Admittedly have shopped at both Bellevue and Lynnwood locations, but this review is for Bellevue. Store is bright and always clean. They offer something for everyone, and the women's, children's, and men's stores all border eachother to make it easy. The stores are very well staffed, so you can get help when needed, quickly. Prices are very competitive and you will always find something yourself or a great gift idea. Note: great summer store to find more "light" options for warm summer weather.

The bag was delivered torn open and empty.

I just found out that my daughter is going to have a bay girl in the fall. I have a group of friends who said to check out Zara for kids. I did that, and ordered a set of three leggings and another set of three tops to go with the leggings. I am so glad I "only ordered" those two sets. The package arrived today, torn open, and nothing in the envelope. I contacted Zara, and they typed back to me: "If you think it was stolen, contact the police." I told them we have security cameras that prove the package was delivered and no other deliveries were made today. I have a large brown package with Zara printed on it, clearly torn open, with nothing in it. The delivery company they use is Ontrc. If you can't be at their store to buy what you want, DON'T bother ordering it on line. Neither Zara usa, or the delivery service, Ontrc, cares about the customer. No resolution = no customer. horrible experience. clearly I bought a pair of jeans that were returned. they smell like mouth balls. so I took the risk and washed they. they still smelled horrible. I took the risk because I know Zara has horrible costumer service and tried to exchange for a new pair that didn't stink. but no the nasty manger said I want to highlight the return policy and said we are different from Nordstrom we don't take clothes bac. she was a horrible woman. I've shopped there for 7 years but now never again

the custo services is trash! they are rude, don't know anything, and they give you the biggest attitude . also y'all's clothes suck

I had a very disappointing experience at Aritzia Bellevue Square…read more I visited the store at the end of January to shop for my birthday and purchased a few items, including the Heritage Merino Wool 1/4 Zip Sweater. After just one wash, the sweater shrank significantly in the torso, which was surprising given the price and quality I expected. When I returned to the store on May 1 to ask about possible options, the first associate I spoke with was kind and patient. She explained that the sweater is made of delicate wool and that shrinkage can happen if it goes through the washer and dryer. As a new Aritzia customer, I shared that I wasn't aware of the care requirements and felt disappointed. She offered to call the manager, which I appreciated--but unfortunately, that's where the experience went downhill. The manager responded in a dismissive and rude tone, saying "it's all on the tag" and that nothing could be done. When my husband mentioned that the tag is small and not always easy to read for first-time customers, she smirked, flipped the sweater inside out, and said, "I can read it." This felt condescending and unnecessary. At no point was there any effort to show empathy or understanding. I left the store feeling offended and upset, which is not something anyone expects after making a purchase from a premium brand.
