This time I pinned the patches on the jacket myself AND EXPLAINED TO HER IT WAS NOT ALIGNED PROPERLY. IT WAS JUST AN APPROXIMATE. I WOULD NEED HER TO ALLIGN THE PATCHES PROPERLY AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE SECOND ROW. When I was called to pick up the jacket I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES. And what did she do. ONCE AGAIN, SHIFT BLAME and proudly proclaimed "I sewed them exactly where you pinned them." Clearly she once again did not listen nor follow through with instructions. The patches are sewn on ALL OVER THE PLACE AND NOT ALIGNED AT ALL. Spacing between the rows AND not only that a top patch on the 2nd row now wraps over onto the front panel. WTF. Not only does her poor customer service affect my days, it now affects my sleep. It is beyond me why she called and said my jacket was done. How could she be proud? and after a prior experience with me she knew how strongly I insisted each patch needs to be aligned and taunt. Perhaps if she didn't "remember" the instructions she could have called. I was so angry I just grabbed my jacket and left. I have threatened to write bad reviews in the past over poor customer service but have never followed through. This is my first business review and I am further angry to have to take time from my day to write reviews and keep reliving the anger. I would be very sad for someone else to have to experience what I have. I spent over $600 for both jackets and each time was left infuriated. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF.
