I needed some toy story toys for my five year-old granddaughter and I had no idea what I was shopping for but the associates at the Disney store were extremely helpful. They helped me pick out the item my granddaughter wanted and showed me how it interacts with the other characters and helped me package the items up in Disney bags and even made a happy birthday badge for my granddaughter and her sister very very helpful and very, very nice. This looks a the only Disney store in my area but honestly I don't need another one! The customer service here is amazing. Admittedly I shop here a lot. I also call a lot to see if they have the things I need because it's a 20-30 minutes drive to get here but I will happily do it. I actually prefer going to the Disney Outlet Store than the actual Disney Store. It seems like they sell the same products but its discounted here. They have deals like buy 2 Mickey or Minnie (mix and match ok) for $18 and of course depending on size. They have buy one get one free as well. Also they are in the coupon book. You can get that coupon book at customer service. So if you buy more than so much dollar you can save more. read more

As a former manager of that store.. Let me clear things up: Yes, it is an outlet store. What makes it an outlet store for Disney is the clearance section. It's not just any old clearance section.. IT'S STRAIGHT FROM THE PARK. That's right. What makes them an outlet is the HUGE section in the back containing Disney parks product for 1/3 of the price. All their t'shirts, towels, mugs, and sometimes even toys are also outlet exclusives. The rest is the normal magic. read more

We love the outlet store, they have really great deals! We just bought our daughter some of their shirts, and they were $8 each for 2 or more. That's about the same for any other place we would get a Disney shirt! We don't usually buy anything that isn't on clearance or on a major sale but when it is it's a steal! We also got our daughter a large Minnie Mouse that they had on sale and it came to be $4.50! We love their deals! read more

It seems that Disney does the whole 'outlet store' concept differently. Most outlet stores are a place for manufacturers to send all of their unsold merchandise and sell it at a discount. Usually the entire store is on sale. This place is different. It's like an outlet store inside a regular store. I'd say 75% of the items I saw were regular price (they did have some 25% of accessories signs up) and no different than the regular stores in malls. In the middle of the store there were two racks of 'Outlet Specials' which is where you find the better prices on shirts and the like. In one corner they have a clearance section, which is something I've never seen at a Disney store before - props to them for that. Overall it wasn't what I was initially expecting but it turned out great. One bonus? They have new items that I haven't seen in the other Disney stores (in this case for the as-yet-unreleased movie 'Frozen') which was like a preview. Additionally, this store is big compared to the usual Disney stores. This means more selection. If you've been having trouble finding the right item at other Disney stores for a gift or other reason check this one out. Don't come here expecting all things Disney at 50% off, but it's still worth taking a look - you never know what you might find. read more

We went to this store tonight for the first time and LOVED it! The employees were so friendly and helpful. I felt bad that we were there close to closing but they didn't mind at all. Even encouraged us to continue shopping since they had cleaning and stuff to do. I'll still be careful not to do that next time though as I've worked in retail and been on the other end and ready to go home at the end of the day. Anyway, the section in the back of exclusive Disney Park stuff was pretty big and 50% off of the lowest price. A lot of the other stuff in the store was on clearance or was a good deal. We will be going back to get a few more things before our trip to Disneyland this Summer! Truly the employees made the shopping trip even better. Thank you for providing excellent customer service! My kid loves this place because I mean really, who doesn't like Disney? That being said, it is not an outlet other than the stuff they get from the park and slap on a rack. If you are planning a trip to a Disney Park, hop on that and save some coin. They have pretty good sales and you can get good deals, just make sure you read the fine print, some of the "deals" are when you purchase 2 or more. Well, not the greatest of prices or variety but there are good deals to be had. I do see s lot of the same product on their shelves for many, many months that I find to be over priced for an outlet/clearance type of retail store. Nothing in this store is cheap so in my opinion it really isn't an outlet. Just a regular price Disney Store at the Tulalip Outlet Mall. Be prepared to fight lots of people for parking spots and elbow room within the store. read more

Last Thursday I wanted to shop at the Outlet Mall because I was looking for a pair of Tennis Shoes. I bought my shoes at Sketchers Shoe Store and decided to walk around for a bit and see what other store I may want to go into. I came to the Disney Store and decided to stop in to see what I could pick up for my Granddaughter because she loves Minnie Mouse. I had just walked up to go in when the girl at the door stopped me and told me my mask did not meet the requirements of the Disney Store Standards.. I had on a scarf like Bandana that covers the mouth and nose kind of like Motorcyclists wear or someone who is a runner and wears it when its cold. Mine was from the Hot Chocolate run that I participate in every year. I was in a little bit of shock, so I asked her why and she said the same thing again. Not sure how that doesn't meet the standards because everywhere else it does.. I didn't want to be a "KAREN", so I just laughed at her and walked away. She is just a teenager doing her job and I didn't feel it was right to yell at her so that's why I'm writing the review. The Rules of your store suck. I WAS wearing a mask and I tell you what you will probably lose a lot of business if you don't change your stupid standard rules. What a joke. Maybe you should offer to give away masks then maybe we can meet your standards. I certainly won't be shopping there any time soon. And by the way the next store I went into and asked if I had a store approved mask they said yes. So I purchased from them.. Thank you Boho Chic Boutique for letting me wear my mask in your store. Nothing here is "outlet" priced. They argue over discounts offered with AAA cards (which they are supposed to honor). Just seems like a rip off in Disney clothing. read more
