I've shopped here on and off over the last 20 years since I've lived in the area. Everybody says go…read moreto Nordstrom rack. Well over that 20-year time period I can probably count on one hand how many times I walked out of there with something worthwhile. For one thing the store is always in a fair amount of disarray. The racks are overcrowded. Too many items where they just have one or two things and it's really hard to find what you want in your size. A lot of stuff on the floor and if you do find something you love you have to wonder if it was stepped on or rolled over by a cart at some point. The prices probably are more reasonable if you do find something but you really got to dig. The thing that really burns my hide is the line. It's been long often in the past but it could be worthwhile if you found something. This most recent time I went the line was ridiculous. I would guess there was 35 or 40 people in line and three cashiers. The people were lined up all the way to the dressing room. I expect this if I go in Ross or the Goodwill. Not Nordstrom rack. Never again. But I want to give credit where credit is due, the cashiers despite the crushing workload where personable and did not display any stress despite the obvious frustration of everyone staring at them doing their job. The store is never sent petite clothes likely due to the size of the store BUT Brandy has helped me find petites online as well as standard sizing that still fits me and looks amazing.
