Elaine was such a joy! She took my to small bridesmaid dress and turned it into a Cinderella fit.

Considering we came here during Spring Break this store wasn't that busy. Some observations: -The designer name clothing is all found at the front of the store. -There is a huge plus size section. -There are no mirrors in the purse section to check yourself out. -Isles are so narrow that only one cart can fit, if you are passing by suck in your gut and be prepared to brush up against some hung clothes. -Size S women's clothes aren't as easy to find. -Yes you must take any unwanted clothing from the change room back to the change room lady....thieves have ruined it for all us lazy people.

This was honestly one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've had…read more We stopped into Ross to look at a watch in one of the locked display cases. After pressing the assistance button twice and waiting about 15 minutes, a woman with a tribal tattoo sleeve on her arm walking by finally asked if we needed help. We showed her the watch we wanted, decided to buy it, and she told us she would ring us up right there. Great, or so we thought. Then she disappeared. We waited another 20 minutes, pressed the help button two more times, and still nobody came to help. Meanwhile, the line at the front registers kept growing and stretching into the shopping aisle with only two cashiers open. At that point, we split up. One of us waited in the regular checkout line while the other stayed near the jewelry counter, expecting the employee who had helped us to return and complete the purchase as promised. Another 20 minutes passed. Eventually, we tracked down the same employee. Her response? We needed to speak with a cashier. Excuse me... you're the person who helped us, took the watch, told us you'd ring us up, walked it over to an open register, and then disappeared. Why are we now being told to start over with someone else? The only bright spot in this entire experience was an employee with long, wavy hair who actually seemed to know what was going on but was busy cashiering and couldn't quite help. In total, we spent about 45 minutes waiting just to buy a single watch. We left the store feeling stressed, annoyed, and completely let down by the lack of customer service. This Ross seriously needs better communication and staffing. Worst shopping experience I've had in a long time.

Save yourself money and time do not shop here. This business is a scam. I placed an order back in…read moreJuly and never received my item. When I reached out, I was told they couldn't help me because it was "in the hands of the post office," I was persistent, and their tone was defensive. I only received a refund after I filed a claim with my bank, and even then, that refund was later reversed. Most recently, I received a notification of a package being delivered. When it didn't arrive, I called my post office directly. They confirmed the tracking number provided was under a completely different name and address, and I was personally told that I had been scammed. This company gave me false tracking information, took my money, and never sent my item. I have proof of the refund reversal, proof of the fake tracking, and am prepared to obtain a written statement from the USPS. To make matters worse, after I shared my honest review about this experience, the business actually threatened to sue me for speaking out. This is not how any legitimate business should operate. Terrible customer service. Bullying, No accountability. And clearly, I am not the only person who has had this same experience with them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Let me point your attention to no less than four different groupings of clothes and the sale point they are on right here within radius of the door." Pause while walking to casually pull at a dress hanging up? "Omigosh I love that dress. Do you want to try it on? You should try it on. You should really try it on. Let me get that for you." Pick up a sweater? "I love that sweater. It is SOOOO flattering. My favorite part is that it's like dolman sleeves without being dolman sleeves." [Note, it was the ugliest sweater I've ever put on. Talk about wrinkled armpits]. I could go on, but multiply this by about ten, and you'd have my 15 minute experience in this store. Trying a couple things on, the quality seemed poor and I didn't like the cut of anything anyway. Cheap price does not make up for rushed/skimped production and terrifying sales pitches. Commission much?

My friend is an Ann Taylor fan, and I went there, but found much more at the LOFT. The clothes here fit me wonderfully and are totally my style. The sales clerks are helpful and I didn't have a "hounded" experience like others have claimed (granted, I have only been here three times). I like the dressing rooms and the people working them are so friendly and never get annoyed when I "pass" on a item. I love the layout of the store and the clearance rack is mighty with a great selection and excellent value.
