The product came VERY well packed in the box to prevent damage. The map itself is awesome! Besides showing continents, it has drawings in the margins depicting scenes of native animals and native people, many drawn as one might expect in 1719, as fearsome creatures in a strange new land. The map comes mounted on a pair of beautiful cherry wood slats, a presentation style which I feel is more authentic than a common picture frame. Got no help, but a cancelation of the door. Went immediately to home depot, got knowledgeable worker and much care and got the door measured in front of me to make sure. I was so pleased.
