Growing up, as a teenager and into my 20s, the Old Navy in Lynnwood was one of the stores I enjoyed for clothes and flip flops shopping. The store was typically well stocked and clothes were logically sectioned. While not all of the clothes fit my physique, I could typically find something for each part of a full outfit. Prices were great to excellent and the sales were spot on. The parking lot was large and shared and not too busy depending on the day/time of day. Inside the store, the merchandise tended to be tidy and handled a larger number of shoppers well. Lines at check out could be longer on bigger shopping days such as Black Friday. Even on non holidays, there have been shorter lines. The line wait time depended a bit on how much/what each customer was purchasing. read more

I wish I could say something positive but for me there is nothing there in my size. I guess I could buy jeans or cargo pants and shorts there, but shirts, sweaters, and jackets are never available. Im 6'5" and wear a 2xl shirt off the rack. They obviously have 2xl as a size, but apparently order so few of them that I have almost never seen them. Last week, the only jacket available was this hideous Mao jacket that looked like it was taken from a mailman scarecrow. This has been the case for the last four or five times I've visited this location. I get it. You don't care about my business. read more

Ventured into this store on a Sunday, and holy hell, the place was a disaster! You'd think there was a tornado warning; people were frenzied, there were clothes everywhere (including the ground), and the lines for the dressing rooms and check-out wrapped around the store. What on earth is going on here?! Am I missing something? I hope they mark down the large piles of clothes on the floor. They look like they were trampled by pigs. On January 19, I went to do an exchange for a pair of jeans I bought my daughter for Christmas (she NEVER wore these jeans, and they still had ALL the tags on them). The clerk was able to look up the purchase as well. The jeans were too small, and I needed one size bigger. They refused to exchange the jeans. I was shocked! I wasn't even asking for a refund; I just needed an exchange (the jeans were no use to us because they were too small). This was a holiday purchase, and they told me I missed the holiday exchange cutoff date of January 15th. I have never heard of such a thing. So, I call Everett Old Navy, and they agreed to do the exchange. If you shop at the Old Navy in Alderwood, be careful. You may end up wasting your money on merchandise you cannot use. read more

Some staff was great, some walked around like zombies. Lots of people just pointing "I think it's over there", where the hell is there?? But then the people who were helpful (two out of five) were super helpful. It's not a high end store and they are always busy due to huge sales, so I know the staff is probably over it and trying to keep all those damn piles folded neatly. They have their hands full. Customer service:‍guy (complete asshole) THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER FACED IN A STORE AND I STILL BELIEVE (he) DID IT IN PURPOSE. After my checkout from the store, as soon as I put my baby and stuff in the car I realized my handbag was not with me. I double checked my car, the stroller and surrounding and immediately went to the store to ask about my handbag . He(cashier/store person) immediately said he hasn't seen or have anything as I described. I was in completely shock and went back home and called all my bank to cancel all my cards. As it had some important documents I decided to give them a call them and ask about it in the morning (4 calls till noon) and they said they don't have anything similar. Evening as I was discussing about it to my husband we again came to the same point that my handbag must have been somewhere in the store as I remember paying at the checkout, so I decided again to give them a call and to my surprise it was there it was. They finally brought in some pants for curvy girls and I bought a couple pair! There was not a lot of customer service on the sales floor but the gal at the counter was friendly and patient. Not a fan of this store, but I was next door and wanted to see if they had any linen pants on sale with it being the end of summer. I was pleased to see that they did have a bunch of linen pants in the clearance section where items were marked with red tags. However, it was so confusing and misleading in regards to pricing because the entire section had one sign on it and then the individual pants were priced uniquely and drastically different with some prices more than the section sign and they did belong there. The cashier was skeptical of my findings and said he wanted to see it for himself and this was during a very busy check out line - so went over to see it together. This is over some petty clearance crap! Then he still couldn't decide and called over a manager - ridiculous. The manager approved and agreed that the sign and price didn't add up...uggh what a waste of everybody's time. read more

I only shop at this location because I live in Lynnwood and I actually like Old Navy. Time and time again I have nothing but bad customer service at this location. I am 9 months pregnant and know that they stopped selling maternity clothes in store, but I was looking through their clearance rack and they had DOZENS of maternity jeans and shorts. I get to the register and it wouldn't ring up cause the tag isn't in their system since it's not an item they sell. The cashier said "sorry I can't sell you this" calls the manager who doesn't even come up to the front and says over the walkie that they won't honor it. I work in customer service and I hate when customers argue with me so I'm never the type to start a fight but I replied with "then why do you take returns for items you don't sell and then put them on your shelves?" And they had no reply. Now I'm back spending $150 on school clothes for my siblings and several items are ringing up more expensive. I ask about the price discrepancy and the cashier replied with "oh the sale price doesn't apply to everything even though we have the sale sign on that shelf, it's been confusing a lot of customers" and you don't honor a price you tag on your shelves? I understand that customers through random things places when they don't want them anymore but the jeans and shirts I picked were in neat piles of multiple quantities not misplaced and they had $4 and $15 sale signs on their table and they didn't apply to every shirt and jean type on the same table... The worst part is the cashiers don't even care that your frustrated or prices are wrong. You just get a 'it is what it is' response from them. read more

This location has more inventory than your alternatives in the area. On my visit all of the tables and racks were well organized and well stocked. The isles are a little cramped but not so much you can't get through with a cart or stroller. I have been in Old Navy locations that stocked more basics than this one. Everything I saw was focused on seasonal inventory. As I had stopped in to buy a black v-neck tee, I left empty handed. The store has small carts available if you prefer them to those oversized shopping totes and there is a lot of parking available in this complex. read more

This Old Navy was chaotic. Too many people, stuff everywhere. There was an obnoxious employee screaming into her headset every 5 seconds. She would not shut up...and I know everyone in the store wanted her to. There were limited sizes, limited availability of items, the lines were too long, and cashiers were taking too long. You would've thought it was some super savings day or something...but it really wasn't. It was a typical day. Nothing fancy. Their commercials were funny for around 30 seconds about 8 years ago. Just like Target, you know what you're going to get here. My ex-in-laws gift giving to my kids has consisted of the same exact gift card for the last 13 years. It really kind of sucks, because they "start" with the September birthday. So my boys know 9 months in advance what crappy gift card present they are going to get. Takes all the fun out of it for them when they are young. They are older now and are quickly becoming bigger smart asses than dear ol' mom, so now it's just a running family joke. This last cycle year, it was Old Navy. This cycle, I'm pretty sure ex-MIL non-stop consumption of Costco boxed wine has made her finally lose her mind, because for the first time in a decade....she sent me one too. From the woman who waited until I was 8 months pregnant to announce she loved the name I chose for her first grand-daughter, because it was the name of the ex-girlfriend she wished her son had married instead. Anyway, the point is. great sales-their clearance is to die for, cheapish jeans for the kids, and a wide array of cute ass t-shirts and panties for mom. If you ever think you don't feel quite depressed enough for the day go to Old Navy and try on some shorts. Shorts shopping is already bad enough and Old Navy manages to bring it down another rung. The pants all have a way of making me look the absolute worst I can look. The fits are always weird and the fabric just feels cheap in all of the clothing. I guess you know what you're getting into here but yeesh. The only thing I can get here are the tank tops and even those are just kind of eh. Their deal bucks promotions are really annoying, too because the window to use the bucks you "earn" is so short. I bet the % of ppl who actually get to use their deal bucks is very low. Last time I was in here it smelled so strongly of chemicals I had to step out. The level of quality here compared to Gap is just so much lower it's appalling. The checkers here move at an absolute glacial pace chit chatting with every customer even though there's a long line. read more

I am frugal. I tend to shop at Old Navy quite a bit, because I can have new clothes and not break my budget, which happens to be pretty small for things like clothes, and considering the amount of clothing I own, it's probably best that I don't overdo it. They do have pretty great sales, and I appreciate that I can get basic items like tanks and hoodies for 7-10 dollars. I'm a casual girl so I tend to stick to the essentials. I would say that every couple years or so, they suffer from vanity sizing, which means that their sizes tend to fluctuate in fit from year to year. Last season's XL could be more like a XXL and vice versa. They have an awesome selection of very affordable, very cute summer dresses, in a wide variety of colors. The biggest problem is that Old Navy clothing doesn't tend to last more than a year or two with frequent washing, and things tend to unravel and such. I usually buy new summer clothes on a yearly basis,so this doesn't bother me too much, especially considering how inexpensive the clothes run. read more

Old Navy shirts are not made for the girls with more...ample busts. Seriously, there is not a single shirt in that store that fits me properly. I always go in thinking, "I'll just try one more time...." and end up leaving unhappy. However, last time I gave their jeans a shot and they actually fit me really well! I was pretty pleased. They don't really hold their shape that well, so you can only wear them a few times before they need to be washed, but for cheap jeans, they fit the bill. Parking lot is awful, but I guess that's not really their fault. That whole area has terrible parking. I remember when that whole area used to be empty and that was my family's "secret" back way of getting to Alderwood Mall. Now it's jam-packed all the time, UGH. This store is often pretty crowded and disorganized. It's also kind of small and the line for the dressing rooms is always long. If you come here you should plan to be in a patient mood (to sort through piles of disorganized clothing, long dressing room lines and long check out lines. Worst experience at old navy!!! The girl in the fitting rooms stood in her cubby while the line became longer and there were open rooms!!! She didn't talk to anyone and even asked a question she had no idea what the sales were!!! There was a sale sign on a table of jeans that said buy one get one free...the same sign as on the wall of jeans that were on sale! When we got to the register those jeans weren't on sale and the manager even argued about it!!! I wouldn't have been bothered by the fact they weren't on sale if the cashier and manager actually would have been pleasant about it! I will no longer be shopping here for my family after today's experience. You probably don't care about the lost customer but as a mom of five kids and spends on average $300 a month on clothing in your store, you might want to think about your customer service!!!! read more

This used to be a horrible lay out, now that it is redone and updated, much better. The store is still a mess but I am not sure that is their fault. I always see staff out there trying to refold and clean up. People are just disrespectful and lazy now a days. The lines are usually long but you do get through them fairly quickly. I had no issues over the weekend with customer service, If anything they were better than normal/ There was a toddler throwing an epic, screaming, kicking fit and the cashier was great about not letting it get to her. I will say that I do not typically come to this location because Lynnwood on the weekends is INSANE. If I happen to be in the area though, I come here. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, specifically for the closing manager on 4/30/22 (blonde didn't get a name). The sales associates were working very hard (I would give them a 10) and she was nothing but rude to them and customers. At 8:30 she began harassing customers giving us closing time updates. She made several rounds throughout the store updating us at what seemed like 5 minute intervals to let us know the store would be closing at 9pm and how many minutes we had left to shop. Each person that walked in at 8:30 or after was greeted the same. When we arrived, shortly after 8pm, half of the doors were already locked (we saw a customer leave thinking the store was closed already) and thankfully we tried the other doors to get in. I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping in any store, let alone an ON, EVER. My husband was rushing me because he had been told several times by her he had only so many minutes left to shop while he was in the men's section and he felt we needed to leave. Once all of us customers headed to the long line that she rushed us all to, she did nothing to support her team. She stood at the front door, like some kind of guard, watching us from across the way waiting for everyone to make it to the doors so she could tell us exactly which door to exit through. I've been a card holder for several years, always loved old navy and mostly shopped this location until I moved but after tonight, I will never visit this location again. I've worked enough retail over the years to tell when corporate hasn't paid a visit in awhile. Something has got to be done about that manager or you will begin to lose business. I love Old Navy. They always have something on the clearance rack I need. Sure its super hectic and disorganized and you have to dig through tons of clothes to find your size but there are great deals to be found. I try to stop in here regulary to see what's new on sale. The check out line usually moves fast and the parking is not too crazy. I'm a big fan of their pants and can be pretty confident my size will fit me correctly without having to try it on. Do you need cheap tank tops or panties? This is the place to stock up on basic garments that'll last a couple of seasons. Don't expect high quality, they are inexpensive for a reason but decently sewn and manufactured. I am a fan of their online store which offers items not found in their physical locations. If you purchase plus-size items, you must return them via post with their postage paid label but at least you don't have to pay for the return postage. Take care to read the reviews of an item, sometimes there are size fluctuations. If you wear one size and reviewers say it runs small, it might behoove you to also order the smaller size and return the one that doesn't work out. Another thing about their online store, it's partnered with the Gap, Piperlime, and Athleta for additional savings on shipping, etc. Parking is plentiful unless you come on a weekend. It's located in a strip mall with an Ulta and a bookstore. It can become full quickly. Staff is pleasant though sometimes difficult to find on the sales floor. read more

My only real experience with Old Navy is this store, weird but true. You can't beat the selection and more importantly the price. Always a great option in rotating sales and coupons available. This particular location is awesome because it's right off Alderwood Mall parkway in a small, easy to access strip mall. There is adequate parking an other stores on either side to make a trip here worth it, like Ulta, Barnes & Noble and DSW, to name a few. My chief complaint at this store is the time it takes in line for the register. Even fully staffed at the registers it always tends to go slow. I cannot determines if it's because of the number of items each customer is buying, a delay in the tags that need to be removed or something else. I tend to carve out extra time if I want to shop here, for that reason alone. read more

Very large location is the first thing that comes to mind every time I enter this Old Navy. Usually I am grabbing last second gifts for outfits for a visit with my family. The location is right off of I-5 not the mall, close by thought but traffic around this whole area is pretty bad:( Ended up in here a lot longer the last visit since their clearance racks were freakin ridiculous and me and the baby girl stocked up!!! This used to be our favorite Old Navy location - it had a better layout than the Crossroads store, and since it was the store where they sent a lot of the clearance merchandise from the other stores, the selection was much better, too. Sadly, they remodeled the store at some point in the past year, and now it looks exactly like the other stores, same layout, same stuff. So, as Old Navy goes, the store is a good place to go for inexpensive basics: simple t-shirts, fleece pajama pants, plain old jeans, basic sweaters. It's great for kids' basics, since they'll outgrow the clothes before they wear out. If you sign up for their emails, you'll get a great coupon. We stop in on Black Friday because the prices are too good to pass up - half off most things, giveaway prices on others. The staff is friendly enough. The parking lot is a little crazy but I've always been able to get a spot without too much fuss. It's no longer worth a special trip, but it's still worth a stop when you're in need of basics and in the area. read more

Went to this location for the first time Saturday. They were having a pretty big sale - $6 and under jeans, shirts, shorts, etc. Hardly anything worth looking at in the Men's section - the hubby only found 1 semi-decent, slightly "broken" pair. I found several things, but of course, when I got up to the register, I was told "Oh, that pair of shorts isn't on sale - it doesn't have a red tag, see?" ...then why was it, along with the exact same style in 14 other sizes, in the exact same section as the $6.00 and Under sign? Hmmm? Anyways, rants about shorts aside, I'm happy I found some $6 deals. Not so much a fan of the disoragnized, stickerless-clothes-stuffed-on-sale-racks crap. The manager today was dealing with an extremely rude and manipulative customer at check out. The manager handled herself with tact and professionalism, and refused to step away to ensure her associate felt comfortable. Even as the customer escalated the issue, the manager remained calm and composed. As a manager myself I commend her bravery and respect even when this customer was acting horribly. The entire time I shopped I was greeted by very nice team members and the store had a ton of options. Kudos to the store's team members and I hope the manager has a better day! read more

One of the worse 2 day shopping experience of my 57 year life. Looked for over an hour thru a messy store to put together an outfit. Asked multi associates for assistance and felt like they saw me more as a pain than a customer. Sorry for interrupting your talking to each other by the way. In the end I did find the outfit I was looking for, and the associate at the register was nice and helpful. She informed me I could even save $20 if I was willing to come back the next day to pick up. She had me write my name on a piece of paper and insured me they would be held for me at the register. This definitely renewed my feelings about the store. All that ended the following day (TODAY) when I returned to pick up my findings. The register was packed, so waited for my turn to make my purchase only to be told after a very brief search that the items were not there for me. The associate did say SORRY, but this is not enough for wasting parts of two days. She did not make much of an effort to look and really did not seem to care. It is no wonder stores like this have to have weekly blowout sales to keep in business ... and are still failing. GOOD LUCK TO YOU OLD NAVY and GOOD RIDDANCE. The lines may be long but that's just retail stores in general especially on the weekends during peak hours. They have a wide selection of clothes from dresses to dressy shirts/pants to just causal clothing. The denim wall is most of the time cleaned up where it's easy to find the size you are looking for. If they don't have the size you need on the floor or in the back, they can call a different store or order it for you and have it shipped to your house for free. The fitting Rooms are well kept and there is always someone in there to greet to and help you find a room. Otherwise it's a pretty good location and the employees will always try to help you with the best of their ability. read more

Most frustrating experience! Stood in line for twenty minutes to purchase our items. Staff was not quick or efficient. They had a mobile cash wrap at the end of the line so those who hadn't waited got helped, but those of us stuck in the middle of the line were stuck waiting. Worst of all in the middle of this rush one employee just left her checkstand went to the back, had a coffee and left. No one came to replace her. Hit their Black Friday Sale. Only a 15 min. line. No line to try on clothing. Employees CONSTANTLY stocking shelves. Never found something outa stock. BEST DEAL: Next day found out that a shirt I bought was marked down to $5. They just zapped my receipt and it all went back onto my visa. She also zapped my receipt from 3 weeks ago (I returned some jeans with it), while doing that return, she found out that an outfit of my daughter's had also been marked down so she credited me that amount too. By the way, those jeans didn't have the tag on. They are happy to return items even without the tags. read more
