Then my other daughter in the dressing room heard the other salesgirl talking very unkindly about me to the salesperson. It was a 50% off your entire purchase day and I asked if that was including sales. She was mimicking me and saying I was trying to get the 39.00 dresses for $20. I wasn't talking about that rack but the sales rack. I had my granddaughters with me too. I was embarrassed by the way we were treated. I am a huge Loft buyer - personally and for gifts but I am rethinking my loyalties. There are way too many other stores to shop at. This was on you / mark your racks correctly and if you make a mistake offer condoles. Also, don't talk unkindly about customers in the dressing rooms - someone may be listening.

After about 15 minutes, I left (without buying anything) and went to my car. Once I sat down I realized my phone wasn't in my back pocket. I looked everywhere, then trekked back to the store. When I couldn't find it along my route, I went to the cashier and asked if anyone had turned it in. Both the manager and store security helped me search, called my phone, and offered so much assistance. I felt as if they cared as much about my loss as if it had been their own. P.S. She also told me unsolicited that I could wait at the back of the line to make my $1200 purchase. I told her not happening and she needed to stop harassing me. Ive never been treated like this. She and the phony manager need to be terminated immediately. They are racists plain and simple.
