I brought my daughter and niece in for permanent jewelry (with an appointment), but I've been to their Bothell location a couple of time prior (before they shut down). It was such a fun experience getting the jewelry on. She had cute options and since we couldn't decide we got multiples and half and half bracelets. My daughter got an anklet which was adorable. I wish I'd gotten one but it was still cold out and I wasn't in shorts to show it off yet LOL. I also got soap and a soap bag. I've got their candles before and they smell really good. She has cute clothes and other handmade jewelry and she now has beautiful hats that she burns designs on and I've been wanting one for a while now. Unfortunately I would not recommend this business to anyone for the simple fact of lack of communication for a custom made tee shirt. I supplied the shirt and it was agreed upon what I wanted on the shirt. A simple logo along with a leaf. I constantly would check in for updates as weeks went by to only get the run around through text messages. "I'll have it done by this weekend". Two weeks later "I've been held up, I'll have it sent it tomorrow. What's your address?" Asked for tracking info then after paying via venmo because the "Shopify was having issues". Never received tracking info and I asked for yet another update. I was then refunded via venmo but still never supplied with the tracking information or a update on my tee shirt. This went on for a total of 4 months!!!!! Supposedly the custom words got messed up, the owner tried to "replace the shirt" but that didn't work. Then it became not worth it to fix her mistake because she "gave me a discount". I never asked for a discount. Mind you, I heard this from another source not even from the owner herself. She didn't have the decency to reach out to tell me the truth on what happened, she was scared and it was easier for her to stop talking to me and block my phone number. read more

Super cute little spot in Snohomish but not in DT where you have to fight or battle with parking. I will take it. It is located next to Josh's caps and taps. The owner, Jen is really talented and makes custom hand painted hats and jackets. Pretty cool. She also makes the jewelry. I am always able to find a small gift or token when I come to shop here. There is also an array of sizes in this space which I appreciate. A lot of "boutiques" only cater sizes XS-L if you're lucky. read more

A fun and unique shop in Snohomish. Love the location with lots of parking in a nice building surrounded by other restaurants and shops. Everything appears to be hand made with a creative touch. I have been shopping at Chic Boatique since the store was literally in a boat and I have to say that the owner, Jen, does a really good job at keeping her merchandise on trend and inclusive to all sizes. I primarily shop clothing, candles, and beauty, but she's got a bunch of other goodies in her store! Jen is super nice and very accommodating. She makes her own jewelry and can make custom pieces, which I've taken advantage of. She also offers free shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states, which I've also taken advantage of. In addition to the brick & mortar store, you can also shop at Chic Boatique online. It's not the same as going into the store to feel the fabrics, try on the jewelry, and talk to Jen, but the turnaround is quick & the packaging is really pretty! Parking can be tough in downtown Snohomish, but if you don't mind walking, there's a lot of nearby residential, street parking. Definitely stop by if you haven't! read more

Oh my goodness, where do I start. Jen is amazing. Her beautiful shop is decorated so lovingly, and her pieces are just incredible. This store is simply a little hidden gem! There are so many great products from local artists, and the like. Nice assortment of casual and comfortable clothing to wear that has flair. And they have a great selection of gift items ranging from handmade soy candles to hand knitted accessories, etc. The owner has a great eye and she's very artistic; she makes beautiful jewelry!
