My girlts LOVE this store - especially the older one. This is her favorite store in the entire mall. It's a cross between the old Spencers and Claire's - lots of pricey accessories/t-shirts. I like the weird and unusual, and Hot Topic is right up that alley. When I want a particular hairspray color and it's not available nearby, I travel to Hot Topic. I've also bought glow in the dark nail polish, black soda that turns your urine red, plenty of rock tees and a bomb load of theme socks. I found a Darth Vader (my fave!) tye dye tee recently. Woot woot! I rarely come in due to the large mall crowd but when I make it to the mall, I visit this store. read more

I've never made it past the front door of a hot topic store before, (as when I was in high school it was quite a different type of store than it is now) something must have changed quite drastically over the past 10 years as it appears to no even resemble what I remember from high school. With the recent addition of Bullet Club shirts to their store I thought I'd visit to see what I could find. While the selection of BC shirts is quite small, the deals and great customer service more than makes up for my disappointment regarding the stock. I'm glad I went. I learned they have all kinds of neat pop culture items....even a Netflix big mouth shirt among many other unique and random items. Brandon behind the counter and the young lady that helped me where both extremely friendly while also proffesional and knowledgeable, seemingly willing to meet any request I had. They helped me get buy 2 get one deals on both t-shirts and pins. Brandon even noticed I had a military id when I pulled out my wallet and gave me a discount without even having to ask (as I typically don't). The only big complaint I have is in regards to thier stock texture quality and not anything negative to say about the great staff. While the majority of the t-shirts are the rough starchy kind with a heavy logo, if you spend some time browsing you can find a random soft style in the and come out happy with a totally unique design. It also helps that the team there seems to be customer focused and really fantastic. I will surely be stopping by again to check up on thier ever changing stock. I try to go here for my chokers but instead, I find little skater boys trying to be the next tony hawk pro skater they need to go Ollie themselves to the Vans store and leave the emos alone. If I see one more poser or skater here I will move to Zumiez or spencers because at least they have real emos there and not 30-year-old dads who try to act cool for there 12-year-old son by wearing gauges and breaking bones cause they can't even do a coffin on a skateboard *takes hit a cig* read more

It's funny that now in my 30s, I find myself shopping at Hot Topic at a regular basis vs my younger days. Anyway, Hot Topic is definitely not the store full of Emo/Goth clothes as I remember, it definitely has now shifted it's focus to cater more to the nerd geek culture. Anyway, I come here on a regular basis to pick up POPs. Their selection is great, and as long as you're buying during a sale, the prices are good too. Especially during Hot Cash promo. I also find myself leaving with other things too like Disney and Marvel themed shirts, Super Natural, Harry Potter, etc. Lastly, I'm giving this place 5 stars because the management staff has always been great and very helpful for me. Big kudos to Ricky, Lisa and Cait. As a regular POP hunter they've called me when things have shown up in stock, done holds, and in general always made my experience in the store great. Terrible service everytime I go and if I return they try and rip me off. I love the product but this location just treats me like crap. One of the first times I went in to see if they are hiring the manager said " you don't look like you could work here." Since then management has changed but still not very pleasant. I like shopping at the outlet collection location, there not as rude. read more

Alicia and her coworker on Wednesday, April 5th, were very helpful. I forgot my HT credit card at home and was planning on putting some dresses that were on sale, on hold. I was then going to return Thursday to purchase them. Alicia alerted me that the 40% off sale might not be valid, because you folks change your promotions every Wednesday. Feeling the pressure to return all the way home, then back before the store closed, she suggested I should order it online, and have it shipped to the store, since that method is free. She then went ahead and checked to make sure the dresses I wanted were even available online. Her aproach of going above and beyond not only benefited me, but also the company. Rather than lose a potential sale, she used her quick thinking to save me the hassle of going back and forth to the mall. Rarely do people return for hold items, so reminding me I could order online, then checking on the products availability was very smart on her part. So thanks Alicia! read more

I'm a fan. wish store was bigger to navigate. cashiers and sales floor always helpful. almost always get something for free with my rewards card. went in looking for a flash shirt. couldnt find. Sales floor girl found me one in about 30 seconds rang me up fast too and gave me coupons. only con is that the coupons can only be used at a later fate about 1 to 2 months in the future called hot cash usually 15$ off 30$ or more. wouldnt shop here for pants, its not my thing as they only have super skinny and I'm not into that. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I, along with my sister in-law went into the store around 6pm. I asked to see some gages they have locked up in the glass case. The guy working there (large white guy, lots of tattoos, shitty attitude) came to the case to help me retrieve the item I wanted to buy. I pointed out the item I wanted to purchase and when he handed it to me, I opened the box to see the backside of the gages. He immediately freaked out and said "No! You're not suppose to open them! Now I have to throw it away!!!" I apologize that I did not know this and would of gladly payed for them. There are no signs saying not to open and he did not inform me. I'm sorry, but when a grown man acts like a child and storm's off to throw away the item I wanted to purchase, thats not fucking cool. He could of easily explained to me not to open them instead of making me feel like shit. This is just pathetic behavior and totally uncalled for. read more

In my opinion this shoe looks good with just about any outfits and you can wear it from day to night, with it adding a stylish factor to your overall outfit. Another factor that adds to this pair of shoes is the price of the shoes. The original price of the shoe is $46.50 on the online "hottopic" website, but now is on sale for $32.55. This is very inexpensive in comparison to other combat boots, and I think that buying this pair of shoe was a very good idea. This pair of shoe is an online exclusive, which means that this shoe can only be purchased through an online source. If you decide to purchase the shoe, the website will ask you for the basic information to buy the shoe, such as, address, email address, phone number, and credit or debit card number. The shipping of the shoe will take 1-2 business days. But, it took me about a week to get the shoes sent to me, because in addition to the actual shipping process you have to wait a couple days for your order to be processed beforehand as well. The shoe will be packaged in a big black and white shoe box that secures the boots. I was very happy about the packaging since there were no dents or marks on the shoes. Also, the comfortability is another aspect of whether if this pair of shoes is a good purchase or not. The shoe is very comfortable, because of the thick heel on the shoe. The heel isn't too high, which with heels can cause major discomfort to your feet.
