Our family decided to take advantage of Nordstrom Rack's 40% off store wide sale. My husband, my mom and I went into the store in the morning to shop around. It was the last day of the sale so we had less to choose from however we ended up buying quite a lot despite the fact that their fitting rooms were closed or that we wouldn't be able to return the items (in case something would not fit). We all had that great feeling that we took advantage of this amazing sale and bought some wonderful pieces. Well let me just say that the feeling went away after I started going over the receipts at the end of the day and realized that the claimed 40% was not applied to everything I bought. Knowing that the store does not close for another 40 minutes I gave them a call to ask if I could come in and have someone help us with that. The store associate that picked up the phone was concerned about how fast we could get to the store (40 minutes prior to closing). Since we were already in downtown I told them that we could be there in about 5 minutes. Then, upon arrival, the store coordinator that was placed at the entrance wanted to stop us and not let us through claiming that they are done for the day. I had to explain to her that I had spoken to someone on the phone about coming in and that we had an issue with the charges that needs to be sorted out. I was asked to stand in a checkout line and wait with everyone purchasing. After patiently waiting in line with all four bags full of items we purchased, an associate at the checkout notified us that he would need a manager for that. A manager named Jessica, stepped in to help. Although Jessica did refund us about $13 at the end of the day for the items that did not reflect the price correctly, as a concerned customer I felt like she did not listen to our concerns, nor did she offer an apology until I pointed out that we had to come back and wait in line. Her attitude as a manager was not customer oriented and I would say that some of their employees at the checkout are more proactive about making sure that the customer is happy than the manager on duty. I gave the overall experience two starts because some of the associates that work at the store did an excellent job of creating a welcoming and positive experience. read more

Yay - a Nordstrom Rack in downtown Bellevue! I was happy to learn that there was a new Nordstrom Rack in downtown Bellevue at the new Lincoln Expansion, since I'm a fan of Nordstrom Rack in Factoria; so figured that this would be my new go-to location since it's much closer to me. But, I'd still say the Factoria has much better and more stock than here. Although the new Nordstrom Rack is in the heart of Bellevue, accessible to other shops and restaurants and is much more organized and clean - I was not impressed with the stock it carried. Much of the stock seemed to be high-end and designer apparel, shoes and accessories for women, and quantities of items seemed few. Also, unlike Factoria - I didn't really see much sales staff on the floor here. Overall, if I was already in the area in Lincoln Square, I'd check it out to see the new items. But for some serious shopping I'm sticking with the Factoria location. read more

This location have two floors. Men, home accessories on second, women's and shoes are on first. It is conveniently located in Lincoln Square 2 with many restaurants choices nearby. While customer service is the usual Nordstrom hallmark style, I'll stick to the Factoria location simply because they have a bigger selections. read more

The selection here isn't that great. I like Factoria better, it's not worth dealing with traffic in my opinion. I came on a Friday night at around 6:30 and there was almost no salespeople on the floor. I passed a couple people who worked there and their heads were down avoiding people. Usually you're at least greeted or acknowledged. I don't expect Nordstrom service but there was zero service. The men's fitting room was a mess. Usually there are attendants in the fitting room to help people, I had to help one couple with their alterations because they were waiting thinking they had to deal with paying for their alterations at the fitting room. The women's shoe floor had multiple men's shoes mixed in too. The nicest thing was that there was no line and the person who rang us up was nice. read more

I want to leave a quick bit of love for the team at this location! I love how organized and easily laid out this location is. Everyone was so friendly the other day, that it felt like everywhere I shopped, I wasn't far from someone who could help. The only bummer was the selection of men's shoes. By far the best Nordstrom Rack around in terms of modern and stylish clothes at a value. Many rack locations have laughable clothes- Bellevue has great finds. I wanted to shop formal wear and thought of checking into Nordstrom Rack Square in Bellevue Square. The collection was really good and I got what I wanted. There were some discounts running this weekend so I got good discounts too. I wanted formal pants with perfect fit and I found the right fit here which were skinny and of ankle length. I love the footwear collection here. You get designer brands on a discounted price and I always pick a footwear whenever I visit this place. Few of the designer clothes have big discounts on them. I found the one at Bellevue Square to be cheaper than the Seattle one. I was happy to shop from here and enjoyed my shopping. read more

Since it's new, everything is nicely organized. There's two floors which is kind of overwhelming for me, but I hear the men's section is nice, I wouldn't know I don't think I'm a man nor do I have a man in my life to shop for. Haha. Be aware of the dishonest cashier I was paying items with gift card. After the purchase, the cashier told me nothing was left on the gift card and didn't return my gift card back to me. I trusted his words even though it was weird that gift card has exact amount left to pay for my purchase. I still had doubt about gift card balance so I checked my receipt but guess what? The gift card still had balance of $61.94. I went back to the cashier and ask for the gift card back. He kept gift card in the cash register instead of tossing it in the garbage can. When I questioned him, all he said was that he looked at balance wrong. Honestly, his reasoning doesn't make sense to me. The management should hire honest people to work there. The store seems great but I watched a man steal a pair of women's North Face hiking boots in a duffel bag he had. I went and reported it to the cashier who seemed uninterested. Such a shame. There's a camera by the door but the man was wearing a mask that was extended much higher than the typical mask. It would be hard to see his face. But again, they didn't seem to care. No, this isn't the greatest Rack I've visited. However, there are two floors that cover most your wardrobe needs; There's also a decent sized kids section. I judge the quality of the staff by the shoe section, the women's shoe section that is and from what I saw they are pretty good. The shoes were all, for the most part, in their appropriate boxes and out of the walk way. Imo, this is quite the feat since nearly every dept store I visit the women's shoe section looks like the scene of a post apocalyptic movie. Overall, maybe mgmt could rearrange the floor to fit a bit more in but two stars is mos def an unfair rating. read more

After ordering online x2 and unable to return for exchange or simply return an item that didn't fit At Nordstrom, I was told I cannot do a return anywhere but the actual store. Parking in Lincoln Square South is often difficult and then must wait in a very long line of everyone purchasing items when all I wanted was a quick return. Today, i got the worst experience with Nordstrom Rack. I went in fitting room to try on some jacket then I left for a second to grab some shirt and left mine shirt there.
