I've purchased several bags from Refind over time, including Fendi, Gucci, Celine, and now a YSL. Overall, I've had a good experience. Most of the bags have met my expectations, and the buying process has been smooth. There was one Gucci bag that wasn't quite what I expected, but I also think I could have asked more questions before purchasing. Other than that, I've been happy with my purchases and would definitely buy from them again. One thing I really enjoy is their Instagram Live sessions. I hate to write this, but I've hit a breaking point with this place. I have NEVER felt more disrespected and profiled as a young person. I'm literally a size 6, and I've received countless unsolicited comments regarding my size, not to mention staff sneering at me and refusing to offer help until my hands are literally full. There is no "class" to be found here. I usually come in wearing full designer outfits (as I would anywhere), and I am a white woman, I wonder how they treat folks that don't fit that profile. I formerly worked in retail consignment, and couldn't imagine even treating my most difficult customers this way. If you want an exclusive buy/sell club, why don't you just do that? Their customer service is wonderful and the quality and price of their products cannot be matched. I love that in the lives you can really see the bags and their condition. I almost drove right past Refind twice (it's tucked into downtown Madison Park in the sweetest little spot), but once I finally pulled in, I couldn't believe what I'd been missing. There's convenient off-street parking right by the shop, which is a total win in Madison Park! The moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, curated, and somehow both upscale and completely approachable. The merchandise is jaw-dropping - gorgeous clothing, accessories, home décor, and vintage pieces that look straight out of a magazine, yet the prices are shockingly fair. What truly sets Refind apart, though, is the staff - specifically Jade and Sydney (not sure if they're the owners or just the world's best employees, but either way, they're incredible). BUYER BEAWARE I'm leaving this review to document that my order on two separate purchases did not match the product description. I purchased a Prada handbag and Prada shoes on a live show. They had said something as "no hard marks" or "no call outs" so I felt confident in purchasing both items along with other items When it arrived, I noticed the following issues: Prada bag strap with multiple stains/wear makes Prada bag with missing pieces of leather piping Prada bag with pink stain on zipper Prada shoes literally coming unraveled and one inner sole peeling off! I tried to resolve this with their customer service team and also speak with someone directly to figure out a solution or return items, however they denied the return stating each were as described. What they did offer was 250.00 store credit-mind you I paid 6x that on these two items. I also asked to see the clip of the live that mention of marks, wear, or stains and they couldn't provide video that made mention of the wear. I know Refind is a reputable company, however I am beyond disappointed do not recommend this seller. read more

I am a big fan of The Refiind's live Instagram shows. The team that presents on the shows are excellent and go out of their way not only to describe each item in detail, if it's clothing or shoes, they always offer what sizes are the best fit for the item--so you know if it will work for you since it's not like regular shopping where you can try the item on. Their selection is second to none, and the pricing is the some of the best i've ever encounted for luxury consignment goods. THe checkout process couldn't be easier, the staff is so accommodating and pleasant and their shipping time is exceptional. Five stars isn't enough for this place. The selection is amazing and the staff is absolutely lovely. I love getting deals on gorgeous designer pieces (and feeling like I'm helping out earth, as consignment is so sustainable!!!) and getting pieces no one else has. This boutique has some great pieces at good prices, and some staff make shopping enjoyable. However, the owner, is only bothered for the big spenders, favoring buyers of Chanel and Hermes. I've been in the store several times and the owner has never greeted me but on multiple occasions, she rushed to say hello to someone else walking in just after me. So I am not surprised to see a familiar theme in how many of the staff behaves with people not being greeted, myself included, or helped in the store; the tone is set by the owner. Online sales aren't very size-inclusive, mostly featuring size 4-6. I've had mixed experiences, some great items when purchasing in store, but online it's a gamble. I purchased a $500 bag described as having minor marks that quickly shown on camera. The item was described as having marks on the leather (fine - I knew this) but those marks were downplayed and they didn't mention how there was a large gash in the back of the bag. Again I can live with this since it was on the back but no mention of the strap, which was cracked in several places, broke after just a week of use of holding my glasses case, car key, phone and small wallet. The bag was all leather and by no means overloaded. So I paid $500 to use a bag for a week? Nope, after spending that money and not wanting to add to more waste, I had to pay hundreds to fix the strap properly. Unfortunately, returns or cancellations aren't allowed; even when the item isn't accurately described. The only way they're taking something back is if you can prove it's not authentic. But since they now run entrupy on their bags (which is a good thing), you know that purchase is final. And they won't take it back on reconsignment since it's damaged. My advice is to just go in the store, tell them what you're looking for and inspect it carefully yourself. Consignment is another gray area. The process lacks transparency; I received a 50/50 split, but paperwork was vague. I haven't consigned higher-value items due to unclear pricing and fees. They also claim not to accept certain brands, such as Tory Burch, Kate Spade, or Lululemon, yet I've seen these brands featured in their live sales as the second look. So they do take them, but not from everyone. I have also been to Alexandras as well as Sell Your Sole in Seattle along side Raggamoffyn's in Kirkland with much better and consistent customer service. There's no shortage of great high-end consignment in the Seattle area who will gladly help all customers. read more

This is a lovely shop! If you are trying to sell items this is a smooth and easy experience. But be prepared for the large consignment fee! The best part of selling through them is you will avoid the entire selling process. And the have fun ways of giving your item exposure. But, at a big commission cost (see picture). I would never recommend someone sell through them due to this. The staff is nice, the business is owned by women. Not very diverse with staff, but at least they don't follow you around as you shop. They also do a weekly IG live shop, that is amazing, and really smart. If you want shop for discounted luxury items I highly recommend! An incredible experience - from three different perspectives; shopping during their Lives, shopping in person in Madison Park, and consigning. First, there is nothing like joining an amazing group of women multiple times per week to watch a Live, get to see the items modeled, and hear about fit, texture, and the designer. It's like shopping with friends, just virtually. Going into the Madison Park boutique, is equally fun. They are as lively in person, as they are on Instagram! The ladies in the store are so incredibly kind! I always feel very comfortable every time I walk in. There is an incredible selection and some real hidden gems here. I will definitely be coming back. The prices are great and this is a great place to get your first designer pieces. The only reason I knocked off a star is the inner (leather) lining of because my Dior purse completely fell apart about a week after I bought the purse. It got to the point where I had to use a credit card to scrape all the leather off the inside so it wouldn't crumble on my things every time I carried it around. VERY High end clothing, accessories and handbags. Consignment fee is high, but it's zero work on the client's end, so what can you do? The store is gorgeous, well organized and clean/tidy. The staff is friendly, engaging and not pushy. The biggest issue is inclusivity - despite understanding that designers don't necessarily make clothes for curvy ladies, the daily Instagram live shows and the store are FILLED with XS and S items. Occasionally a size 8, and once in a blue moon a size 12. Nearly all the items modeled on the Live shows are size 2/4/6. I went into the store once during the pandemic and I was floored at how beautiful this store is kept! The owner Jeannine was also very spunky, fun, and kind. Fast forward to now, I've reached out about consigning my very well kept handbags. It's very strange because literally the ONLY question that they will not answer is when I ask what percentage they take if my items sell. I've asked this question twice - first with another question (they answered the other question) and then second by itself (they did not answer). Typically this isn't a big deal to me, but with a consigning business, this does raise a red flag. I am disappointed in the lack of transparency as it does seem like they are trying to hide something. I might be completely wrong and perhaps this is a misunderstanding. Supposedly only three of my items were kept at the consignment, the rest, Brunello , Cucinelli, Burberry, Manolo, shoes, and and tons of jeans and dresses Isabel Marant have supposedly been donated without my knowing I'm a total believer in giving items a second life opportunity with someone else that will appreciate them as much as I did I love thinking that my things would be in the shop selling and not simply vanished, especially that amount of stuff. I think the lady I've spoken to twice Trina maybe said that she will call me Sunday and Monday to not return my calls and have me call back for an answer. it's just unbelievable!!! I have been a customer for a couple of years now and decided to send in some items. The items included some gift with purchase items since I have seen them sell them on their show and they sent them back to me and said they were not accepting them. Every show the ladies at the Refind show them and overprice these gift with purchase items so not sure why mine were turned away. I gave them to a client of mine who is also a consignor and she sent them and they accepted the same items. Not sure if they accepted hers because she has bought a few Chanel bags from the Refind. I will not be consigning or purchasing anything from this establishment again! Very disappointed as I used to recommend this place to everyone.
