The day I went, everything was 50% which is the only reason I walked out my arms full. The lady at the counter was super kind and personable. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained the sale for the day. The store is a good mix of women's clothes, decor, and housewares. Not much for kids clothes that I saw but they did have an entire aisle with toys and games. Lots of puzzles, glassware, DVDs and vinyls! If you love a good thrift hunt, this is a must!

Shopping in the Seattle area in Washington State…read more.. Seattle Premium Outlets is not really on the main road. I couldn't see a sign from the highway. I just trusted my GPS. I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! At least we accomplished all of our goals... and then some!

They confirmed the tracking number provided was under a completely different name and address, and I was personally told that I had been scammed. This company gave me false tracking information, took my money, and never sent my item. I have proof of the refund reversal, proof of the fake tracking, and am prepared to obtain a written statement from the USPS. To make matters worse, after I shared my honest review about this experience, the business actually threatened to sue me for speaking out. This is not how any legitimate business should operate. Terrible customer service. Bullying, No accountability. And clearly, I am not the only person who has had this same experience with them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I inquired why the total was twice as much as the sticker price and the cashier grabbed the floor sample shoe and began to rip up the price sticker and simply said it had the wrong price.... REALLY that's how we are conducting business these days?? What happened to honoring the published sticker price?? I don't think I could ever shop here knowing the price could be different when I get to the cashier.
