When I did ask for help, the selection wasn't so great but I was able to find something in the youth area. There was only one person at the store that I know of. The layout of the store was logical - women's, kids, men's with clearance aisles clearly marked. They have lots of different brands of shoes - Nike, adidas, Skechers, new balance, etc. We were able to find a pair for about $50. Sure beats buying/returning shoes from Amazon because you can't try them on.

They have a parking lot which makes it convenient too. Anytime I go there, Sheng & the other employees are happy to answer questions to help me find what I like. I love the shoe collection, lots of rare kicks and also classics in many sizes. Mostly new and some used as they also do consignment. It's an all around good store.
