DON'T GO THERE, most rude and unprofessional staff, I entered the store to buy jerseys and the two salesmen were watching a game on a laptop and when I asked for help they ignored me and never looked even and I asked again if I can get some help and one salesman answered me in a very rude and aggressive way that he is helping another customer so either I need to be patient or ask the other salesman to help, while both are standing next to each other watching the game. So simply I didn't even comment and left, just feel bad that exact same experience is all over the reviews and seems no one care to fire these guys or fix it. I recently went to the Bellevue Square location to purchase a gift card. Imagine my surprise when I wasn't even offered a small envelope for this. "Uh, we don't carry these" was the blank looking response. Pretty lame, if you ask me. It's a Seattle Team Shop but they carry sporting merch for other teams as well. Not as much, obviously, but I was still happy to see a pretty decent selection of Dodgers shirts. Naturally places like this are spendy (or what I consider spendy), but still left with a new Dodgers t-shirt. This place has all the stuff for most Seattle sports teams and my kids love it. The staff there is cool and not only know their sports stuff but the store inside and out. Made it really easy to find and get the correct Metcalf jerseys for my two boys. I've also returned a couple things and it's super easy. Highly recommend. read more

Just called to see if they have the Seahawks jerseys I'm looking for and not only do they not answer the phone (at 5:15pm) but I get an answering machine that doesn't even say the store name and only says "the mailbox is full and not accepting new messages". What?! Are you in business to make $? Do you not want to take advantage of the happy situation the Seahawks find themselves in? Did you forget that the Super Bowl is this Sunday, and you pay a LOT of rent at Bellevue Square? This place had boxes all over the right side of the store. No greeting or smile from the one employee I saw. I was looking for a jersey for my husband. Since all their jerseys are hung up at about 10 feet, ( I'm guessing to avoid theft.) and all had the front of the jersey facing forward. I thought I'd ask. The gentleman I spoke to didn't even look up at me just gestured over to a general area and said they only had larges in the jersey I was looking for. Ok. So I left. I would have liked to have at least looked at the jersey or maybe found out when more where coming in, but it was pretty clear they didn't want my business. Beware of walking into this store. At the front of the store there's 2 security posts to thwart shoplifters. However, they are connected by a raised bar of some sort on the ground which is a trip hazard. My toddler and I both tripped on this thing while walking in. I fell to the floor and nearly crushed my son. I was pretty noisy when I went down because it was really painful! It's a mystery how all of the employees working didn't hear me, but managed to greet the person who came in a moment after me. read more

The store has recently relocated to a much larger and nicer location in Bellevue Square Mall (in the old Hallmark location) and boy is this new store a gem. Their is a great selection of jerseys, hats, tee shirts and more for all of the local Seattle Teams , as well as WSU items and Sonics gears. This store has outstanding service and you can clearly tell that the staff is passionate about sports. The prices are not the cheapest, but you are also getting sometimes harder to find items. This is a great store and although there are seldom items I need from here, it is a delight to go in (how many items does a not so huge sports fan need....) read more

I've been in here a few times and I'm really impressed with the selection as well as the level of friendly customer service! They have all of the gear from major sports teams in the Seattle area as well as some novelty/funny items too. There are also non-clothing items like key chains and the like. I did run into a little bit of the issue of not finding exactly what I was looking for (or items not available in the size I wanted), but there was so much there each time I was able to find something that worked anyway! It seems that the employees here are definitely fans of the Seattle teams as well and even engaged me in conversation about recent games, etc. I was actually kind of caught off guard, but it's nice knowing you can walk in to a shop of a particular theme and the employees there actually know what they're talking about ;) Scarves up, Seattle!! read more

Theres this guy called Johnson that works here. Saw a jersey with a torn stitching and notified him. Was pretty surprised just to see him cut it off and put it back on the shelf. Told me that he "could still sell it" after I told him that I wouldn't buy it. Expected that to count as a manufacturing defect since new jerseys shouldn't have torn stockings but what do I know, he should be the "professional", haha! read more

Everyone I interacted with was extremely rude. From the young woman who helped me find my nephews jersey to the two cashiers that didn't bother to look up to answer my question. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Jordan was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. My husband asked him if there are any sizes available for Sherman's jersey. Jordan said, "we have only XXL". But there were 2 different sections that they display Sherman's jersey, so my husband asked him again, "how about over there? Can you check the jersey sizes?" and Jordan said, "look, I see only XXL in the front, that means we only have XXL." And he tried to walk away from us even while my husband was talking to him. In the last, we wanted to let him know that there is also XL displays and Jordan yelled at us, "I can see that!". The worst customer service we've ever had. Oh, one good thing about Jordan, he was rude to EVERYONE! Not only to us. He was extremely rude to a young girl too. He is simply the rudest person. read more

Whoever the (seemingly) teenage punk running the store was when my daughter and I came in Saturday December 28th at 11am, he should not be in customer service. When I called he was short with me, and he was even worse to us when we came in. Acted as if we were stupid and like we were wasting his time. Came in to exchange a $140 Seahawks jersey that wasn't my size, ended up purchasing a $40 hat for my daughter while there, so it's not like we weren't bringing in money. When asked for things he pointed and was rude, as opposed to showing us what the freak he was talking about. He was even rude to his fellow employees... When asked to try on a hat, he grabbed it and tossed it on counter and walked away... If you're looking for someone to treat you nice, don't come here, and if you're looking for a jersey, the selection is not good. I don't understand how a business can charge so much for items, but then turn around and employ minimum wage teenagers who have zero respect...bad business model IMO. read more

My husband and I went into this team shop while on a weekend excursion to Seattle. They had lots to choose from, their service was friendly and prices were acceptable. The front of the shop seems organized compared to the back where it's a bit disorganized and messy. Staff members are helpful in helping find merchandise. Deals are available through the store. They're willing to help customers get the merchandise they want to acquire. You can ask them to call around to one of their other locations to see if merchandise is available. Sometimes you might have to call ahead of time to see if they have certain merchandise in stock. read more

Good selection of Seattle team gear but had a bad experience with Xmas shopping. Told the staff I was purchasing Sounders jerseys for two boys aged 5 and 7 and was pointed in the right direction. Jersey for the 5 year old was right but the only ones sized for the 7 year old appeared to be girls jerseys. I asked the staff if it was indeed a girls jersey I was told that all the kids gear was unisex so against my better judgment I went ahead and bought it. Sure enough, Xmas morning my 7 year old boy put on what was quite obviously a girls jersey. Being a kid he immediately removed the tag and when I tried to exchange it for a boys jersey I was told that they wouldn't exchange it without the tag. I understand the policy but was aggravated that I only made the purchase in the first place after being misinformed by their staff. Tried to return a holiday gift today with the receipt and a gift receipt, a baseball cap that cost a whopping $33. Wanted a different style and size which they no longer carried so we wanted money back. They would only give store credit since we didn't have debit card used for original purpose. We didn't want credit since we already established they didn't have anything we want. ISNT THIS THE PURPOSE OF A GIFT RECEIPT? Rude clerk said they could refund if credit card sale or cash, but not debit card "for our own protection." Can't figure out how giving us cash would endanger our security. I think store just wanted to keep our money. Will never shop here again. read more

Terrible customer service, they speak to and help certain kind of people , I work here and all the employees do is be in there phone and joke around and talk a lot . the manager of the store literally does nothing but go on breaks any time he wants and be on his phone. I haven't been to work in 3 weeks they told me things were slow and that everyone hours had been cut, but I found out only my hours were cut and I'm the hardest working employee there , I was punctual, great customer service and took my job seriously unlike the others who's getting 25-40 hours while I only get 8 . So if you're looking to work here you can do better and as far as shopping the selection is nice but i would recommend the team shop downtown or Northgate mall. read more

Not helpful at all, don't bother calling. Went in today and I was speaking to a nice man when a shorter blonde lady dressed in regular clothes rudely interrupted. We went to get myself and our son a jersey and hopefully other seahawks items. This lady was so incredibly rude, she may have been the manager on the way out the door. I bought a Huskies hoody and Michael, whom was very nice and professional rung me up. About an hour later, my friend brought to my attention that The Seattle Team Shop were having a BOGO event and suggested I purchase a second item for half off. I went back and there was a different cashier. I asked if I can adjust my receipt to include a BOGO item. He was not happy about my request and said, "Well if you want it that bad I can do it, but it's going to take a lot of work." He then said, "Well here Michael can do it since he helped you earlier." And he shooed me away. Michael assisted me with my request professionally, just as before. Michael asked the other cashier, who I now think is Michael's supervisor/manager, if he should adjust the receipt or just give me half off of the second item. The other cashier was very rude and unprofessional. He said that it was "a lot of work for him" but was he not at work? I'm a cashier at a department store myself and have adjusted way more than a single item and there is nothing to it. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was an angry looking pale fellow with dark brown hair, who was working with Micheal on 12/22/12 at about 10pm. read more
