Always can find good price and selections. Seasonal items are always available and I could almost find something I need last minute.

I found a headboard for a screaming deal, and after Phil and Tyler took time to help me load it from the back of the store to my car, we realized it wouldn't fit.

The other thing that I admired is my cashier same as Connor whoever hired him you got a good one there he was pleasant he said please he said thank you and he said have a good day, but most of all he had a beautiful smile and he knew his job, thank you for all your hard work Connor I hope your boss kiss you the best race ever because you deserve it. You made me feel at home and made me feel like I was going to have a wonderful day, thank you, Noyack for all you do, and we'll see you soon. Well over that 20-year time period I can probably count on one hand how many times I walked out of there with something worthwhile. For one thing the store is always in a fair amount of disarray. The racks are overcrowded. Too many items where they just have one or two things and it's really hard to find what you want in your size. A lot of stuff on the floor and if you do find something you love you have to wonder if it was stepped on or rolled over by a cart at some point. The prices probably are more reasonable if you do find something but you really got to dig. The thing that really burns my hide is the line. It's been long often in the past but it could be worthwhile if you found something. This most recent time I went the line was ridiculous. I would guess there was 35 or 40 people in line and three cashiers. The people were lined up all the way to the dressing room. I expect this if I go in Ross or the Goodwill. Not Nordstrom rack. Never again. But I want to give credit where credit is due, the cashiers despite the crushing workload where personable and did not display any stress despite the obvious frustration of everyone staring at them doing their job. Thank you for what you're doing, and hang in there ladies!

I love HomeGoods and shop at many of their locations often. I was at H-mart across the street and was delighted to see a HomeGoods across the street. I decided to go in but quickly regretted it. One of the first problems with this location is that they are overrun with inventory. This isn't a large store, so I don't know why they have so much stuff. There isn't enough space in the store to display it all in a safe and neat manner. I used to work retail many moons ago, so seeing unpacked boxes hanging out on the floor, as well as a wall of unpacked cardboard boxes in the lighting section, tells me that their back storage area must also be full. There were also about 5-6 tables outside of the store with tons of stuff on them, all clearance that they were trying to get rid of. The store looks sloppy and unprofessional. It's like the manager and the staff just to give a damn. The shelves are also a mess and the merchandise was sloppily hanging on the shelves. There was one aisle that had pillows on the floor. There were so many that they were blocking the way. You couldn't get through without stepping on them or tripping. Are they trying to get sued??? Honestly, there was just shit everywhere in and out of boxes. Even if this was just a bad and busy day, I will never come back. The location in Queen Anne on Armory is much nicer and better run. If you want a nice shopping experience where you aren't at risk of injury due to store items on the floor, don't shop here.

The manager fr on duty was rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance. She refused to run the tapes and very snarkily said I could call the cops. So I did. Cops were worthless and didnt show or give me a case #. I made a comment about the lowlife clientele here and Karen aka Stella, another crap employee told me not to say that and she was offended. Um you are a cashier at Ross, one of your crap customers or shady co workers just stole my designer jewelry and now you're the tone police? I dont think so. She also told me unsolicited that I could wait at the back of the line to make my $1200 purchase. I told her not happening and she needed to stop harassing me. Ive never been treated like this. She and the phony manager need to be terminated immediately. They are racists plain and simple. I will need to be reimbursed for my stolen ring that has a value far greater than anything in that store immediately. My next call is to an attorney if I dont hear something today. This happened yesterday.

By the time I got to the register, it was 2:15 and I checked in with the woman to return the shoes. She glanced at the shoes and said these are used. I commented that I just got these few minutes ago, there's no way that I can do anything with these in that time span. She kept repeating that these are used and checked in with the manager and said those are used. I commented that these were the conditions that I got the shoes in and to check the receipt cause the time stated my evidence of when I got them. These people literally didn't care what the receipt said and stated that the shoes were used. What's frustrating for me is that I literally got these shoes, bought them, and wanted to return them in a span of 8 minutes and 5 of those minutes were spent being back in line. I guess it's possible for me to freaking waddle like a penguin and slide the shoes, but enough so my right heel isn't messing up the size 9 tag ink and enough where I miraculously don't crinkle the shoes and dong break the lock keeping the shoes together. What's ridiculous is that I kept trying to repeat myself that I just got these and they suggested to me to wash them and return them later or go to another store. That just told me there's extremely something wrong with this location if I can possibly return these at another location apparently. Guess I'll make best use of my money by wearing these out by walking like a penguin for a while. Return at your own risk.

What happened to Zara? This would be an in depth thesis question!…read more I used to shop in Europe and Zara was the IT clothing spot for fancy, classy, and timeless staples. Made in Italy, Spain and Portugal the clothing was well tailored and fit a 32/30 general male physique. When Zara opened in Vancouver it was more boutique like and slightly pricier and the quality was good. This was before COS and other European brands making their way to the States. I shopped at Zara during the latter half of 2010 - 2018 quite regularly and the website was eye catching, the blazers on sale were $39, and the quality was good. You could still find made in Europe clothing and the production seemed to transition to Bangladesh, Vietnam and other countries. As of late, the quality before pandemic is garbage. The clothing unravels after hanging it in a rack, the fabric is cheap, and the material appears to be of the lowest quality. The Westlake and Bellevue locations appear like outlets with rejected clothing from 5 seasons ago and little change with new or updated fashion. It's like a European Ross evoking a European douche bag at the club with skinny jeans, frayed pants, Zara shirt and cologne. Staff are still pretty snooty and don't often help. Maybe one staff will but it's rare. They seem too busy folding clothing that isn't selling. Really sad.
