Now I am here and reading reviews left by others I realize this is something they do on a regular basis!!!!! Why I work with them a second time? I do not know but regret it. This time I am two days late in picking up my items and they "donated" everything including a pair of $200 Rags and Bones jeans in great condition. Two days late and there was an Eastern Sunday and a Monday during which their shop was closed. But I do not believe there happened to be "an annual donation" during those two days and those Rags and Bones jeans "went to that donation". You can tell when people lie. I am afraid these are not honest people. Be cautious.

For instance, an older genuine leather credit card and checkbook holder (I.e. not a complete wallet) was priced at $20. Used David's Bridal formals at $60-$80. Keep in mind that any used formal will need to be cleaned before wearing, which adds to the price of buying a used dress. David's Bridal sells bridesmaids dresses with two different webpages on their website. Dresses under $100 and Dresses under $70. I drove to this store specifically because I'd heard they had quality things at good prices and my daughter was hoping to find a formal dress. While I did find most of their books reasonably priced, I won't take the time to go back.

I myself came for nothing, was there just for moral support. but I found a few things I liked and based on that they curated an entire fitting room full of clothing I loved. I left with a like 20lb bag of clothes. the associated don't work on commission and they were very honest when a size was wrong or a style and found something better for you. it was an incredible experience. I will be back.
