I purchased two pairs of pants on 9/22 and after washing them before wearing the fold lines were still there. I tried returning them yesterday and that was when I found out that the return policy is 30 days or nothing. I spent over $200 for pants that have obvious fold lines and missed this ridiculous 30-day policy by 4 days. I was asked if I have a steamer and told I can call and complain to see if someone will help me. No thanks. I walked down to Nordstrom and found everything I was looking for. Came in to exchange leggings that had small holes in them after a few washes which is the policy on their website "if an item is defective or does not perform to your standard" you can go in and exchange for a new pair. The manager on 4/26 at 7:30pm was extremely passive aggressive and continued to basically try and make me seem like someone who wanted something for free.. I've have bought more stuff from Athleta than I can count and I've always had a positive experience from customer service but the manager specifically was very unprofessional and told me I should buy leggings from another store if they were so bad. Oh how I love this store let me count the ways! I've been to this store on multiple occasions to check things out but always had my kiddos with me impatiently wanting to go look elsewhere. Today I was solo in the mall. I tried on two pairs of shorts and immediately knew they were coming home with me. They felt so comfortable They felt like my skin without being skin tight. When I was trying stuff on the gal that gave me the room must have taken note not only of what I had but my sizes because she came over to see if I wanted a bigger or smaller size in x (not going to publish my size) When I decided to check out I had a couple questions the gal was more than happy to answer all my questions and then allow me to check out right there without being at the actual register. I visited this new store in Bell Square yesterday, just to check it out. They just opened here, I think just last week. The store is large (for the mall, anyhow) and they designed it well, as it was easy to walk around and the merchandise is well-organized. And what wonderful work-out clothes, too! Really nice styles and designs, excellent materials, and a decent variety of athletic/casual attire. I really liked the clothing here, but the prices were rather steep. (I had thought pricing would be lower at Athletica, thinking it had a lower price point than Lulu Lemon, but no, it really doesn't. It's on a par - except Lulu Lemon has more variety in the clothing and accessories and work-out "stuff" than Athletica). One thing that turned me off is the lack of greeting or offer to help me find anything in the store. I was browsing the racks here for nearly 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged my presence in the store, from my entering it, throughout my wandering about and checking out their wares, to my departure from the store 10 minutes later. No sales person acknowledged me at all. It was as if I was invisible. For my money, I personally would rather go to Lulu Lemon where the folks who work there offer to assist me (the customer) and where there is more variety in workout clothing and accessories. read more

A.T.H.L.E.T.A. If you intended to read for hours I could gladly write enough praise to accommodate. I am O.B.S.E.S.S.E.D. This location is relatively new. There is a separate area for sale items and the Athleta Girl clothing has a full section that makes it feel like its own store. The tables are always freshly organized and well displayed. I have absolutely no complaints. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable without being at all pushy. They have all of the sizes they carry in stock (unless the item is so popular it sold out...but you can order it online right there in the store if you need!). There are also petite and long sizes available online. If you have yet to try their clothing...your life is incomplete. Yes, ​the prices can be daunting...but it is worth every penny and the return policy is for life...for any reason. You will thank me later:) read more

Literally everything I tried on fit like a glove. This line is so amazing. But just as great as the merchandise is the A++ customer service. Every single person in the store from the salespeople to the manager was kind, attentive, and helpful. I also love that they will order out of stock items for you and have them sent to your house for free. Also free alterations! It's like shopping at Nordstrom only for athleisurewear. Clean fitting rooms, good lighting, very helpful fitting room attendant without hovering. Sizes were well stocked and easy to find. I just really can't say enough good things. I loved the consistency in sizing and that everything felt like it was made with care. It all seemed like it was made specifically for a woman's body. I already can't wait to go back. read more

I had such a great experience at Athleta today. I have had tons of friends recommend this brand and maybe I've been living under a rock but this was my first time in a store. I was really impressed by the design, quality and fabric but what impressed me more was the staff! There was a young man who was working 6/23/19 at closing who was so helpful and even more than that he really seemed like he loved his job! The gal working the fitting rooms tonight was really nice and helpful too. I think her name was emma. They explained sizing and grabbed my sizes and were both super knowledgeable of the store and products, it was a 180 from another certain athletic store that I was just in *rhymes with smulusmemon lol * I really hope they see this because It took me the drive home to realize what I liked about the store. * Also thanks for not making me feel like a jerk when my 2 year old turned his bag of goldfish upside down lol read more
