First time in the Gucci store and really wonderful welcome and respectful service by Faria. Excellent selection of shoes especially comfortable dressy slippers and sneakers and boots. Stylish and comfortable. There were some nice shoes that were bedazzled with sparkles. Impressive bags selection especially the suede. Learned that Gucci had perfume: they had a very beautiful floral scent based on gardenia. Upscale price range. Valet parking is seven dollars or validated parking free for up to two hours. read more

I love this store. Great set up to browse and of course they validate. Gucci has bags and shoes that I love. It's an always a higher ticket item, of course, but always well worth it. Most of my favorite and shoes come from here. Faria is who I shop with and she's the best. She is always great with telling me when new things are coming in, ordering something I want quickly, and has helped make holiday shopping easier the last couple of years! The worst! I tried to submit a repair claim for a damaged necklace and the sales associate Christopher was so unhelpful. He sent me a copy / paste template asking me to send a photo of the "The front panel, The back panel, The handle/strap, The closure/hardware The lining Front and back photos of the leather tag attached to the inner pocket/lining" its a NECKLACE..... why on earth would there be a lining or handle. Again... like most of The Shops At The Braven they aren't quite my style but it was a refreshing change of pace from typical retail fare in most other places as you are getting the upper crust slice of shopping. Intriguing looking shoes I found at this Gucci store but probably my very favorite section for this store was the various designer eye glass frames that were here. So I want to start off by saying that I've had some good experiences in this store. They greet you right away, usually. A couple times, they've just ignored me. But all in all, it's an ok customer service experience inside the store. My review is based on my purchase in store but they had to order it online for me and ship it to me in another state. My package arrived a day earlier than expected via FedEx and I was not there to sign for it so FedEx tried to deliver the next day. When I opened the box, the Gucci box, ribbon and dustbag were all there but the dustbag was empty! I called the Gucci store and had to explain this 5 times to them, I kept getting transferred to somebody new on the phone and then I was told to call back when a manager was working. I mean shouldn't they call me? Then I was asked for photos....umm ok, so I took photos of what I did receive which was an empty BOX with the ribbon untied. I thought that was really stupid. Then when they decided to make it right, they kept repeating they were doing this as a one-time deal -- as if I stole my own items and was trying to rip them off or something? Honestly, this left a bad taste in my mouth. They need more eloquent and competent associates to handle these things. read more

Love love love my new belt bag that Coco helped me with. She's such a sweetheart & followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I love the concept of belt bags because I have back problems and it's nice to be hands-free, but always thought it was kind of dorky, but because it's Gucci, it doesn't matter. Hahaha. Now I can walk around and scroll dogs easier. Highly recommend working with Coco, she's kind, patient, super adorable, and great fashion taste. This is a full store with RTW for men and women along with timepieces, jewelry, accessories, shoes and bags. Items are available from the runway with arrangements made with staff. WOW seriously I love coming here even to just browse! I think the staff here is so great and friendly. I came to this store multiple times and they always make me smile. They set me up with an SA. His name is AJ he is AWESOME. My first time was just to check it out, see if I want to buy a bag in the future and they still treated me with decency and kindness. I showed them pictures of what I was considering and they showed me the bags and said I can try it on and take a look in the mirror even if I was just browsing (I made it clear I was checking out other stores too) they still said it was fine and they said they understood it's an investment getting designer bags. (I've had bad experience at other designers in the same plaza as a customer and a browser). My second time I made a purchase I bought the horse-bit mini bag and a matching card holder. I love this piece. It is sooo timeless and beautiful. My third time: I took the bag home took a closer look in my own lighting, noticed flaws and messaged AJ and he immediately replied and said to bring it in for an exchange (unworn and in 14days) of course. He swapped it out the minute more came in (luckily before 14days) A year later I decided I wanted a scarf for another bag to be tied as a bow, I messaged AJ and he INSTANTLY replied and even sent me photos! Unfortunately I didn't get to see him since I was busy, but he was VERY kind to the person I sent to pick up for me. He even included candies for my birthday in the bag along with my scarf. The staff here are attentive and super helpful. I bought Ace sneakers at this location and since the sizing for the shoes are different (Italian sizes), some may run large or small. I have various Gucci sneakers with all different sizes. For the white leather Gucci ace sneakers I went a full size down 36.5 to 35.5 and they fit perfect. I would highly recommend this sneaker because it's very comfortable. In addition, this location is very clean , I don't feel like they ignore you and they are able to help you or find someone that will assist you. This Gucci store hosts a wonderful perfume selection and carries some limited edition fragrances that you won't find at your local department store. I am not a big perfume snob but I found the perfect scent during my last trip and I keep getting compliments on my perfume -- sorry I can't give it away but it is fabulous - stop in this store and explore!! It's Friday and my daughter, her friend and I decided to drive to Bellevue to wait out the Friday afternoon traffic heading south. We ended up at Bravern in Bellevue to check out some loafers from another store that DD has had her eyes on. We stopped at Gucci on our way to grab refreshments. Wait time was 30 minutes which is fine. Our assigned associate is Chase E and he was friendly and attentive. My husband went on a work trip and when he came home he surprised me with a Gucci belt I had wanted. The only problem was that I didn't end up liking it and wanted to exchange here in Seattle. We went to the Bellevue location with our two fur babies and everyone greeted us right away. Every single sales person was so nice and not at all snobby. The sales rep that helped me exchange my belt was Faria (I believe that's how you spell it) was exceptional! She helped me find the right belt and even though it was an exchange she packaged the belt so beautifully while we waited. I told my husband if he ever had to buy me a gift to make sure to purchase from her!!! Absolutely wonderful lady and also stunning!!! In regards to the selection in the store.... it's incredible. I've shopped at Gucci around the world, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Tokyo, Firenze, Hawaii, etc. and hands down Angel has been one of the very most impressive associates I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The very first time I ever came to shop at this location, I came in dressed very casually on my day off, and right off the bat Angel was attentive, helpful, and extremely pleasant and respectful. Working in higher end retail myself, and having experience in luxury, it's very typical to see the associates adopt a holier than thou mentality, where they assume your worth before even speaking to you. Angel completely does the opposite, and was so helpful during my first visit, that although they didn't have the very rare item I was looking for, she went above and beyond to help procure it for me from a Gucci counter across the country! Talk about a commitment to service. When I came in today, nearly a year later, this time dressed in my work attire, she admitted that she didn't recognize me at first, but was extremely helpful in getting my repair request taken care of, and getting me a piece that I was eyeing for the last couple of weeks. The sales representative that helped me changed this from a 1 star review to a 2 star review. With that being said, 1. We walked around in the store for over 15mins and not a single employee asked us if we need assistance (store was not busy), 2. When we got upset that we couldn't get help the security guard said that we had to ask for assistance (people are walking in and getting assistance right away without asking), 3. finally after tracking down a sales representative, I asked her to bring me a belt in my size, she disappeared and never came back. the service i received by SA karen was so great that i will be coming to gucci in person more often now. i came in looking for a "coming of age" designer gift for my younger sister without an appointment and was able to get assisted by karen. i had no idea what i wanted to get but karen did such a spectacular job on showing me my options and what she felt would be a good gift. she really took the time to go through all options and she even went out of her way to even tell me when i was trying to decide between a black purse and pink purse that it might be better to get something that wasn't light if my sister wears denim a lot because of color transfer. for the value of the purse i ended up getting, i felt like it was great as it was one of the versatility ones that can switch from wallet, handbag to crossbody and she even showed me how to switch between the two. karen was even nice enough to ask if i wanted a generic gucci card and envelope to provided to write a little birthday note for my sister which i thought was a very nice touch read more

His attention to detail is phenomenal, I will say he truly cares about professionalism and the overall aesthetic of the Gucci customer service. The space is laid out as to be expected, in sectioned rooms, the entire store is a large playground for Gucci collectors (Like myself). There is a sense of intimacy, which is very appealing. I will mention that in this store, there are no pressure sales, the entire staff will let you wonder and peer over the clothing, there is no sense of "hovering" going on in this store. Which in return makes for a spectacular experience. The organization of product display is impeccable, everything shines and sparkles the way it needs too. If anything, one can certainly loose track of time here, (Which is a great thing). The bag I wanted to purchase was the last one in the store and had a few minor scratches on it, Coco offered to order a new one for me. It arrived yesterday, so I went to pick it up. 3 stars. My first experience here was a complete 5 stars. However, my second experience did not live up to the first. First off, the sale representative was extremely nice and friendly. I had them reserve a brand new bag for pickup later on in the week. When the day arrive, I was giddy with excitement to go pick up my bag. As I was about to enter the store, I saw the same representative that helped me leaving for his break (which is fine, no biggy). Another representative helped us retrieve the bag from the back. Now when he first opened it, I was expecting it to wrapped in a plastic foam cover thing (because it's brand new, shouldn't have been opened). But it did not (no big deal), but when I inspected the bag it had two small scratches on the flap which made me do a double take. Why? Because when I looked on the display model earlier in the week, it had scratches on it as well. So now I'm a bit unhappy. I specifically requested for a new bag but they tried to sell me the floor model (and I believe it's the floor model because when I went to go check where they originally displayed the bag, no surprise it was gone). My boyfriend who was with me at that time was taken back as well. We thought wow....they would do us dirty like that? And when we asked when it would be instock, they said after New Years. I'm usually an impatient person because I wanted my bag now and I was so excited to come pick it up that now my mood is totally ruined. So of course I told my bf I don't want it anymore, so no need to order it. When we left, I received a text from the original sales representative that helped me in the beginning that he's sorry and they had an "emergency client issue" so they had to exchange the bag they held on for me originally. Lol that's funny... now I'm curious what the issue is, if I reserved it first? Now I leave unhappy, no bag and a wasted trip. But it's okay, because I'm heading to Gucci's Seattle location tomorrow to pick up the same bag as they have THREE BRAND NEW ones in stock. Which makes me wonder why didn't they direct me there in the first place?? My bf made a comment that they're probably commission-based.. hah. We went to this Gucci location today. It's almost July but today was very cold outside and we had to wait in the line because of the pandemic, all shops are controlling the customers flow. We didn't know how long we had to wait but thankfully the gentlemen came out and asked us politely to understand that the waiting time is getting little longer. He seemed really a nice person. When we entered the store, I noticed that other staffs are all also very nice and friendly as well. Especially, Mrs.Ria she helped us finding what we were looking for. Totally different customer service compare to the Louis Vuitton where we went after the Gucci. We've been treated terribly at the Louis Vuitton (only me and my friend were asked to wash our hands with the sanitizer that was on their counter, they didn't ask to other customers until I complained about it and we still think that's because we're Asians). Gucci staffs cares customers, Louis vuitton staffs seems either racist or treating customers differently and also only cares customers who looks wealthy. That's what we felt today. It was my first time stepping foot into a Gucci store and the moment I walked in, Chase Entz (Gucci Employee) came to me and asked if I needed any help he took me to the shoe section because this store is a giant. He helped get the right size in the slides I was interested in and had a very calm voice and not rushing or in a hurry, very nice and had great service. He brought out the size and very gently un-packaged the slides for me to try on.. (which fit great) as I was checking out he had someone gift wrap the slides and also included a few goodies (a little empty bag with the receipt and tiny tote bag). I highly recommend this store, they have outstanding service and excellent staff there to help you find what you are looking for. read more

Every Gucci I have ever been into has been a great experience. This one in particular is a location that definitely doesn't make you feel discriminated or profiled when you walk in. The people are so friendly, even the security says "Welcome"! I came in one time to see if they miraculously had a belt that's been back ordered everywhere for months and they had it! It just came in that day in one of their shipments and although they had a waitlist, they let me purchase it that day! Other times I've gone in, I wanted to just take a peek (in-person) at a purse I have had my eye on for my next designer purchase and the people there are just so helpful and seem excited to show me their products even though they knew I was holding off on purchasing anything that day. read more

I wish I could give this a 0 if I could. I scheduled an appointment online to reserve a time slot for my visit. The process of scheduling online was smooth. However, my email never stated who my appointment was with. So I called the number associated with this location and a sales rep picked up who doesn't even work at that location. I told her I received an email but I'm not sure who I need to see. Instead of trying to find a solution or reach out to the store it self, she starts telling me how it's impossible to book a same day appointment, and it should have never given me that option hence the "glitch." I told her I got an email already and I've already traveled to there. Anyways, she was not interested to understand the situation so I thought I would go inside to the location myself to find out. I arrived at the location two minutes late (given my time range slot). The advisor who checked us in was confused with the process and wasn't sure who to pair me up with. Then a guy comes out of no where and he's like "wait, wait! What's going on?" She tells me to show the confirmation email to him. He takes out his phone and he goes "unfortunately, you are now four minutes late for this appointment and there's a 45 min wait." I'm like I made an appointment online, and I traveled 45 mins to your location. In the email it did state there's a 15 min grace period as well, which I told him about. He told me he wouldn't be able to accommodate my appointment. This was so rude, and poor customer service given the luxury company it is. Lack of helpfulness on the phone and in person. I definitely won't be supporting this location anymore. read more
