When I reached out, I was told they couldn't help me because it was "in the hands of the post office," I was persistent, and their tone was defensive. I only received a refund after I filed a claim with my bank, and even then, that refund was later reversed. Most recently, I received a notification of a package being delivered. When it didn't arrive, I called my post office directly. They confirmed the tracking number provided was under a completely different name and address, and I was personally told that I had been scammed. This company gave me false tracking information, took my money, and never sent my item. I have proof of the refund reversal, proof of the fake tracking, and am prepared to obtain a written statement from the USPS. To make matters worse, after I shared my honest review about this experience, the business actually threatened to sue me for speaking out. This is not how any legitimate business should operate. Terrible customer service. Bullying, No accountability. And clearly, I am not the only person who has had this same experience with them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

As an avid thrifter, I will say the pricing is a bit high for used goods. Depending on what the special is, pricing is closer to what you would expect for second hand goods. The day I went, everything was 50% which is the only reason I walked out my arms full. The lady at the counter was super kind and personable. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained the sale for the day. The store is a good mix of women's clothes, decor, and housewares. Not much for kids clothes that I saw but they did have an entire aisle with toys and games. Lots of puzzles, glassware, DVDs and vinyls! If you love a good thrift hunt, this is a must!

At first glance, with its sidewalk clothing racks full of all things fun and vintage, it seemed to have potential. So we went inside. Now, I don't mind a semi crowded or even slightly disorganized thrift shop. After all, half the fun is in the hunt, right? But this place took cluttered to a new level. While some areas of the store were fairly organized, others were literally piled with junk. It became not so much a hunt for treasures as it was an effort to just get through the place without tripping over something. I found myself wondering just how long some of these piles had been around, and what sorts of creepy crawlies might be lurking within them. I did my best to wander through and try to find a treasure or two. But after a few minutes I started to feel pretty claustrophobic. When I realized I've watched episodes of Hoarding: Buried Alive that looked eerily similar to this shop, I quickly made my escape. All that being said, they did have some interesting looking finds. They just need either a bigger space or an intervention.

I came into the store today and met jay and Stephanie in person they are the most lovely couple and I am happy to say I will be returning to boho chic boutique in the future! Thank you both! I came into the store yesterday evening, with my son. He was in his stroller and I was wandering around looking at all the neat things. I picked up a candle that I wanted to buy. And placed it in the under basket of his stroller since I had no where else to hold it until I was done looking around. I stopped and was trying on beanies when your store clerk stopped to talk with me. When she spotted the candle in bottom of the stroller she instantly assumed I was going to steal it. When she brought it to my attention I was very confused because I was so excited to find that flavor candle. But instead of asking me about it she instantly kicked me and my son out of the store. I was very embarrassed by this instant reaction to something I completely acknowledged when she pointed it out. I didn't act like I was hiding anything. And I'm very disappointed in the way you employee handled this situation. I was so excited to find your store but now I will not be returning due to the lack of understanding of a mom with a stroller and no where to place things.
