The owner was super cute and friendly and when she mentioned the 40% deal...I kind-of had to overspend... Anyways if you are from this area, check this store out. The owner told me new stuff for spring is getting shipped in, but I guess too bad for me..

The store is a decent size, compared to other locations, with a lot of stock and sizes. Many popular styles can run out at other locations, but the items at Bell Square mostly seem to be available.
