The item was not on hold, the item was not behind the register, the item was on the rack, tagged up, reasonably priced, hanging just like everything else. In what world is that how shopping works? It is a great shop and brand, but this one store in particular is way too small for me to get any of the shoes that i get. The only thing i get there when i go there is shirts and sometimes shorts. It's Nike. It's an outlet. The prices and selection can be great. You know the rest already. HOWEVER -Factoria holds a great hub for shoe shopping (especially if you have kids in tow and looking to get sneakers now and not wait the week it can take for the mega box to come from Nordstrom Rack, bringing the shoe store home) That being stated, you can visit (if needed SIX stores to get your kids shoes. All within a stones throw and all almost under the same roof) Nike, Nordstrom Rack, Famous Footware, DSW, Big 5 Sporting goods, and T.J. Maxx. Nike is great! Customer service is very bad here. The employees will stare at you, and not even say anything to you. They're too focused on tasks, rather than customer service. Without customers you have no profit, so they should at least check up on people in the store. They're not even doing the bare minimum which is sad. read more

Absolutely terrible customer experience at this location. Imagine holding an item with the intent to purchase it and then a worker come up to you and taking it away because it "belongs to another customer". I was doing some Christmas shopping with a friend here yesterday and found a Christmas sweater from the clearance rack. Grabbed it with the full intent to buy it, when one of their associate workers came up to me to say that the sweater I'm holding actually belongs to another customer and that she had to take it. I was so bewildered by the whole thing, that at the moment, I couldn't even think about how to react lol. I told the associate I found it off the rack?? But she still insisted that it belonged to another customer and that she had to take it. Not wanting to make a scene over a sweater and still in shock, I ended up handing it back to her still so confused. My friend and I had a delayed reaction about the whole thing, but it hit us a few minutes later that a worker REALLY just told me that an item that I grabbed FROM THE RACK NOT from behind the register is for another customer?? Am I not a paying customer?? In WHAT world do you do that?? If a customer is holding something, YOU BRING IT TO THE REGISTER. If it's left on the rack, it's free for anyone to take. I cannot believe the audacity of this associate. I truly wish I stood by ground and just said NO. I did end up finding a manager and telling them about it. They did agree that there are better ways to go about it, but there didn't seem to be any type of empathy over the whole thing. The manager did offer to order it for me online and match the price that was on the tag, however, she didn't grant me the additional in store promo discount since it was being ordered online. Whatever, I was gonna pay that price anyway if the sweater hadn't been taken from me, but it's the principle of not being apologetic about it. No kind of remorse for the incredibly ridiculous situation that happened with one of their associates. No explanation. No anything. Aside from the sweater, it's the principle of it. Hello good people, last night I went my first time to this Nike store. My partner had wanted to show me the store. When I got in I finally found a pair of Nike running shoes $44.99 with 20% off. My partner treated me to a nice pair of running shoes and I bought a pair of sweats for my football athlete son. When we were done purchasing on our way out I told my partner that was a good deal he named the price. I said wait that wasn't the price that was shown. So, I walked back in and showed him what he should of been charged( what I should of done was take a picture). Waited in line again and told them that he was charged incorrectly. The cashier radioed another assistant or manager who I believe went and pulled the 20% off from the price. Another cashier told me that I was wrong. To make a horrible story short. They made me feel like I was crazy by pulling the 20% off sign off and saying that it was never that price. Mind you I've worked in retail for 6 years and I'm a consumer who looks for deals. By the time the other cashier had called me back there, the 20% off sign was gone. I'm like really how petty they are and I will never go back nor will I tell friends and family to shop there. Very ugly tactics used by staff and manager. The moral of the story I didn't mind paying any price for these. Okay, when the heck did Nike Factory come to Factoria? So glad I finally decided to walk through the mall versus walking outside of it, to get from Nordstrom Rack to Target, which I usually do - 'cause I found out that the Old Country Buffet has been replaced by a Nike Factory Store! SCORE! I usually just visit the North Bend location for my discounted Nike finds, so I'm happy there's a much closer location! I visited today and the store is pretty big, spacious and has enough stock to find great deals. The store was also very clean and every check stand had a cashier there, making check-out quick and efficient. Awesome addition to the Factoria Mall! Bad store ! Never go back ever. I've bought bundle of items thought they were good price and I was scored. There was no sign anywhere saying "no refund or exchange". Since pandemic fitting room was not available to try the items on Got home everything was one size too small. I went back the next day just want to exchange to one size bigger. So when did Nike even came here? I was on their website using the store locator thing to find the closest store to me and wow it's in Factoria Mall, right across the street from my salon, since when?! I can even walk here if I wanted to, but wasn't feeling that ambitious in this 95 degree weather. Ok so I guess Nike Factory is the outlet version of the Nike store, it's not as big as those you would find way out there in those outlet malls, but good enough for what it can carry inside a dead mall and absolutely convenient for me to get to. It replaced the Old Country Buffet that used to be in this space. I was looking for golf shoes and although they didn't have many selection, they were able to order me a pair at their regular store with free 2 day shipping, that's even faster than if I were to go on their website and order it myself. They should be arriving soon, all my feet fetishes followers, are you excited to see me in golf shoes?! Hahaha. They have great deals here compared to what you would pay full price anywhere for Nike gear so you might end up not saving money, but it's worth it. I love that there's a Nike outlet somewhere near the city, but honestly, this has got to be there worst factory store of all, I can never find anything that is decent, and i'm not sure how often they restock their items, but it seems like it's always the same stuff everytime I stop by. I see some bad reviews about their customer service, and I can see how some people would think it's bad. I think it has to do with it being new, so of course they have new employees, who will eventually learn how to properly greet and help people. I've never had an issue, but I have seen lots of employees just stand around, and have side conversations, after all, it is a small store. I always have high hopes going into a Nike Factory Store, but hey, the less I find, the more money i save! read more

Contrary to the first review, we've had a different experience. As a former Nike employee, I was disappointed in the customer service: - First of all, my parents, myself nor my husband were greeted while we were there. - Second, I was standing with a pair of sweats in front of two employees who were having conversation. They looked at me but didn't ask if I needed help so I asked another employee standing nearby. I asked if he could check on a size for me which is politely said he'd check on BUT never told me if they had my size or not. I walked around within view but he didn't even attempt to tell me until I finally just asked and, of course, they didn't have it. - Lastly, I know that business gets talked about on the sales floor but I don't think people shopping need to know that back of house is unorganized and and people aren't doing their job properly. I love Nike and have never had this kind of experience as an employee or customer. read more

This store is a great place to get workout clothes and shoes. I got Metcon training shoes and free run running shoes here for a good deal. Definitely lower than regular price! There are some hidden gems for shoes here, but they mostly carry running/training shoes. The shorts and shirts for working out are also good deals. And don't forget about the socks! This is a happy medium between outlet and retail located at the sleepy Factoria mall. There were quite a few sales racks but the store itself was small. I haven't been to the North Bend factory outlet store, but I would imagine the store would be huge. This is closer to civilization so it works out well. read more

Just noticed this place opened when I looked over and saw the sign! Its kind of discrete from the outside. They should really have windows looking into the store from the street. Anyways nice that there is a factory store so close to me but the selection for women's clothing is very limited and like everyone said they don't change up the inventory much. I've checked 3 times and its still the same items and same sale going on every time lol. There is also a shoe section for women, children and men which is semi-big and has some basic options to choose from. Pricing is factory so you can get a nice pair of shoes for $50. I was also able to find some sparkle swoosh leggings for only $15 and the staff here is very helpful and found a bigger size for me in the back and are willing to order items as needed. Overall, I just wish this store was bigger and had more variety but it's always kept clean and the staff is nice so I'll be coming back. read more

Had a great experience with Larry in the store. I was looking for a specific style and he showed me several options. I tried all of them on, they provided socks. I left without buying as I want to try a few more designs, but would definitely stop by this store. No pressure and he didn't seem annoyed that I didn't purchase after trying several pairs. Great addition to Factoria Mall. The selection of items here is awesome, and the pricing is also on point. All of the items are marked down from either the full price on the tag or the sale price discounted from the tags with additional % off. Definitely like that some of the popular items are included at the factory store with at least a small discount. Usually the sports bras I like do not go on sale often, but they were around $5 cheaper here. Definitely will be stopping by here often! They also have friends and family sales from time to time where you get an additional 30% off your entire order. This brings some of the prices down to 60% cheaper. read more
