I first have to start off by saying this review is solely based on online purchases. I live in SoCal so I only follow them through Instagram. When I see an item on their stories I ask them about the fit, give them my measurements and they always respond with honest feedback on how it'll fit. Also, if they have other items to complete a look they're always so willing to help just by messaging me back. One time did they forget a top I had ordered, however they gave me the top for free and a credit which was incredibly sweet because I didn't mind still paying for it. I absolutely loved my experience shopping at Marlowe Boutique! To accommodate Covid guidelines, you're able to make a 45 min appointment and bring two other guests. The manager and I wore masks most of the time, but you are able to take them off if you feel comfortable with doing so. The dressing room was pre-stocked with best sellers and items mentioned in a survey that you take when making your appt. You are also able to walk around the shop and add additional items. I added one additional item, and found that it was enough to try on given the time I had. I love the styles here, and wish I could've bought everything I tried on! She stocks the room with best sellers and cute outfits like they do at Nordstrom for personal stylist appointments. They also offer beverages for you while you shop (alcoholic). Had such a great, personalized shopping experience at Marlowe!! Loved the pre shopping survey that allowed myself and a friend to pick a beverage and music type as well. The trends were very much in and the staff was so kind and accommodating. The only downfall is that they were out of a lot of the smaller sizes and we couldn't order the item in the larger size if it wasn't in store. This place was amazing. I took my mom and grandma here today for my grandma's birthday and we just loved how they've been running the store during covid. We had our appointment so we had the whole place to ourselves. Although it is a boutique I didn't feel that the clothing was unreasonably priced.
