I came here in search of a ski jacket and gloves for an upcoming trip. There's definitely more selections and I easily found the gear that'll fit my needs. Prices are reasonable and they have seasonal sales to help entice shoppers. The line to check out was rather long as there was only 2 check out counters open. The cashier was friendly. Being a co-op member, I was able to apply this purchase towards my rewards. What I like about being a co-op member is the ability to return products within 365 days from purchase. Though I've never availed of this benefit, it's great to have as a perk.

I went back to ask what happened, but the employee just smirked and acted like he didn't care and told me "well the DM told me to say that". Another employee overheard, so i asked her about it. She agreed they were supposed to phrase it that way and not let us know we were using our stored points or our own money. The original employee I talked to said "I asked you if you wanted to use your rewards points on a snack and you said yes." and I immediately said "No you said 'do you want a FREE snack' then charged me for it." I understand they 'have to say these things' but he acted like I was insane and so did the other employee. I went home disappointed in this franchise I thought I trusted. I wasn't offered anything for the misunderstanding, not even an apology. I understand their probably not paid enough to care, but it just sucks and I honestly feel stupid. Prices were great to excellent and the sales were spot on. The parking lot was large and shared and not too busy depending on the day/time of day. Inside the store, the merchandise tended to be tidy and handled a larger number of shoppers well. Lines at check out could be longer on bigger shopping days such as Black Friday. Even on non holidays, there have been shorter lines. The line wait time depended a bit on how much/what each customer was purchasing.

It looks small on the outside, but it's quite spacious and they literally carry everything. From their designer and vintage sections to a large shoe area, tons of jewelry, handbags, and of course plus size clothing, there was a LOT to occupy my time. When I arrived, the kind woman at the counter gave me the lay of the land, and then I was set free to explore the store. The other two staff members were extremely helpful, too, as I loaded my arms with all sorts of things to try on. I ended up leaving with the aforementioned pink sweater (phew!) and a couple of other things. This is the kind of place you definitely want to keep coming back to, as their inventory is always changing.
